We were the only customers there. The guy was rude and dismissive when he automatically assumed that our tanks were Coke/Pepsi and would not exchange them. (turns out one was and one was not). I ask his advice and he just walks away from me. I follow and try and be nice and ask again and he tells me I should buy a brand new tank from him. I left and got them exchanged somewhere else. Coke doesnt even do a lease program anymore so I have no idea why this guy thinks hes going to somehow get into trouble with the sugar water police.EDIT: Since I cant reply to their response. Yes. I get it. You cant take the tank because of policy or whatever. You didnt have to be rude and completely dismissive to me about it. If the manager had bothered to actually look at both tanks I could have actually had one swapped out. Instead he literally just walked away from me while I was talking to him like something far more important was going on. Take a look at the rest of the reviews. This location has a problem and its not the customers.I took my business elsewhere.

I called ahead and asked about dry ice for a small cooler I have to transport breastmilk. They gave me the price per pound and said they had it. After arriving they told me there was a five pound minimum. Also acted as if I was a burden to them. Mid conversation the gentlemen just started helping someone else. I was willing to pay the full five pound amount but was trying to understand if I could just take 1 lb because my cooler was physically unable to hold that much. The answer they eventually gave was just too throw the extra on the ground.
