I dont normally do reviews..I would give no stars but thats not possible. The employees and especially management are always RUDE no matter how nice and patient the customer is. I have kept coming back because it is one of the only places to get things printed in town. At this point I would be happy to pay more money and wait a week to have what I need printed so I wouldnt have to deal with the staff. Its incredibly disappointing that a place that I would absolutely love otherwise is turned into a place I avoid like the plague.If you can get something you need printed anywhere else you will be much happier.I found an online shop for cheaper and with no grumpy rude women scowling at each customer. I hope I never have to come back. Would be happier if the place closed down and these ladies were made to work somewhere with no face to face/or even voice contact to customers. Im sure they would be happier too.Please do better office depot. Maybe Ill check back on you in a year or so. 🥲

I purchased a chair online after seeing it at our local store. They didnt have the color I wanted, so I was told by an employee to purchase it on line. The chare was then back-ordered for several weeks after I had paid for it. When the chair finally did come in, the springs in the seat made a tremendous noise when sitting down or getting up. I told myself I would give it a couple of months to quiet down (I had the 2 year protection). After no-joy I contacted the local store who told me they couldnt help and I would have to contact Allstate/Square Trade and file a claim... I contacted them and they told me they couldnt help and I would have to contact the retailer. I called the store and told them what was told to me by Allstate and the lady (same on I talked to before) said she would have to talk to her manager... 30mins later I hung up.

To the manager of the Glenstone store, I just wanted to drop a HUGE Thank you! to your employees over the past couple of days.I bought an office chair back in October. Since buying it, it had continually dropped in height randomly and wouldnt stay up. I had reached out to Square Trade because I had bought the extended warranty, but they told me Id have to get with Office Depot because it was still under the manufacturers warranty. I called the Office Depot warranty number numerous times, each time eventually (after about 15-20 minutes in the queue) getting forwarded to a voicemail box that was full and wouldnt accept more messages. Finally, I accidentally hit a different combination on the prompts and was given an automated message that I could send an email instead of waiting in the queue. That email was sent about two weeks ago, and despite a couple of follow up could I get an update on this? emails, I have yet to receive a response.Out of frustration, I contacted your store, where I had originally bought the chair. The gentleman in the Furniture department was extremely kind and promptly said You shouldnt have to be going through all of that. Thats not the way it should work. If youll bring your chair back in, well make it right. I went from very frustrated and angry, speaking through gritted teeth while trying to keep a smile in my voice, to being legitimately happy in seconds.I brought the chair in last night and was again greeted with wonderful kindness. The gentleman that helped me this time told me hed be happy to refund my full purchase price (I still had my receipt) and I could keep that or pick out a new chair. Again, I was very pleased. I picked out a different, a bit more expensive chair and asked that it be assembled for me. Again, he was super pleasant and told me theyd be happy to, but there was a 24 hour turnaround time, normally. I had arrived at the store about 5:30, and was headed out the door about 30-45 minutes later, very happy.To my surprise, I got a phone call rather early (10:00?) this morning letting me know my chair was assembled and ready to go. Again, pickup was a breeze.So here I am, sitting in the chair I bought, extremely happy with the way I was treated by your employees. I wish the Corporate experience could have been even half as good as the awesome way your team treated me.Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

I placed an order for business cards on Nov. 27th. The order was canceled the same day because they were unable to fulfill my simple request in a timely manner. I was charged for the cards, but have never been refunded. I have talked with multiple individuals from the corporate office also the manager from the store who I had to call twice and leave messages before I received a return phone call. One woman from corporate went as far as to lie to me and tell me that the request for a refund had never been placed. However, upon pressing the matter further they had simply forgotten to refund. And instead of being honest, she chose to lie. I understand how debits and credits work, and instead of being refunded for a product I never received, they keep trying to give me a lecture about banking and refer me to call my bank. I paid for a product, the product order was canceled, the money wasn’t refunded. It’s not difficult. But apparently for Office Depot employees it is. Such an unfortunate and ignorant situation. More than the money, I’m frustrated at how much of my time they have wasted.

Ive had buisness cards and various other things made in office depot in the past by simply walking into the store handing someone what I want done and walking out. Now it seems thats just too complicated I was just informed thats all done online now. Im supposed to create my own cards digital file and send it in ...could someone please tell me how thats easier than being in the store needless to say I will b looking for someone else to do the work I need done from now on

I ordered online for curb pick up and got a notice the order had been filled and debit card charged. When I got there, a guy came out and told me they were out of stock. More than a week later, I am still waiting for a refund. When I called, they said it would take two weeks. Wont do that again.

Went in looking for a nice hard case for a laptop, a laptop cooling pad and mouse pad, customer service was very unsettling, walked around the store looking for an employee, found two and asked if they could spare a minute, was told they were busy at the moment, there was no other customers in the area I was in but they couldnt take the time to answer a few questions, a young man by the name of Corey I believe was his name. He was walking around with another employee.

This place is 1000 times better than Staples. They are well stocked. Everyone is so helpful. One employee personally stopped by the Joplin store to bring some supplies to Springfield for me when I was in a tight situation. I highly recommend you shop here.

Nice and clean store however the employees werent very professional. I ordered 2 desks online. Got an email for one of them saying it was the ready for pickup and then another saying the 2nd desk order could not be fulfilled and to call for questions. I was fine with that. When I got there I walked over to the pickup desk and told them I was there to pickup. The woman said okay and went to the back to get the desk. Took about 10 minutes to get it to the front even though the email said they had my order ready. Then I asked about the second desk and they said it was broken. I said okay no big deal we can come back when you get another in stock. She told me to call back in a day or so to check so I went on my way. Well the next morning I looked online and it showed they had one of the desks I wanted in stock. I went ahead and ordered it and even got an email saying it was ready for pickup. I was happy and headed to the store. I headed to the pickup desk and the same manager was there. She said Oh that desk you ordered is broken. Remember? I told you to call first. This was frustrating because they sent me an email saying it was ready for pickup. I had to waste gas and time to drive over there because they didnt update their inventory and they sent me an email saying it was ready. Horrible experience. I wont be coming back here.

Very good assortment of all office supplies, including display adapters galore for all your different PC monitor needs!Decent options for office chairs(plus a nice, simple gaming office chair) and both plastic and bamboo chair mats.Variety of quality desks and organizational products, as well as an isle and end cap of administrative papers needed for running a business.Store was clean, no odd smells, staff was friendly, and everything was organized, priced fairly and easy to find.

There arent ever people on the floor to answer any questions you may have which I can see could make shopping here hard. That said, the climate is always comfortable, and they often have amazing deals on office supplies and tech, sometime even better deals on certain items than BestBuy, but dont hold your breath on that every time. When there is a staff member on the floor, they are always knowledgeable and willing to help, but there again almost never there.

The prices seemed high compared to Staples. We looked at several specific things, and then went to Staples and it was cheaper.The staff here was very helpful and nice. They asked us often if we needed help finding something.

I wanted jumbo paper clips and they were out. I expect to find normal office supplies at an office supply store. They had a particular gel pen on sale and it rang up at full price. I questioned the price and the girl didnt even attempt to check. I told her I didnt want them and she just shrugged, said ok, and tossed them in a return box.I went to Staples, found the pens on sale...a real sale, paper clips, and they CHEERFULLY price matched a telephone. Its no wonder Office Depot always looks like ghost town. Incorrect sale signs and poor customer service. I dont know how they pay the light bill.

Did they hire all the k mart employees? Slow checkout, unfriendly employee, was overcharged by more than $20, got no apology and had to do my own price check. Not a fan, Ill use the wallet somewhere else next time!!! I wonder how long a place can run like this and stay afloat.

I usually have really good luck shopping at Office Depot but this time wasnt great. They seemed to be out of a lot of their products this trip and was sad to find they seemed to only carry iPhone products. I was really surprised about that as big of a store as they are. The people working were not helpful at all and actually the cashier, the only cashier, was really rude. It was a Disappointing trip to office Depot this time.

The prices are a little high, the floor staff is as terrible as you might expect at an office supply store. The cashiers are typically friendly and they normally have what I need if I cant wait for Amazon shipping.

An average office supply store. I gave them five stars because of an employee named Jeff. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what I was asking for.

It was fine.. not bad, but nothing fancy.

Our experience was totally on-line. Order a Dell laptop on black Friday and got it and had bad cord. Sent it back and got another one. After 15 days the touch screen quit working. Sent it back in on 19 Dec and still havent got credit for the return yet. Every time I call they give me the run around. I will never do business with this company again.

I wanted a tablet that was not in stock and the manager, Kevin went out of his way to help me get it ordered and honored the sale price and did not charge me shipping as it was out of stock in the store. I am very pleased with this store and would highly recommend them to anyone. We shop there often and have never had anything but excellent service.Today is January 19th and I am still very pleased with the store, however, customer service needs work. I was told on the 14th that my order shipped and was to arrive by 5pm on the 16th. For two days I tried to get a tracking number and could not. I contacted the store and they tried to get information for me and was as helpful as they could be. At 4:30 pm on Friday the 16th I decided to try chat one more time and at 4:45 pm was told my order hadnt shipped, that it had run out of stock during the order process. Needless to say, I was and am very unhappy. For two days I had been repeatedly told it had shipped and would arrive Friday the 16th. Again, I have no complaints with the store, they are still working very hard to try to get this tablet in my hands. But the customer service number is worthless. It still is showing shipped and with a delivery date of the 16th online. So they cant even update correctly. I still have no idea when I will receive it. Very disturbing.

This location has been here for a long time. I always find better deals and service here on office supplies than Staples.
