Great place to find really nice items but the people working there are rude as they can be and the mgr is no better they need customer servcie class or somthing no wonder they need more workers sorry i dont like posting bad post but this one took the cake on how rude they were just for asking a question about veterans discount which they post on website that they do honor it and they dont in the store which is no big deal but the way they acted was not nice i wasted $328.00 so that y i asked about it. its my right after serving in the army. Thank you.

Huge selection and variety...like a dollar store on steroids! More like a discount Home Goods store.They have bedding, carpets, towels, shower curtains, kitchen ware, small appliances, cookware, utensils and glassware, cleaning, storage, wall art, patio furniture, yard ornaments, seasonal, silk flowers, furniture, and more! Absolutely the worst store i have been to. inside there maskless people everywhere, even the employees! there was an announcement made to wear a mask, however everywhere you look you can see nobody had a mask at all or had the masks under their chins. this store does not care about safety at all and i felt very unsafe as i shopped, i had to leave the store. i will never be shopping here again, and i have told my family and friends the same. dont shop here!!

What a great store. Super clean, huge and great prices. The people are extremely friendly. We drove an hour and half to come to this location

We were looking everywhere for canning jars. Apparently, that is now a thing because everyone has been out of jars. We stopped into Old Time Pottery in Stuart and to our surprise we found a mountain of jars. They were not the Ball Jars, which we prefer. Nor did they have any wide mouth, which are easier to clean. But at least they had 32 ounce jars. If you are in the neighborhood, stop in. They have tons of glass products and holiday items, like the cinnamon pine cones.

I bought this at the Stuart fl store..n it didn’t work so I drove half hour to exchange but since I didn’t have a receipt they couldn’t do anything for me,the manager wouldn’t even acknowledge us and our need..really bad..I don’t like giving bad reviews but that really got me…and for 12.99 they rather loose a new costumer,I won’t be recommending this place no more

I love this store!! The people are nice, the varities of product is amazing. The only negative feedback is getting to expensive. When they first openwd and even for a few years after prices were good value, but price increase and no coupons, getting to big for your britches old time. Not everyone in martin has hutchinson island money...

Always clean & has the greatest finds

Truthfully its been at least 8 months since I have been in this store. A lot has changed. Store clerks are still as friendly but I thought that the dynamics of shopping experience has changed. To me the store was junkie looking and I was has happy.

Great place for unusual finds

This place is great... it has a little bit of everything you want. Nice section of nautical and Beach type paintings and artifacts. Lots of household items for every room. Everything is moderately priced and very clean. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store closely resembles The Christmas Tree Shop in the north. A Huge variety of items like a department store minus the clothes. Feels like an indoor flea market stocking many necessities, and some unique or hard to find products as well. A great place to shop if you need to buy a gift, or redecorate... Good deals on most items, and without a doubt, a fun experience. Rarely do I leave empty handed.

All employees are very rude here. I cant recall any great experiences with any employees here. Great store just horrible employees. Oh and I love how now they stop asking for my zip code and now they just put in random zip codes. Making it false information for corporate.

Large store with a warehouse feel. A cross between Home Goods and Hobby Lobby. Store is always clean and well organized. My go to place for a nice selection and reasonably priced area rugs and runners.

Sign says 9-10 am will be open for those with compromised immune system. Store manager bill tried to say it was a cdc order and wanted me to produce documents stated my condition in order to let me in. When I advised him I had previously had cancer and refused to show him my medical records he refused to let me in. Even though not one other customer was in the entire store. He also refused to give me his last name or employee I’d number. Have been shopping here for years very disappointed with how this was handled.

Ive only been once so far but my first experience was great! This store has everything and more. I will definitely become a regular customer. Plan to go back today.

Old time pottery is such a beautiful store we just got new chairs for our back porch and it needed cushions and as soon as we walked in someone said is there anything I can do to help you in anything? They are very friendly people and the prices are perfect.

More cheap imports. Bought something missing it’s package and the Manager gave me a small discount but failed to tell me (or marked it as such anywhere) that this made it a final sale. When I brought it back a couple hours later because it didn’t work, she wouldn’t refund my money because she had given me 5% off. Even when I pointed out to her that she should have warned me first. It’s their loss because I bought everything back and will refuse to shop there in the future.

Customer service is terrible and the items are not good quality and in my opinion not a great value either. I would rather go to Target or Walmart. You cant find what youre looking for and if you need help forget about it. Some of the sections of the store are so unorganized especially the rug area and if you have an issue dont dare complain because the staff just gets nasty. This is my last visit. Items that I purchased a while back have fallen apart and its been a waste of money. Its the worst Chinese junk Ive seen in a store except for the dollar store of course.
