Mister Battery is awesome. In the past year I have used them for cell phone screen replacement, a remote for a treadmill that came with zero instruction on what type of battery it needed or how to install it and a ceiling fan remote where the battery connection fell out (we were previously told our only option was replacing the entire ceiling fan, which was fine, it just didnt work without the remote). No matter what we throw at the staff there, they are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. And I have repeatedly called around, they are by far the least expensive.

I saw great reviews but am skeptical that they can be that good. So fast, I thought he was still cooking up what it would cost and in just a few minutes he had put a new battery in my iPhone 6s. Under $40 and I think the battery is much better than the original. You bet 5 stars.

Good service , good salesman

My daughter recently had her phone screen repaired at another shop and we had a pretty awful experience. The forward facing camera came back blurry and the screen looked like it wasn’t fully in place. After two weeks or so, the screen cracked again even while in the case. We took it into Mr Battery this morning. They looked at it and said the screen appeared to be not properly installed. I got a quote for $30 less than what I had paid the competitor and it was done in 45 minutes! My daughter was thrilled and spent an extra $40 of her own money on accessories. The screen looks perfect and the forward facing camera blur is completely gone. The service was great and the two gentlemen we spoke to were absolutely kind and easy going. I couldn’t be happier.

Called Mister Battery at 5:30 with an emergency car battery issue. I was pulling out of their shop at 6:05 . They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and skilled! And if youve never been in their shop, you must go. Its supper cool!! Cant recommend them enough!

Beware! My wife took her key in to get a new battery. Rather than opening the battery cover, they pulled the whole thing apart and destroyed the key. They then refused to anything about and sent us home with a bag of broken pieces and a key that no longer worked at all. When I called the manager he told me it happens all the time and he wasnt liable. Would have been nice if they told us that before they tore it apart.

I was in town from out of state and found a light kit I had been looking all over for right when I walked on the door! The staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable!

I brought my iPhone 8+ in and they had to replace it two because the first one didn’t work. Beware there screens are not the best in quality some are dim and some are bright. Would not recommend getting a screen replaced here but anything else might be good.

Had auto battery checked here. Could tell the 2 associates didnt really want to replace the battery because of the location of the battery in vehicle I suppose. Claimed the battery was fine and said it was the starter and they didnt replace starters for this type of vehicle. When I took vehicle to dealer and battery test results identified needed replacing, starter was fine. No plans to visit here again!

Fast service to change samsung battery, very pleased and not too costly

Mister Battery sold me a battery back in April. I asked for a heavy duty battery but was told they were out at the moment, but assured me the regular strength battery would work just fine for my bike (1200 Sportster). The battery was weak from the start but started my bike most or the time. This fall when the temp started to drop (50s) the battery weakened and I had to get a jump 50% of the time. When I took the battery back, they said it tested good and couldnt do anything for me. No sorry, no empathy, just refusal. I went to Rexx Battery and had a heavy duty battery installed for the same price I paid for the reg battery at Mister Battery. My bike has never started so well. Mister Battery, learn the meaning of good customer service and not depend solely of warranties and tests. Was told that if something tested as good in my business, I wouldnt replace it either. Wrong! Would do it without question. Good luck selling your junk.

They fixed our phone screen that was cracked.

I cracked my galaxy S9+ and had them replace the screen. They replaced it for a decent price but the new screen has dead pixels in the left corner.

My husband had his cell battery replaced here recently and he said the guy working was friendly and professional. He was in and out in just a few minutes! For a good price too!
