I worked here and can honestly say, just save yourself some frustration and take an L and just go to the West Springfield location. Or for that matter. ANY OTHER surrounding location. The staff are amazing and super helpful and just doing their best to make sure they get you in and out...except for one individual: the store manager. For him alone, I will not be going anywhere near this store, not even with a 5 mile pole.

I was up there today looking at computers, the gentleman that helped me was very considerate with what I wanted, not pushy at all knew what he was talking about thank you staples for helping me get into the computer I wanted, the manager I spoke to today was also very helpful and considerate

My wife bought me an office chair for my birthday , the chair is defective. Called the store to see what they could do, not only did they offer NO help, the store manager would not come to the phone. With this type of customer service I will order online.

Two great experiences with staff today, 10/21/20. First: the young woman at the fax area was extremely helpful and patient.Second: a young man in the printer area guided me to find the power cord I needed for my old printer that had been lost in a move. Both went above and beyond providing me with an excellent shopping experience. .I only wish I had their names. I should have asked to speak with the store manager when I was there.

Craig the store manager was VERY helpful and nice... I brought my lap top in for repair and he did it all for me quickly....he explained things and was very knowledgeable... I am very happy with the repair and how I was treated as a customer !

I went to stables to have some important documents laminate it… I was under the assumption that stables wasn’t doing as well because it seems Walmart and target are taking over our industry, however when I walked in I was greeted by at least five employees all genuinely saying welcome to stables and they all looked like they were happy to work there ! I can’t remember the young lady who helped me but she gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost she listened to my concerns knowing that it was important documentation and had it ready the same day… I went back this weekend to pick up my items and I actually walked through the store which I must say was beautiful well organized well-stocked and I wanted to buy stuff just because everything looked so pretty even though I didn’t need it… I actually talk to the manager outside he’s a great guy and genuinely wants to help his customers and have a good experience… If I need anything from Staples in the future I will definitely go to that location and I definitely recommend it for people who need office needs even if you’re closer to another stables I’m going to tell you to go to this one!

I always go to Staples on Boston Rd to get anything and everything that I need to get printed. The workers that they have working in the print market is very nice and polite. I would recommended this location to anyone because of the friendly, professional environment that they have in the print market, especially the female Naish.

The store is organized, is big, the service in copy area is very good and provide assistance any time. More merchandise and variety available. More personnel. The price everybody knows is expensive or similar at other store the similar functions. Provide good parking in front store and accessible to the road. I recomend

Went to pick up a same day customized print order of return address labels. Never did this before. Went to customer service and said exactly what I was picking up. Associate could not find it, not even in the system. Called the number on the page I ordered from and got someone who had a very thick accent and couldnt understand. After many times clearly and slowly repeating information asked for she kept getting it wrong. I asked to be transfered to someone else and she would not transfer me. Hung up and called back. It was supposedly ready for pick up. Went back to service desk and received attitude from associate saying we dont pick it up there. Well, he could have said that sooner. Picked up product and left. In the car I took a peak and noticed my order was several hundred short. Went back in and they were printed, but the associate kept making mistakes and had to throw them away. The only plus is I received 240 extra labels. I will NEVER shop from staples again. This was supposed to be a pick up and go. Instead I spent an hour trying to pick up the product. I cant trust them to handle other custom print jobs.

Went in to the store to fax. Self serve was still not working. Its been weeks. I fill out my form to fax, wait in line. The guy in the print department calls next asks me what I need. I tell him I need to fax. He then tells me I need to wait because the guy behind me needs to fax. That guy wasnt ready to fax till I was in line. Then its finally my turn. He faxes my stuff, comes over and tells me he needs to refax because two pages got stuck together and he didnt know if they were important. If they werent important I wouldnt be sending them. Very incompetent.

Print center was terrible! They were so lazy they pretended that the emails from us had no attachments and wouldnt print them for us. Which was a total lie, because we sent the same email to another staples location and had it printed no problem. Tried to convince us to use the self service printing instead of them doing the job we asked them to. When we didnt want to do self service then it turned into well we dont have the files you sent. Total laziness! Go to any other staples than this one.

I went to the print shop today to print someprograms for my daughters Quinceranera. All I have to say that they were all pleasant and very professional even with the mad rush they had at the time I walked in. I waited a while and there was some confusion on my part in the pricing I was given at a different store. They went above and beyond and took care of me especially in this very stressful time for me. Thank you so much!

Had great service when i went in to order a chair. Then when it came in i called and asked if they could assemble it so i could pay the fee when i got there and was told no. So i went there payed the fee and was told 45 mins to an hour so i sat in the parking lot for an hour and went in and the box hadnt moved. I was then told this is why they took my phone number so they could call when it was done even though the cashier gave me a time frame. So they expected me to drive 20mins pay the $15 go home wait for them to call me then drive back to pick it up. I guess cashiers are the ones to build the chairs.

This is the worst Staples Ive ever been to in my life. So rude and workers have no clue of what theyre doing. I usually go to the one on Memorial Drive in Chicopee and they are the nicest people. This place on the other hand is a disaster!!! Ive never met people so rude. The manager is one of the worst!!!!!!

Purchased a laptop four months ago for five hundred dollars and the hard drive is already shot. Staples assumes no responsibility since it’s not within the fourteen day return policy. When I went there I had to deal with three different associates, and none of them did anything to help. Sold me a “brand new” computer that doesn’t even last six months and I can’t work.

Customer service sucks. Cashier Bradley very slow and rang me up. Gave him the money and he forgot to give me the change. Waited few minutes before I loudly said where my change and the manager is right behind me.

They didnt really care for what I wanted for ,had to wait a long time since their systems were offline . Ever when they came back on we werent helped with the packaging while they entertained others who came after us in the queue very mismanaged on their side . Left with my package after an hour unattended and disappointed.
