A huge change from my last equipment supplier!!! ALL of the staff were professional, skilled,, and wonderful. Extra gold star to Rick (Ricky) for suggesting the best CPAP mask that I have ever used. He had so many tips and tricks to offer. That is the kind of service that is needed. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

Ive had a couple of not stellar experiences with Norco. Every single time, the office staff seems to not care that much about the customer. My most recent experience was with renting a hospital bed for a month while my Grandma stayed with us. The drivers that delivered and picked up the bed deserves 5 stars for being courteous, respectful, and professional. However, the office staff failed. We arranged for pick up and gave them a phone number to call us. They must have never written it down, bc we had to call back to change the date and they didnt have the number on file. Pick up day was today and they never called the correct number. The driver came and was apologetic that we never received the call but once again, they didnt put the number on file. He then stated that this is a regular issue for their company.

Rick, respiratory therapist, has been so kind and helpful in all of my supply needs! He made the whole process so easy to comply with and went the extra mile to make my nose fitting comfortable!Lori is always a joy to be around! She is always ready with the paperwork ahead of time and does not slack at all!! She is a delight to be around as well!!10/0 would recommend!

My mom needed a hospital bed after her surgery. Norco assisted in coverage and made it so my dad had nothing else to worry about. Curtis set up my mother’s bed after her surgery. He was very professional and went over everything. Norco staff is very professional and assisted with my mother’s need for her return home.

I own an adult foster home in Veneta. We were running against the clock trying to bring one of our precious residents home from the hospital so she could have her wish to pass at home. Craig made two trips in one day to help make this happen for us! Besides being hardworking and professional he was so kind and compassionate which was what I really needed that day!

Im very happy with the service I receive here. I see Rick the respiratory therapist and hes both exceptionally friendly as well as highly passionate about his work. Im excited to have my CPAP and setup. My sleep disruptions have gone down to about 1/29 of what they were before getting the equipment.

I work with a woman who has disabilities and her walker was broke by a taxi. Thankfully we went to Norco in Springfield and asked for help!! Lori who works there is amazing! This was the 2nd time we had been in asking for help ....both Times Lori has stepped up and went above and beyond!!! Thank you again...

Phill was very kind when delivering a wheelchair for my momma, teaching her how to adjust the leg rests went well and easy he knew what he was talking about without making us feel dumb when asking questions. Also he was very loving to our dog who cried when he left.

This review is from my Nov. 2019 visit. I experienced excellent customer service from Rick and Lori at Norco Medical yesterday, as well as the man at the front desk when I first walked in (though I didnt catch his name). This was my first time here. I was greeted with a smile by everyone there and they provided me with all the CPAP supplies I needed. I was especially grateful that Rick provided me with information about my CPAP machine that I didnt know and made some adjustments to it that were helpful. Rick went above and beyond to make my experience a comfortable one.After my appointment with Rick, I got to sit with Lori and she was friendly and helpful, too. I appreciate that they provide reminders by phone or email and that I wont have to keep figuring that out like the last CPAP supply place I used for the last three years. This is a huge benefit for me to just wait for their phone call every three months and have supplies mailed to me. Seriously, how does it get any better than that? :-)While I was waiting, I also noticed this team of people working well for the other customers as they came in to buy supplies.

Supposed to have a wheelchair waiting at hospital for my 8 yr olds knee surgery but they dropped the ball and never delivered. Then I was told they would bring it to my house. Not only did they have the wrong address, when I corrected them they were rude and told me they couldnt deliver for 6 days.

My mom has been waiting over a month for her CPAP mask! She has bad sleep apnea, cannot sleep, is having symptoms. Have called multiple times in regards to her supplies. We are willing to pay out of pocket for them since it’s kind of an emergency. It has never taken insurance this long for a response. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff Manager is rude and she needs retraining on customers service.Let the customer explain the situation, it would be helpful if she Manager listened and didnt talk as I the customer was talking.Belittling, rude and aggressive.So I do think the outher staff is great. I feel for them having to work with a difficult manager.My experience :(

On a Thursday one week ago, our doctor informed us that he had submitted an order to Norco for a hospital bed for our mother who has congestive heart failure. I called Norco that same day to ask when we could expect delivery, and was told they deliver only on Thursdays and Mondays to our zip code. That same Thursday someone called from Norco to confirm we had ordered a hospital bed: yes, confirmed. I called on the following Monday to ask about delivery, and the receptionist told me it was still in insurance channels. Today is Thursday a week later; I called Norco and was told the order is still in insurance channels—I called the insurance company and was told they have not received the order from Norco—I called Norco again, and was told it is in their internal channels before it can go to the insurance company, and she “doesn’t make the rules,” “this is just how they do things.”It becomes apparent that a person should order a hospital bed from Norco long _before_ developing congestive heart failure. Five thumbs down. I only clicked a star because I cant post this without it.

Care provider took in prescription and gave her all the info. Lorie called me after she left for some info and she said she had to get a hold of my caseworker for one of the prescriptions. Then I would be all set. After 3 weeks of waiting I called to find out what was holding things up. Lorie was very rude said I never called with a measurement so she had done nothing with it. Now I have to start all over. Don’t go here you will be sorry if you do.

The women who work in this store are fantastic. They know their products, they can speak from experience for many of those products, and they stop whatever they are doing to help a customer. I say this because they seem to run the offices while also helping walk-in clients. That cant be an easy balance of duties, yet I have never once heard one of them say, Ill be with you in a minute. They are with you the second you walk in! They made me feel at ease and helped me to understand the types of options I had, and I walked out of the store a half hour later a very happy customer. I will not only continue to shop here, I will recommend it to all of my friends. Just for the record, their products are top quality too.

No communication and rude response on the phone when I tried to get more information. Doctor said it would be one to two weeks to get my device. It has been almost 4 weeks and today I had to call them to find out what was going on. Younger girl on the phone was giving me a tough luck response on the phone, and when I said it was Norcos responsibility to keep me in the loop, she hung up. I guess Ill try another medical supplier. Very unprofessional.

My husband needed repair/replacement of his CPAP. When I went in several weeks after the order was initially placed to check on the status, the woman at the desk brusquely asked why I was even there and said the medical office should never have told me to check with them. They were waiting on a loaner to fix his. I was specifically told “don’t call us to check, we will call you when we are ready”. Order was sent in October and now it is Christmas time. No calls yet! We found out today that we can go through Quest instead. Thank goodness. I will not visit Norco again for any needs!

I called Norco last Wednesday and gave them my insurance information to rent a knee scooter for surgery that I had today. They said they would call me back. Well no call back. So I called them on Friday and they said they have not had a chance to call the isurance company . So I gave them my phone number again. Well by 5 Friday I heard nothing from them. So I ordered one from amazon which delivery Sunday to my house. I do not recommend this medical supply store to anyone. Unorganized and no communication at all.

What an amazing company. My husband is an active duty milatary recruiter for the Navy here in Eugene and weve been going back and forth with our insurance company to figure out coverage for our breast pump. They sent Norco the wrong medical code and it was saying I only qualified for a manual pump. Ive been so upset because Im going back to work soon and need to start pumping my supply. It takes Tri-Care weeks to get an authorization sent to Norco to give people their pumps. Thankfully, today, they called me back and let me know they were going to donate a pump to me. It felt like such a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Couldnt be more thankful for them. Thank you everyone at Norco for helping me out and being so supportive of milatary families. I am so thankful for you. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Plus everyone in there is always super nice. :)

Totally undependable. Got a CPAP through them and was told at signing that theyd verified with insurance that I reached my annual deductible limit and that insurance would cover the full cost. One month later, get a bill for a copay. When I went to the store, the response was Well, thats what the automated software told us to bill you.Also was denied consumables for my CPAP (replacement air filters) although the original contract stated that I would be given new filters after the first month.Caveat emptor.

Ist order ok. 2nd order shorted. 3rd order was a mess. Lorie does not want to sell CPAP supplies to customers. I called on 8/17 placed an order & received only one of 6 items ordered. Called back on 8/23 spoke to Teresa & she said Lorie would call back. No call. I call again on 8/28 & now I have to call Resmed direct for my supplies. Now my prescription has expired (see dr today) & we have no supplies. I dont how they stay in business. Another CPAP supplier bites the dust. We are ready to pay out of pocket.....I called Norco again on 9/4/18 as suggested. Lorie answered the phone. Tonya said she would call me back. No return call, weve gone to another company.

They had my paperwork for two weeks until they FINALLY submitted a claim for my cpap. The sleep study place told me that it should take more than 1 week or 2 but these guys are taking double that time. No communication, no follow through with paper work. I will not be dealing with them in the future.
