More than exceptional customer service! I was extremely happy with my visit here. I am a college student and my laptop was all types of messed up. They had it fixed up, updated, and cleaned within a day. Really genuine people there that want to help you. Taking a PC in for repair can be like taking a car to a mechanic in that if you dont know much about them, you can never be sure if theyre ripping you off. Having built a few PCs of my own, I know a bit about them and can vouch for their honesty. When I ran into an issue I couldnt diagnose, they were quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. While I was there to pick up my PC, I saw another customer come in with an issue that a competitor offered to fix for $900, and PC Pros said they would remedy it for only $20 despite the fact they could easily have padded the price and the customer would have been none-the-wiser. Doing business with them was enjoyable and when I run into another issue I plan to return.

PC Pros is a very professionally ran business. I needed my PC repaired so I checked our PC Pros, and my experience with them was FLAWLESS. Not only were they able to diagnose my computers needs quickly, but they were prompt in having its replacement parts ordered and installed. The quality is amazing, and the computer functions just like the day I bought it. This business has earned my trust and respect. I recommend them to anyone who wants their computer needs taken care of by a professional/honest company for a reasonable price!

So I went in about a month ago with my Pre-built PC had purchased at Best Buy with the intention on upgrading it. I was welcomed by Tim, and told him what I was looking for. Wanting to upgrade some parts, the case, motherboard and maybe some other parts to turn my pre built into a custom build. Not only was the pc upgraded but it was turned into a Beast custom built. Tim’s knowledge and customer service went above and beyond the average store. Unlike other PC stores Tim took the time to explain what was really needed versus just selling expensive parts for minor upgrades. Of course I had the option for making major upgrades like a new motherboard, but he told me the motherboard I had was pretty good and didn’t really need an upgrade. Which was really amazing. Not only was my pc being transformed but I was also getting the best for my money. This is a rarity with a lot of stores and to know that I as a customer was being treated the best was amazing. Great service! Had a power supply go out on my tower. The pros replaced defective unit and my tower back to me in just over 24 hours. The communication via text was good. They even cleaned out all the accumulated dust. Charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Super professional. Up front. FRIENDLY and personable. Owner Tim certainly knows how to run a business and give great service. Immediately gave me a printed off ticket with a personal touch about policies with my Order # on it. This automated a text to let me know the status of the work (one for when it was on the bench being looked at, another for diagnosis when that happened, and then one for cost estimate on work that needed to be done and then a phone call for permission to do the work). I was informed all along the way. When i went to pick up my computer, Tim hooked it up to his super fast 946mb internet and had me test out my own computer there in his shop before I left too. This is the way you do service! Superb business!

Guy was awesome. Was very happy! Needed my screen replaced on my laptop. Was cheaper then other places in town also. The day it was ready I ran up there on my lunch break. Highly recommend this place. My laptop DC jack stopped working and took it to them. They took all the necessary steps to see if the DC is jack is broken or if its an issue with my charger. Once I found out that my drive was corrupted, this was the place I took it to. Tim, the owner, was extremely responsive, cordial, and truly wanted my PC to be running at optimal performance. When I first found out how high the price was, I was apprehensive, but I realized that he not only fixed my problems on my PC, but updated it (with my permission). He even installed a new cooling fan for free! Am very impressed with the place, and will be going up there again.

Dropped off my laptop to see if the data from the hard drive could be recovered. Battery failed and was expanding, causing an upward bow in the keyboard and disable access to the drive. PC Pros kept me updated on progress and provide an answer the next day. I received a personal call to let me know the drive was inaccessible. When I asked about cost, I was told there would be no charge since the files could not be recovered. I insisted that there should be a fee and they agreed to a nominal amount.Very courteous and professional. If you need any service for your PC then go to PC Pros. You wont be disappointed.

I had an old laptop (10-15 years) from college. No clue where the power cord was and didn’t even know if it work. I wanted to get files off there because there pictures of both parents who have passed. They removed the hard drive and put it on a USB. Only took about 30 mins and was extremely less than I’d thought I’d have to pay. So happy with my experience. 11/10.

Was having issues with my tower shutting down and starting up randomly. Was driving me nuts and I couldnt figure it out. Finally brought it in for a diagnostic and they found out the problem for me. Turns out it was the motherboard standoffs the entire time. Silly, right? I was able to fix it soon after. Friendly and professional staff, clean store. Would recommend.

Unfortunately they had to tell me that my 7-year-old laptop was beyond repair. But they made me a fair deal on a refurbished machine thats much better. Service was quick, communication was good. I wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future if I need them and Im in the area.

Great service, cost of everything was within the bounds quoted before-hand, If there was something to improve on it could be that if something needs to be ordered in they could take a deposit and wait till the part is in before taking your pc so you dont have to go up to 10 days without your pc (in my case it was 4 days)

I first took in a Razer gaming laptop with a battery issue, which they assessed, cleaned and replaced in a matter of days for an exceptionally reasonable price, no less. I have since brought in a second Razer laptop (which they repaired flawlessly) and hope to someday destroy another one just to test how awesome their repairs can be... or maybe just build a PC with them sometime. Could not recommend these guys enough. The best and most knowledgeable PC shop in the area!

We had quite a damaged computer that we purchased in Asia and they ordered all the parts and kept me updated when things weren’t going according to schedule. I believe it was a difficult rebuild for them because the parts had to be special ordered, but they got the job done and we are very pleased.

I was helped out by a man named Tim at the front conter. I had ended up braking my screen on my acer computer and needed it fixed as quickly as possible. They had the part I did pay extra for it to be fixed asap that was expected and it was a reasonable price for a rush fix around 35 dollars plus the cost of repairs. Within a hour they had it done and I was happy 😊.

My hard drive crashed on my laptop and PC Pros did an excellent job of upgrading me to a SSD. Tim is great to work with. He kept me informed by text of when they started to work on it and when it was completed. I dropped it off on Thursday and they had it ready on Friday. They were even able to get data off of the bad hard drive so I didnt half to reload everything. They definitely will have my business in the future.

They took great care of us after our old laptop crashed. They managed to pull all of our important data from the old hard drive and migrated it to our new laptop that we brought them. They seem to do great work and will be bringing any other computer issues to their team to solve.

After purchasing a used laptop on eBay I was having problems with the software. A certain program kept popping up every few seconds and nothing I did to stop it worked. All i can say is that tim is an absolute god and knows what hes doing.

The repair was done relatively quickly and I was kept up to date on everything. However, after some time after my repair, my screens color is not right. Ive tried everyhting in the book to fix it and it just seems to be that the screen itself is messed up. This is really unfortunate as an artist, where color is necessary to get right.
