Nancy is the store manager. Upon entrance she was warm and welcoming. She assisted us with our requests and met our needs while being cost effective.

Buckle up because Ive got a lot to say. If you ever want to shop for a mattress without feeling like the person selling it to you is a blood-hungry hyena, then come to this location. I am pretty young, so its commonplace that salesmen of any kind will try and rip me off or charge extra for things they think I wont know about. Not once when I came here did I feel like anyone was trying to get the better of me. I came too look at mattresses on a few different occasions, each with a different staff member heading the store. Each and every one of them were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. It took me a long time to find the right mattress due to a back injury, but when I did, the worker by the name of Nancy was quick to help and even price matched a quote I got online. She helped me through the process of getting my letter of medical necessity form settled and was very patient all throughout any issues that came up. There are tons of Mattress Firms closer to me than this place, but if I ever need anything Id rather drive out here and get it from this locations staff. They are all great and make the process of finding and buying a mattress easy and, from my personal experience, more affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ll just start by saying Josh M is the best! He was incredibly professional and made this experience easy and painless. I usually don’t write reviews, but here’s the reason why I felt like I needed to this time- A few months ago, I came in to purchase my mattress. Josh took the time to have me try all different kinds and made a recommendation based on what I said I wanted and how my alignment was on each one. I bypassed his recommendation and bought the one I thought I needed instead. After a while, Josh checked in and I told him I wasn’t sleeping well on the new mattress. He insisted I come in right away so we could exchange it for a much better match. I did and he found the absolute best mattress for me and I couldn’t be happier! He knows what he’s doing sand I highly recommend him and Mattress Firm!

Nancy was FANTASTIC. Super friendly, chatty and got what I wanted for a great deal! She listens to what you’re looking for and keeps the budget in mind always instead of trying to sell you things you don’t need. She even loaded it on the car for us in the parking lot! I was in need of a cost effective solution for a foam mattress to sleep on in a Murphy bed same night. It was Friday after 5pm. Called several places and most of them said they dont have anything in stock or their warehouse already closed so I cant pick up the item I bought until next day. Or.. price was ridiculous. I had 500 budget. One place actually told me Good luck to find a place for what I need. Guess what... this store and especially Joshua made it happen. He had a special for a queen size foam. He had my order ready within 20 minutes sent me email and text that item ready for pick up. I pulled up to store at 7. He put mattress in my SUV and I was on my way for a sunset drink and fish sandwich by 7:10. He even recommended the restaurant ... Thank you Joshua! You really helped me out and made my day! Unfortunately the mattress that my mother did purchase from there a pillow top, it was supposed to be the same one that my sister had at home and honestly its not the same mattress. Its not as soft as my sisters pillow top, and that should be the same bed because theyre the same make and model. I can honestly tell you that I laid on my sisters and then went and laid on my mothers and my mothers is definitely not the same bed that my sister has. My mother has not had a good night sleep since she brought this mattress and she paid $800 for the whole kit and kaboodle. It would be a nice gesture on your part to have her come back in and see what the problem is and why the bed does not feel the same as the bed that my sister has and theyre supposed to be the same like I said model make and everything. I dont see it being that theyre totally different. Thank you for your time

I went into the Jensen Beach location. Nancy was fantastic, gave me awesome prices for 4 mattresses and delivery (full service) worked as smoothly as u can imagine. They send u texts on approximate delivery times (2 hour range) and as time nears, they text again informing u that they are ten minutes away. Now only if the cable companies operated like this. Great experience from start to finish. GO INTO THE STORES VS ONLINE. I compared and Nancy will serve you well.

Two things I dread are buying a car and looking for a new mattress. Luckily the mattress experience this time was smooth and easy. I had already been to another local store where they apparently weren’t interested in selling anything, even though I was the only person in the store that afternoon. They had nothing available that could be delivered in the near future. After much online research and shopping, I finally took a chance at Mattress Firm and the salesperson made it so easy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to select a mattress and adjustable bed frame and get it delivered the next day. The delivery process was just as easy as the purchase process. The called with a window of time and showed up when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them based on what I have experienced so far.

Great manager and got us a great price BUT after paying $150 for delivery we dont get ANY option on day or time. We have to sit around for 2 hours and just wait. AND cancel the plans we had at the time since they dont give you ANY option on time.

Excellent work by Kathy & Zach at the Stuart, FL location. I work in sales and am not one to enjoy shopping for an opaque, often overpriced product like mattresses. They picked up on my parameters, made some recommendations and then offered a very fair deal on a mattress I quite literally felt comfortable with. Glad I went to a physical store and had the opportunity to learn more about memory foam, hybrid and spring mattresses instead of just buying online. Actually got a better deal too!

The young gentleman at the store where we bought the mattress was very knowledgeable and very nice. The delivery was awful. One deliverman went directly to the bedroom while the other man struggled with the mattress at the front door. It felt like they were trying to distract me. The man at the door said he needed help and when I asked his partner to help he informed that he didnt speak english. I had to ask them to be careful of the light fixtures and items on my nightstand. After they left I looked at the video on my camera and saw that the man who said he didnt know ant english gave me the finger.

Wesley was very helpful with our new mattress. The purchase completed over the phone and he was always available for a call. He was able to answer my questions and matched a competitors offer with no questions asked.

Everything was delivered timely and to our satisfaction. Had a new sleep system in less than 24 hours after purchase. Great job!
