I went to another optical store prior to coming to Eyemart, I had a terrible experience, no one greeted me or even said anything to me for 20 minutes. I got an exam- with a telemed Dr. (Not my favorite) and left. I decided to give Eyemart a try and they exceeded my expectations! Ashtyn was helpful, was very knowledgeable and came up with my price so easily! The bonus was, my glasses were done in less than 30 minutes! 10/10 recommend!

Arrived a few minutes early for my eye exam, and only had to wait about 5 minutes before I got to see the doctor. Receptionist was friendly and kind; doctor was thorough, and took time to explain results and answer questions. After my eye exam, I did have to wait quite a while to purchase my glasses, but the help I got was well worth the wait. There were only two young ladies working, and they were so busy, but they were full of smiles, skill, empathy and good advice, even though I know they were exhausted. After purchasing my glasses, I was told it would take about two hours for them to be ready, but - in reality - they were done in 66 minites, which means that the young man working on lenses in the back is also very efficient. The glasses fit well, and are working perfectly for me; its so nice to be able to see well again. Thank you to everyone at Eyemart Express. You are a very good team!!!

Just moved to the area and had a scratch on my glasses. So easy, called my old doctors office, they faced the prescription, I went in that day, picked out frames and had the measurements done. Glasses are specialty so had to be ordered, it’s usually a 2 week wait for them, had them in 7 days. So happy and my glasses are perfect, no issues with my progressives, see great and cute more cost frames.

Absolutely loved this place. They were great, friendly and fast. I was able to get my glasses in an hour after seeing the doctor. I am grateful for that. While I wait to pick up my other pair of glasses (they had one of my prescriptions in stock) Ive scheduled my daughter to get her new exam and new glasses with them. We are very excited.

This was my first experience with Eyemart Express and I’m so very impressed. The check-in was quick, efficient and effective. The testing was done with knowledge, then doctor was fantastic - he did my testing, had me try a pair of contact lenses and then checked the fit. The glasses try on and ordering was quick and enjoyable. The glasses were very well-priced and done within 1 hour! FANTASTIC!!

Ive been going to Eye Mart Express for years now and its always been great! But this year was exceptional! Ever person that works there has a great attitude, and great customer service! I worked with Tiffany this time around and she was great! The woman she helped before me was almost in tears after getting her glasses because she loved them so much. And of course they had my first pair done in 18 minutes and my sunglasses done in an hour! Ill always go to eye mart express!

I can’t believe how good the customer service is at eye mart. Walked in was immediately helped by Amy at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. Eye exam was quick and staff was great. Went to get my glasses and was helped by Letasha (sorry if I spelled that wrong your handwriting was messy lol) she was also extremely helpful and friendly. Also, somehow in an hour and a half total time I will be picking up prescription sunglasses and safety glasses!!!

Decided to get glasses today..........figured eyemart express would be a great idea......There booked for the doctor for 2 weeks .........If u have a prescription allready, then head on over.......Not much for being express if people have to wait for 2 weeks to even see a doctor.......Get it together.....

I went in yesterday to get new glasses I got a really excellent deal on two pairs of glasses my first pair is regular glasses plus my new bifocals my second pair that I got is for driving so theyre tinted and they are excellent the attendant who took care of me there was knowledgeable experienced and she helped fit my glasses to my head thats only would fit m LOL I would have everybody go to Eyemart Express to get any new glasses even sunglasses that are prescription they will take care of you I will give them more than five stars if I could

After having eye surgery, I needed glasses to be able to read. I chose this store because of it’s excellent ratings and I’m glad I did.From the moment we walked in, we noticed that they were sanitizing everything. The chairs, counters, even giving every customer a basket to place the glasses you tried on so they could be sanitized.They have an excellent selection of glasses and some good sales if you buy 2 pair!Shawna waited on us and she was wonderful. She explained everything and was extremely nice!I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they were ready in 47 minutes!They take pride in their work and store and it’s greatly appreciated.

Being a skeptic of prices that appear extremely good..I was a bit hesitant when I went to get new glasses...ok...I surrender..prices great..customer service even better. I went back 3 days later to have another pair of glasses tinted..it took them 10 minutes..and the cost...FREE

Was a great trip said two hours to make glasses and was done in 35 minutes. Ladies were all super polite place was clean, nice clean restroom. Very clean sanitized place they care about thier customers!

Everything from the eye exam to the selection process of new frames was excellent. My vision insurance was out of network and Bobby did everything to help me navigate filing a claim. I got a text saying my glasses were ready before I even got home. Most importantly, the precautions for COVID19 were stringent without being inconvenient. The process put me at ease. I HIGHLY recommend Eyemart Express!

Very few places are open to get glasses. Mine broke and I had plans to go to 4 stores. Eyemart was the 2nd place. I was able to find the frame I liked and the store manager helped me decide between two different frames. She was great! She took out my old lenses and was able to tell what my preferences were. It helped so much. Who can remember from the last time you ordered glasses what you did with the lenses. They were able to do my sunglasses that day but didnt have the lenses for my regular glasses. I picked up my regular glasses yesterday and very pleased with both pairs of glasses.

I spent 4 months looking online for glasses and decided I didn’t want to purchase and not like them. So I searched for an optical store that wasn’t over priced. I finally found this one and thought “yea right they’re express, we’ll see about that” I walked in and the lady gave me a base price just by looking at my prescription and old lenses. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and just so friendly. I am the most indecisive person ever and they gave me as much time and space as I needed. Once I narrowed it down to two pairs they all gave me great opinions of which looked best. It was like they were a family and not competing against one another. They also do military discount which is a plus. I originally bought a pair of cat eye and as soon as I walked out I changed my mind and they were so accommodating and understanding and helped me change the pair to what I wanted. Lastly my glasses were done in about 20 minutes. 20!!!!! I wear -4.50 lenses and got the poly with anti reflective...aaaaanddd got a second pair for free!!! I’m just so excited to have found this place, I don’t ever give reviews but they deserve it!

Ive been coming here for 20 years and am never disappointed. Dr. Kickham is patient and thorough, the lens lab folks are amazing, and the speed of service is remarkable!

I needed prescription sunglasses 2 days before flying out and they got it done! I was able to bring my prescription in for them to use. The whole process was very fast and easy.

They were really busy but they sure were attentive on my needs and wants. And when I had a problem with my glasses the took care of it and didnt ask for anything. The service was great.

With Covid-19 mandatory mask rules we still got in really fast. They ask that all glasses you touch you put in a basket for them to sanitize. They clean each area once a customer leaves. Once I picked out my glasses they were very helpful in getting me the best price they could. They estimated an hour for two pairs, but it only took 20 mins. They even helped get the glasses to fit the way I like.

Dr Kickham performed a thorough exam and discussed the need for cataract surgery in the near future. He answered all my questions and explained things really well.The staff was super friendly, the young woman who assisted me personally, Lexi, was so sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and really patient with me choosing my glasses and then when I returned, they all were again right on point with their great customer care and service. I will definitely go back to Eyemart for future eye exams and lenses!

Great place to get glasses, very courteous and friendly . Ive purchased my glasses at eyemart express for several years. The only negative is that I brought my husband in yesterday to purchase his glasses but because he is asthmatic we couldnt go into the store. The issue is that even with our masks on, when we opened the door to go in, the acetone odor from the nail salon next door was so strong it caused him to have an asthma attack. I know its not Eyemarts fault and I will still recommend them because they cant do anything about the acetone smell but it is a problem for asthmatics.

Great service last Friday. Friendly staff. They want your business. Over the weekend, I realized the sunglasses I chose were not going to work. I called Saturday afternoon and they said to come in Monday. Stopped in yesterday. They graciously helped me pick out a new pair without making me feel like I should suck it up. Thank you!!!!

Its been many years since my last eye exam because I have had great vision until the last few months. They diagnosed them accurately and had my glasses done within an hour. Great selection and state of the art equipment. Its great to see things in the distance again!

On the way home we made it to this store and she was AMAZING and got me a new pair of (even cuter) glasses right away! My experience was pretty good. The place was packed with people. I thought they did a pretty good job of getting to us quickly. However, it would be wise to have a numbering system (which they said they used to have but corporate had taken it away), as people are milling about, looking at frames, etc., and with that many people it is easy to forget who came in first and who deserves service first. The service was great, the cost was good, and my glasses (both pair) fit nicely and are working nicely. The clerk gave me many options and seemed very knowledgeable about the product. I will return when I need a new prescription.

Just made a phone call today (2/9/2020) and Graham answered the phone. He sounded like he was in a hurry. I asked him how he was doing today and he said “good. How may I help you?” From my perspective, he sounded like he was in a rush, which I didn’t appreciate. I asked him another question and he didn’t understand what I was asking. That was on me because I didn’t understand it myself...lol! Then I told him thank you. He said “you’re welcome” or “uh-huh” and hung up on me. I don’t know if he was in a hurry to answer other calls, but he was in a rush to get off the phone. Due to his manner of answering my call, I will not become their customer.

Just wanted to say my experience with eye mart was so amazing .. we live about an hour away and was in springfield that day ..i had to get glasses and on the spot they got me in ..we were greeted warmly ... I. Just had a severe car wreck broke my neck .im in a neck brace for a few weeks and yet the staff treated me and made me feel comfortable .....i had my glasses in less then 30 min. Thank you eye mart and for having a very professional staff and very caring ...i wont go anywhere else again !

I was helped by a woman named Latoshia who was super nice and wonderful. I had two pairs of glasses made and it only took 12 minutes. I highly recommend them if you need glasses fast.

Reasonable time for waiting, fast and accurate test for lens. It took 2 days to get glasses ready to fit because of extras applied to lenses. Overall the best experience since I started wearing glasses in 1990. Thank you Eyemart Express and Anne for extra help.

The exam was very quick and accurate. Finding frames was an easy experience with the help of an assistant. My pair of glasses were completed incredibly quickly and they made sure that the fit was perfect. I couldnt be happier!

Went to pick up glasses for their guaranteed pick up date. they wee not in. When asked how they were going to make this right the store manager said it wasnt their fault because they had to send them to a subcontractor and they were late. A week later they still hadnt called. We asked for a call because we have a land line. We finally called them, they said they sent a text...to the land line. The secondary number they had written down wrong. So here we are, nearing three weeks for their special ordered guaranteed pick up date glasses. And its not their fault. Well take another day off work to drive an hour, to sign in and wait, it took nearly two hours for them to tell us they were not in last time. However, its all okay because its not their fault they cant keep a guarantee . NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Wont do it again. Their doing nothing to make it right. Two days lost wages.

I had trouble finding frames I liked at other places. I saw the ad for EE on TV and decided to check it out. I found a few frames that I really liked and decided to buy 2 identical ones. I got one tinted for sunglasses and the other for night and indoor use. The optics were far superior than the set that I last bought at a major retailer. Customer service was great. I even got my glasses the same day with the tint! Very Happy, no sense wasting time at other stores.

Customer service is pretty lacking. The sales people seem to have zero tact, and also rush the customers through decisions to meet sales.

Supper fast and quick to just get right in and out with 2 pairs of glasses in about 10 minutes and had them both ready in the hour. We had to emergency get a pair of glasses for my son because he lost his in the lake, we got the 2 for 1 and tinted one pair. One pair took 15 mins and the other took almost the hour. Supper service!!!
