Poor customer service from a fulfillment standpoint. No follow up with the customer (me) to let me know they were back ordered for the main product I need. Two months in a row!

I ordered masks and filters about a year ago and they sent a large box containing many things that I did not need. They call my cell phone sometimes several times per day and I have not been able to speak to a human to get them to stop. Blocking the number does not help.If I could give negative stars I would.

My experience with Johns Hopkins over the past year has been exceptional. They have responded quickly to any request for oxygen and supplies that i have. They are friendly, accommodating and competent at what they do. This applies from their case workers down to their respiratory technicians. I highly recommend them.

Wish I could give less than a 1 rating? this company has consistently BAD customer service and service in general. I have yet to have them call me about needing supplies, as they explained would happen when I began my service. they have been telling me since July that the problem is related to a new computer system that was installed in June. it is now November. if they cant figure out their computer system in four months, it is no wonder their service is so bad. I am in the process of finding another company to provide my supplies. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Im surprised by the number of negative reviews. Ive dealt with JHP since 2015. During that time my order has been 100% accurate every single time. When I call, someone answers and assists me with my issue. My only issue is that the automated call system doesnt contact me to reorder; but that an IT issue.

Nice enough front desk, accurate order, but the cursing from the employees in the hallway that is audible in the waiting room is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Ive visited twice now with the same experience. Im not uptight, but there has to be at least some professionalism.

Mismanagement in action. Join the 21st century and automate your CPAP supply line. No one calls anymore.

We would not know what to do without this valuable facility in White Plains. I have been helped with every emergency that My Son has had. We are so grateful for this support. They deserve a much higher review that I can publish.

Ive never encountered such incompetence and irresponsibility from people who are supposedly medical professionals. After numerous calls and pleas that I really needed to replace my sleep apnea mask and frame (how hard is that?), I finally reached someone who apologized and said she would see to it that I received them. Sure enough, they arrived quickly--in fact, I received TWO boxes with almost but not quite identical contents--two medium masks when I had stressed that even the small is too big for me, and when I had asked for tubing in addition to the mask, not two masks. My prior mask was a small, for women. The mediums are a different brand that appears to be gender neutral, and they are HUGE. Hello, out there, Johns Hopkins. You should think twice about authorizing this company to use your name--and if you own it, shame on you, it tarnishes your reputation.

After calling to ask what specific information was needed from my doctor, for oxygen delivery; send said information; having 3 iterations of further information not required by my insurance company; 24 hours later there is still no delivery of an oxygen concentrator. Also, even though my doctor was clear that I needed a portable unit, I was told that I also would receive a large stationary unit would be set up if I wanted it for night use (what the ?).

Over a period of three or four years that I’ve been with this company, I have received the wrong replacement supplies 5 or 6 times. Numerous phone calls have not been returned, and the company discontinued certain components I need for my bipap without notice; and when I asked if they could order it through another company was told no, that it would be up to me to order the part from elsewhere because the part was not part of the warehouse inventory list. The people are friendly, but that doesn’t take care of any of my problems. I do not recommend this company.

Horrible and irresponsible company. Someone from this co. ordered and received payment from Medicare for a $103 toilet that should have never been ordered, did not fit me, and thus caused a sequence of events that damaged my health after my surgery. I couldn’t return it because I “used” it. It wasn’t until it was used once that I knew they had ordered the wrong size. I ended up having to buy another toilet out of my own pocket while I continue to pay for the first one with my health.

Sadly, Ive found that the responsiveness of Pharmaquip staff has greatly deteriorated over the past six months. Efforts to reach the CPAP division by phone have proven fruitless. Multiple efforts to request a call-back have proven useless. Similarly, related efforts to reach the CPAP division have also resulted in phones that just ring, with no pick-up or busy signals. Efforts to contact them via email have been partly responsive, but staffs commitments to have a supplier pursue a follow-up contact have not proven true. This is greatly disappointing, and might serve as a warning to anyone considering relying on their service at least with respect to CPAP related supplies.

Completely impossible to deal with. No service. No response. Few returned phone calls. Even their principal—Johns Hopkins Healthcare—couldn’t get them to respond. I gave up. BEWARE

I’m not sure how a company whose job it is to provide medical supplies can stay in business when it takes them 3 weeks just to acknowledge an order was submitted to them. I suppose it’s possible that my condition (sleep apnea) will clear up in the month or so before I actually get my CPAP, in which case, hey! Problem solved! But if not, if you have any option, any option at all other JH Pharmequip, you’d be wise to consider it.Edited to add: it’s been almost a year since I got a CPAP. That’s 4 orders, one every 3 months. They have yet to get me an order on time or without a mistake. They sent my orders to the wrong email address. The online ordering system “lost my order”, then they sent a mask without anything else. I mean, they are always very friendly and polite about acknowledging their mistakes... but they also just... keep... making... mistakes.

It is very exasperating that this company refuses to locate an office in the District of Columbia. Many people do not have cars and it takes at least 90 minutes by public transportation and walking to come for a quick appointment. Totally unacceptable customer service for which I have no option but to accept.
