They think its ok to wink and make you feel uncomfortable and then lie and say it never happened take your money and not deliver your couches to you because they failed to check your application and make sure its all filled out correctly and then when you go to the store to get a refund they refuse to let you in on the conversation of refunding me my money and tell me I dont need to know who he talked.too horrible store wont ever do business with this place again. Their store manager Jacob Little doesnt know the how to be professional or handle situations other than by making you think hes going to hit you becauseyou made him mad.

I just want to give a huge thank you to this company. We had a delivery that was supposed to be scheduled today, and was canceled due to the weather. Which we understand, we called in and we did get a little angry and had some attitude, but both managers were more than respectful and explaining them self and apologized. I know that the customer is “always supposed to be right,”but I just really appreciate the staff here working with us and not having an attitude back when they could’ve. They were very professional and very respectful, and we I know that sometimes as customers we are in the wrong, so we just definitely appreciate when a business can be professional no matter what. Thank you guys for working in this weather, and doing everything you can!

We rented a 70 TV for the super bowl cheaper than what we could have bought one (we dont have space for one all the time). They delivered & set it up in our garage & then picked it up. Everyone was so nice..

I love this place all the workers are courteous nice and cool to be around they help you with whatever you need however they can. They are very good when it comes to repairing or replacing an item and very understanding. Theyre also very good at finding items for you. I would definitely recommend this place over all of the others of its kind

This place is ran by a couple and they are in no way qualified to be in management. They will be late or not come at all. They will charge you a variety of prices on a item and give you several different due dates. If you are out of town make sure you have a house sitter to safe guard your home, because they will walk all around looking threw every window. After you tell them your mother died and thats why you have been out of contact they will call you a liar and laugh. Until they find a manager that knows what they are doing i wouldnt recommend thus place.

I recommend to anyone who ever wants to rent furniture to own from this place, do not do it. They like to pull fast ones on new customers. The General Manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. He was disrespectful towards my girlfriend telling her she needs to be an adult and not act like a child when she works in a call center all day and she was respectful to him. He needs to be fired, no wonder that national TV had went through 7 GMs in the last year, their customer service is aweful, dont do it.

My husband and I have been with the company for a few years, whenever Omar was there. It was great, we had no problems. Then when he left everything just went down hill. The communication got worse, the attitudes got worse, and the workers were worse. One person in particular would be the account guy CHRIS! His people skills are aweful, hes rude, he doesnt listen, he wont let you talk, you explain your financial situation and he has no care in the world. He questioned my husband and I about our finances and said we always had an excuse as to why we were late on our payments. He lies about his boss, and says his boss never puts anything in the system. He takes no responsibility for his attitude and how he treats others. As long as he is there we will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! Everyone else was perfectly fine. We wouldnt answer our phones anytime he would call because hes so rude. We had them come get our washer and dryer today, because we couldnt deal with him anymore. Id rather do our laundry at a laundry mat, then do business with him EVER!!!

I went in and had some stuff delivered finally Ive got a Christmas with all three of my children, to get my furniture to my house at the time I could only pay $30.00 I had a sofa , love seat, TV, entertainment center, washer & dryer at $101.00 wasnt bad being a server however, I got into a situation having to pay for my son to come to Springfield to visit for me that was a blessing because losing a kid to the streets parents have to pray to get a call and prayerfully not the bad one Sunday Christmas day much was needed so back and forth to the store cause me to spend 200.00 over the weekend and I figured well I suppose I will make it up in tips unfortunately I didnt neither did I hide If they would have called I would have answered and told the truth I needed time , well they came to my house Ties morning and demanded I give the stuff back I begged for time 4 hours , a day The guy said no I have man power here now I wept deeply because I couldnt understand why not that wasnt a rule they never said that they would repo my stuff and be heartless at the same timeWhen the would have made so much more my intent was righteous I will never ever rent from these ppl again.

Do not do business with this company. They prey on people who cannot pay for an item in full all at once. They are a predatory business and charge exuberant amounts of interest and don’t stand behind their products. I spent over $1500 on a double oven and was told by the manager that if I was still paying they would fix it, however since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty that I was out of luck as the manufacturer warranty was no longer in effect. He then stated they don’t offer an extended warranty, but a vip experience that I declined. I stated I was never offered the vip experience and he stated that it was one of the most pushed items, and he wasn’t there for the conversation if it was or wasn’t offered so implied that I was a liar. He also stated he exhausted every effort up to and including asking the person directly under the owner if they wanted to fix this to make it right and have me continue to be a customer and he was told no at every juncture. Obviously having a perfect payment history and purchasing multiple items, and never being offered a vip experience means nothing. He kept saying I could come purchase something new and see the type of manager that he is, but that doesn’t change the fact that I have a double oven that I paid way too much money for that doesn’t work. I am reporting this business to the BBB, attorney general of Missouri, and will be giving a review on all forms of social media and anyone that will stand still long enough to listen. Simply apologizing and offering to sell me the vip experience to fix my double oven would have retained me as a customer. They don’t value customers.

Horrible i would give no stars customer service is ridiculous. Guy plainley stated he did not want the delivery because he had to leave at six o clock sharp his manager said we can make make this happen. So im like yes!! We got all paper work done i even paid!!!! And this guy comes back put says my referances do not qualify i said how and its because i have no biological family that i could use as ref i was abandoned as a child that is not my fault!!!!!! And i put good people on it my bestfriend but only two months she is also my daycare but i pay her weekly never missed! Put my first manager from work as well said he called him but i talked to him he tells me this guy never even called!!!! How is this right????? Yes. Was very unhappy and somewhat rude to the guy that pretty much sabotaged something because he did not want to do his job i am a single mother of my two year old my freezer went out i dont recieve food stamps for over $200 that i lost i work two jobs have my own place vechical ect i feel discriminated agaist not to mention the lady told me i could not put my finger/hand over my daughters mouth to have her stop screaming she is my kid no right to tell me any thing i was not hurting her so there for mind ur d*** own its hard being just me!!!!! that place is horrible i need a higher up managment to contact me!!!
