Kendra was amazing. Wish everyone was as kind as she was to me. She fixed me up when no one at the 866 number would even let me explain my problem. She is also getting me a review of my account. She did go above and beyond for me and I want you to know that doesnt happen very often anymore. I cannot thank her enough. Great job 👏 👍 👌

Called Apria today and spoke with Kendra. Explained the type of CPAP mask I was trying to find. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Been an Apria customer for ~15 years and Apria Springfield has always been helpful.

Im glad I took the time to read these reviews. I will not be using them for my medical equipment needs. I have never read so many absolutely disgusting reviews for a company that requires their clientele be satisfied.

My mom passed away May 9, 2017 of COPD. She had been on oxygen for over 15 years and used Apria as her source. Our local office was always very helpful and we could always get a hold of “Matt” at any time. When she passed away they came to get her supplies and her tanks and left me her final bill which I thought was very odd and inconsiderate at the time. We submitted it to her insurance and left it at that. I received another bill for the amount of $14.17. I called to inform them that she did not know that and she had passed away and they were extremely rude on the phone. The agent got rude and hung up on me during the course of our conversation. When I called back I was greeted by another rude customer service agent. However, after speaking to her supervisor I was told to disregard the bill because I was correct she did not know it. I received a letter in the mail today, almost 10 months after my mother’s death, Informing me that they had turned over that $14.17 to collections and it is now $21.12 that we owe. Even though my mother is not here I still do not want uncollected debts floating around out there. I called Apria and told them I would go ahead and pay the amount today. I was greeted by another rude person who informed me I would have to contact the collection agency and set up a “payment plan”.......for $21.12. Instead of just being kind and considerate and apologizing and giving their condolences for the death of my mother after she had been a loyal customer of theirs for years, they chose to be difficult over a small amount of money and make a very difficult time a little more difficult. Word-of-mouth goes a long way and this experience with Apria in an already difficult time will not go unremembered.

This company is fraudulent plain and simple . When they set up my appointment they told me I would have to pay over $220 at the time of pick up for the CPAP machine that I I supposedly needed. I educated the lady that I had met my max out of pocket. She said that I would have to talk to the manager when I got to the appointment. I knew something was wrong at that point because the company would have been told that I wouldnt have to pay at that time if they had reached out to the insurance company for the prior authorization! But I called the insurance company to double check that I was correct, which I was. The insurance company called Apria to let them know that I wouldnt owe anything at that appointment because I had met my max for the year. So I went to the appointment. They tell you that you have to setup autopay for the monthly rental fee and for the replacement parts that have to be replaced every few months. Not even a week goes by and I notice a $70.20 charge on my credit card. When I asked why and what I was charged for, I was told it was from the initial setup, which again I didnt owe them any money because I had met my out of pocket max already by the time I went to get setup with the CPAP machine. I called Apria and had to ask for an itemized statement and a refund because they had never sent me any bills, again because I didnt owe them anything! I get the statement and compared it to the claims paid by my insurance company and Apria billed the insurance company AND ME for the exact same equipment but in different dollar amounts. United paid $45.19 for tubing that Apria charged me $10.79. So this company is literally double dipping! Theyre getting paid twice for the exact same equipment. I immediately returned the CPAP machine and have wasted time and energy trying to get my $70.20 back. Theyre refusing to refund the money claiming that the balance is owed, which is total BS! What this company is doing is FRAUD. If I hadnt been educated in how insurance works then they would have stolen even more money from by their initial demand for an upfront payment of the $220!!!! Do not do business with this company!!! All they want to do is steal your money!!!!

My doctor informed me I had sleep apnea. I was forced to deal with these people because of a deal they made with Cigna health care. First with an air concentrator rental. When the hospital sleep center told me it wouldnt do anything to really help, I wanted to return it. I called them twice, telling them i was going to bring it back. They refused to let me return it in person, saying they had to come pick it up. They delayed picking it up for 4 days. They stalled picking it up until the first day of the next rental period for which they bill monthly and charged me an extra $180 for rental.Then I had to get an APAP machine through them (because of insurance). After receiving it, i found out they billed me $60 for filters I never received, charged me $260 extra for a standard part of the machine - they called it supplying a humidifier.All in all I was charged $380 in unjustified expense. If you have a choice, avoid these people at all costs. Nothing but scam artists.

I dont even want to leave this company one star! I have never dealt with such an untrustworthy company. This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artist! They tell you one price and then change their minds two days later. Then you get daily boxes delivered and they start pulling $300 out of your account with every box that is delivered. I would rather take a chance on my wound getting gange green before using this company again!!! Run just forget this company exists!!!!

If I could give NO STARS I would. As I was miserable from lack of quality sleep - falling asleep at my desk and even driving, it took an entire month to get my CPAP machine after it was ordered. THEN it didnt come with the mask so I couldnt use it. I called about the mask and they said the order was in the process of being filled. I asked which mask they were sending and they were sending the wrong one. So I had them change it and then it took another week before I got the mask. Fast forward and they charged my card twice. I havent met my deductable on my insurance so it was rejected. I was okay with paying for the machine, however, they didnt tell me when these payments were coming out and it caused overdraft fees and rejected other bills that come out automatically - that I did authorize. When I called to get things fixed, I ended up talking to 5 different people, all of which told me a different answer. One said I would be refunded. One said that I was charged because the first charge was rejected. The last one I spoke to was a manager who said that it was all valid and there was nothing they could do on their end. I said I would like to return the equipment and go elsewhere. He said even if I did, that the charges would stand and I wouldnt get a refund. ABSOLUTETLY terrible company. But since they are a medical supply company, I shouldnt be surprised.

Rude people. No phone etiquette. Lots of noise (popping/cracking) on phone line. Some heavy accents which made it hard to hear them. Wrong information. If I ever get the cpap machine I will look for another provider.

Worse company ever. .I placed an order in Oct and they sent me wrong supplies.They billed both primary and secondary. Then i placed another order in Dec and they refused to bill my secondary insurance until I put a credit card on file.They wanted to get credit card info on file so they can bill me first. Isnt that the point of secondary insurance? I will not be putting any of my credit card information w them. After talking to 6 people I gave up and will take my business elsewhere!

This company on November 8th took $833.47 out of my checking account with no notification no email no bill an put are checking account over $400 in the negative, I am a disabled veteran that gets a check for 860 a month to live on, I called the billing department an was treated with complete disrespect an hung up on, long story short they took the money an on Monday the 14th I received a bill in the mail that said the statement date was the 8th, the envelope was post dated the 10th an i received it on the 14th an that the due date was the 29th, they refuse to work with me on this because they already have their money,if you Google this company you will find a nation wide review with a 1 star rating with almost every comment stating that they took.money from people with no notification an treated like they dont care about any of there customers an once they get your money they dont give two flips about you...if they are this lowdown to treat a disabled veteran this poorly think long an hard about even considering doing business with this company.
