This is the worst customer service ever! My mother got measured for compression socks and also knew in the beginning they were non refundable however they are not correct and it was their mistake. This is not something she went to the store for a picked out herself they measured and ordered them for her. Her own doctor told her they were not correct. Be in your best interest to train your people better. When we showed the woman the box she grabbed it out of my moms hand and would not give it back. Basically scolding her and treating her like a little child. YOU made the mistake so YOU need to fix it!

Customer Service was good, but how is it that on your website it shows that you accept Care Credit when in reality you dont. My wife just went in to get fitted for a Cpap machine and yet we had to pay the full amount out of pocket due to your systems were never updated...

Great people work here, and want to help you...BUT- dealing with offshore billing (and accents) makes for a LONNNNNGGGG day sometimes. I asked Mercy Sleep Ctr to send the business to someone local, and boy did we miss the mark! :( Im switching to Cox medical supply as soon as I can. You cant even imagine the stress over a few hundred dollars here and there. If you dont pay on time and fight it, your credit can suffer, right?? And dont expect a call back locally for weeks at a time (I gave up and drove to the store) or from the 855 overseas number. Of course because this is medical, the email stuff is always secure and quite the pain to deal with as well. Adapt is a pain in the @$$ at every turn, and they just buy up more and more, and make me want to deal with them less and less.RUN!

Would give zero Stars if I could. Went up to purchase my normal equipment and stated they could not find my prescription even though I had just bought equipment 2 months ago. Customer service is extremely lacking didnt even try to accommodate me with it being 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and next to impossible to reach a doctor. 100 mi round trip wasted would not recommend

We had one thing after another after renting a hospital bed for a hip replacement 2 months ago. The experience just continued to get worse. However, Steve Bach straightened it all out and Adapt healths regional manager got involved. So now we needed a hospital bed for the other hip surgery. They showed me they do care about customer service. They made sure every detail was taken care of. They really changed how I originally felt. Today felt like the Bach I dealt with 14 years ago during colon cancer.

The company is adapt health and is horrible if you have any issues with billing or insurance. Overseas customer service I’ve been high pressure phone sales even after they don’t take my insurance. To keep billing me full price for supply’s scam alert and the resolution at the bottom of this comment is just fluff.Update. After reviewing the company I received a phone call from Steve Bach and the issue with adapt health was resolved. My hope is that for future customer’s that they train there customer service and billing department to be more knowledgeable with customers that have issues with insurance. Mr Bach you will be missed.

Renting out equipment to disabled people while charging a monthly fee that is more than the actual cost of a one time purchase of a nebulizer. A life saving device that doesnt even work correctly and is obviously used and not refurbished back to its original state. Typical Shitfield Missouri way.

I tried to get a CPAP from them. When I showed up for my appointment the CPAP they tried to push on me did not fit my needs. As a matter of fact my insurance requires me to pay 10 month rental fee. That fee would have paid for the machine at a net profit. Then they bill my insurance.I needed a travel CPAP because I travel for work extensively which they carry 2 brands. The lady Brinda I think is her name said my insurance would not pay for it. So I didnt take it no big deal. I call my insurance and they said they would pay if the script specified travel. So I had another script sent over that specified travel. They would not process the script. I asked why and there answer was its company policy to only sell travel CPAP machines for cash only. We wont send them through insurance . This company doesnt care about people there out to give you the cheapest product at the highest markup then Bill your insurance company after youve already paid for it in rental fees. This is why our health insurance premiums are so high. Companies like this is who you thank. I can order my product online for half the price.

Update: Steve Bach gave me a call today to follow-up on my review. We discussed my issue and he apologized for the hassle that I am going through and said that he would definitely follow up on it.The staff was very helpful with my CPAP and supplies but their billing is another story. I have spent a long time on the phone with them, asked to talk to supervisors then hung up on.

Wish I wouldve read reviews before giving them so much money.Ive never had to purchase medical supplies, so when I did, I was hoping to get some help and some questions ordered. I just needed simple compression items, but I was rushed out of there so quickly, no questions answered because I barely had time to ask questions! I took in a prescription, expecting some sort of effort with insurance, and was just told they dont cover it, very abruptly. At least try! At least see that Im probably younger than a lot of your clientele and offer to actually help me instead of measuring me, grabbing an item from the shelf that fit those measurements (but isnt what I wouldve picked for myself AT ALL) and let me know the price before my debit card is in your hand! Im just really frustrated and felt like I threw money away for a product I HATE wearing and only do so when my pain is dire, and thats not why my Dr. wrote me that prescription. Id love to have a product I can wear the way Im supposed to, but I dont want to spend this kind of money again. Shoulda just looked online or something.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. They were great when I went to my appointment to get fitted and stuff because they knew I was about to pay $1500......after that though, they have been ZERO help. I’m trying to file an insurance claim for the $1500 I spent on my machine and the girl today told me “we can talk to the insurance or have anything to do with that since it wasn’t ran through insurance” Even though my insurance said they HAVE to hear this from them...... I said well I’m running it through insurance now so what’s the difference. Also I talked to a guy there a couple weeks ago that said “yeah fax over a sheet with the info that you need and we will pass this along to insurance for you” so I did and they basically never sent it. The girl on the phone says “yeah he’s new, sorry he probably didn’t know.” ........just know that if you get something from there, just expect a complete nightmare. If I could go back and buy my machine anywhere else, I would in a heartbeat and I suggest you do the same.

EXTREMELY RUDE! I was talking to a woman trying to figure out my leg compressions and why they are hurting me. I was respectful and nice apologized if I offended her in anyway asking about the measurements. AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back because I was still trying to figure things out, I told her that is was extremely rude that she hung up on me for no reason and I thought I deserved an apology. She told me she could apologize but wouldn’t. It’s Christmas Eve! I asked for a supervisor/manager and she said are you serious? It’s Christmas Eve no one is here. So I told her could you have a little bit of Christmas spirit and apologize for hanging up on me? She told me that if that’s what I needed fine I apologize. Look I am a really nice generous person with good intentions always! But I have never talked to someone so petty or so rude, in any kind of medical profession, in my life. You all just lost a customer, who would have probably used you for the rest of her life! Good going! Merry flipping Christmas 🖕🏻

After previously getting 4 knee braces and sleeves from Bach medical supply I went to get Another one and these people have put me through hell. Stay away from this company at all costs do not do business with them and tell your friends not to do business with them. I was told by my doctor not to use them but I made the mistake of trying to get my knee brace through them which was a big mistake!

With my Mom in a skilled care facility, with the goal of getting her back home the goal, the social worker that I had been dealing with suggested having Bach Medical Supply perform a free home assessment. Jeremy Hewitt, their Executive Director, contacted me directly, and promptly scheduled the assessment. Jeremy was professional and courteous. He listened to my assessment of my Moms skills and abilities, gave suggestions for home modifications and products, provided a quote, and I reviewed them with my Mom.After selecting a lift chair in the store, they quickly scheduled the installation. Matt arrived promptly, was friendly, engaged and customer service-oriented. Without their help, the home would not have been ready in time for my Mom to come home.I recommend using Bach Medical Supply if you have a loved one or friend that may need some home modifications. They are friendly, professional and offer reasonably priced solutions.

Walked in and was greeted at the door! Outstanding customer service! I went into Bach Medical in search of compression socks, unsure of what I was really getting myself into. One of the sweet customer service representatives, Bethany, helped size me and show me the many options they had available. She was knowledgeable of the product, answered all my questions, and helped me pick a few pairs of compression socks that fit me perfectly! Bethany really made me feel welcomed with her friendly smile. I will be referring all my family and friends to Back for all of their medical equipment needs because I know they will be in good hands.

I love the friendly service but, am having a problem with some of the prices. I bought, what I thought was non-stick Teflon pads, for $3.18 a piece - there is no pad, just a piece of thin plastic - actually good for nothing. I also, bought some #4 tubular elastic dressing @ .86 a foot. The whole box has 25 yards - I had bought a full box from Mercy Medical 4 months ago, for $7.54, which they no longer carry. Who can afford $64.50 for a box? Please address this issue.

My parents bought a walk-in tub and had it installed. They were very happy with the service Bach provided and the workmen were very professional. The mess was cleaned up before leaving and they went above and beyond what had to be done by helping out with a few things. My parents had a great experience and highly recommend Bach.

I recently met jeremy at Bach medical supply as I am a double amputee.and was needing a ramp built on my house he immediately got contractors out to my house and they built the best ramp I have ever seen in Springfield.being a new amputee I didn’t know where to go to have one built.Jeremy is one of the best sales representatives I have ever met. he went out of his way to make sure my ramp was built properly.for those of you who are disable I would recommend Jeremy from Bach medical supply without any hesitation what so ever he is sweet,kind, and thoughtful and very knowledgeable of those who are disabledSincerely, Jackie

Have received good customer service in the past, but today was much different. I went to Bach to ask about electric scooters for my aging parents. The girl working showed zero interest in helping me. Her answers to my questions were short (while picking food from her teeth with her fingernail) and dismissive. After 45 seconds of her “help”, she handed me a piece of paper from the scooter display stating it would answer all my questions. Bach Medical was always my first choice in the past, but I’ll be thinking twice before going again. I’ll certainly be hoping for a different employee next time.

Extremely rude staff, they give you the runaround with your prescriptions, will tell you its a short process on the phone and then tell you its a wait once you get there. they treated my doctors prescription as if it meant nothing and wanted me to wait a week while they confirmed everything was legit. said my doctor did not give them enough information, even after he made a phone call personally. as stated before they are so rude its a wonder they stay in business. avoid this place at all costs. what they said would take them days, mercy medical supply took care of in an hour. they take little interest in taking care of business promptly and they procrastinate when it comes to your prescritions. they are an absolute joke, but not a funny one since they deal with people health. bach staff....you should be embarrassed for the way you treat your customers!

Amazing people to work with! My disabled 77 year old father needed a wheelchair. I got everything over to Bach that was needed to get approved and was approved, but I couldnt pick the wheelchair up during normal business hours. Got a hold of them and the manager opened the doors for me when they normally are closed and took care of me! Will go back to again without any hesitation.

Takes advantage of potential customers. Advertises that he buys used equipment, but will not make an offer on anything. He leaves it up to you to come up with a number and if it’s really low he will pounce, but if it’s not he will pass. He is supposed to be the one with the knowledge here and he should be the one to make the offers.

I had secured a new C-Pap machine at Bach Medical, whose employees bent over backwards to get the information needed to file for my insurance. However, due to a change in insurance coverage, after less than one month I found myself having to switch to another provider. Needless to say, I hated to switch providers, but again the employees at Bach Medical, though they were losing me as a customer at the present time, helped facilitate the transfer of information on my behalf. I cant praise the staff of Bach Medical enough. They are excellent!

Terrible service. They wouldnt let my wife use her hsa debit card to pay for a knee scooter. Would have taken several days to have the insurance approve it, at least thats what they told me. We went to cox supply instead. They allowed us to use her hsa, and even have us a discount!! Also said if they needed to run insurance it would have only taken 30 minutes!!!

My daughter was in an accident a few days before leaving for a scheduled family vacation. She is unable to walk very far, so I was looking for a mobility scooter. This will be our last family vacation before her brother moves 8 hours away, so I didnt want her to miss it. Bach was recommended to me as a place that has scooters. They apparently only rent them for long term if you have insurance to pay. And even though I find that disgraceful--apparently cash money from someone who really needs one isnt as profitable as insurance companies--it was the attitude I got from the lady on the phone. When I asked if she could recommend another place, she didnt know of ANY place else. Im from out of town, and dont know all the businesses in Springfield, and she couldnt be bothered to even give me the name of another business in the same line of work as Bach. It was apparent that actually helping customers is not the motivation kf the employees that work at this store.

I needed a nebulizer and had a written script for it, so I dropped it off and they said npm. What they neglected to say was that they werent going to even touch it until a week later. I called every day checking on it. I was told each time that they were waiting on paperwork from the Drs office. Which was a lie cause I called my Drs office and they received nothing from them, including a phone call. When I told them this then they got pissy. By Friday I was told after I we went through the usual what they said and my no you didnt call my Drs office spill that it was going to be next week before I get it. Hello this is a health issue I need to have my breathing treatments! The whole staff lied to me all week not only that they were very incompetent. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Took my mom in to purchase a walker. Looking at the models of the ones on the floor and asked about the price. I was quoted a price, but after the paperwork was finished the price had doubled. They had added all these extra charges on for things like the seat and the wheels. The walker was no different than when the price was quoted to me. The things like the seat and wheels were things made into the walker from the factory, not optional accessories. Medicare only pays a percentage and we didnt find out about the double charge until they completed the paperwork. I dont think much of a place that preys on the elderly to make a buck, which is obvious what they are doing when they quote the price to you half of what it is and then add on all these fake extra charges. It would be about like buying a car and after you sign on the dotted line the dealer says now if you wan the wheels so you can drive it home that will be extra.

Went in to buy an assortment, ( 12 each) of compression sleeves for arms and legs, and 3 or four abdominal aides..I stepped inside while on the phone with my insurance company to confirm my coverage and verify billing codes. This earned a heavy sigh from the greeter/ bouncer at the door named Nici. Blocking the pathway, she proceeded to interrogate us, instead of asking how she could help us. She continually interrupted us, saying no and telling us Bach medical supply doesnt carry what we need.Really? Bull.When attempting to walk to the desk Nici stepped in front blocking the path again. After insisting on getting information on arm sleeves, she produced a catalogue, spun it around then put it away without permitting questions. She then returned to her chair and stared at us. When I told my companion to Cmon, this is too hard she stared at me and said, Yeah it is! I then said enough is enough and asked for the manager. As Im talking to the manager, Nici sat behind him making faces and attempting to escalate the situation, unaware my companion was recording her on his phone . We showed a pic to the manager and he acknowledged Nici as being unprofessional. When she realized she was caught on tape, she and a co-worker took their purses and left, leaving the manager to clean up her mess. All I we wanted to do was purchase equipment!I guess Bach doesnt want or need new customers, because this is the most immature, insulting and unprofessional sales experience of my life. I WAS DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE ITEMS FOR SALE. NICI TREATED ME WITH PREDUDICE AND BIAS, REFUSING ME SERVICE. This is 2016, get over yourself!I would hope the owner would contact me and have a professional, respectful discussion about this, but who knows, based of my experience it might just be a normal day at the office for Bach Supply.
