Calling and calling 20 minutes before close and the phone is just ignored...must be because of COVID. The only reason I go here is because I have a credit account. No More. It was great. Called about 30 minutes before I showed up and got lucky enough to slide in for a quick oil change. They started the paperwork while I was on the phone with them and when I got there it got pulled right into the bay. Although it did take a little longer than normal but only due to the fact they didnt have my filter in stock. Now I wasnt in a rush so it didnt bother me, but the gentleman behind the counter was very informative and kept me in the loop. He even helped with the bill and said he was sorry that it took forever to get it done. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need anything done!!

Wheel alignment scheduled for 2pm. I arrived at 1:50, my car was pulled in by 2pm. Performed alignment, great sale on tires. Got two tires mounted and aligned. Was out by 3:15pm.I couldnt beat that service. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience. They fixed my flat and showed me it was dry rotted. Got both front tires replaced and a desperately needed front wheel alignment. They told me everything before they did it and told me the price after they inspected my whole car. Very courteous and professional. I even got a 10% discount for signing up for their credit card. Definitely will be back.

The only issue that I had and was that they did not call when my vehicle was ready after getting four tires and a battery dropped off 9:00 a.m. I had to call them back at 2:30 to see if the vehicle was ready but other than that great service great pricing and I will return we need it

This site has always assisted me with polite and quick customer services, friendly workers and quality work. Whenever I need any type work done on my car they are able to help me in a timely manner. If you like the job done right I would definitely schedule an appointment now.

Needed a new tire. They had it in stock Bridgestone Run Flat 205 45 17. Made appt online night before. Showed up at 8:20 & was out the door 8:44. Brought my wheel in loose so that helped. Ed was great. 2nd tire needed in 4 mos..PA potholes..

They will charge you $10 for a roadside hazard warranty that you didnt ask for. They were supposed to check my tire and tell me my options. At no time did they ask me if they wanted to fix the tire or replace it. They just showed me 3 prices. Be straight forward with people. You not asking if I wanted the service or fix was not professional*

We had our SUV towed to this location last Monday. They said they couldn’t get to it until Wednesday because of how busy they were. Okay no problem. Wednesday comes and we find out what’s wrong with it- alternator issues which we expected so after multiple calls and more issues they claim it had and $1200 later we get the call today on Saturday at 5:30pm (5 days later) that it’s ready. They close at 6. So we get there at 5:50 to pick up the car, pay the hefty bill and I go to start my car. Every light is on in the dash and the wheel wouldn’t turn. Literally it was in the same condition that it was in when we had it towed here. So I quickly went back inside to tell the clerk and he comes out to look at the car and tried calling the shop multiple times. Now I can hear the phone ringing and ringing in the shop, clearly no one is answering so I asked for a full refund and that I would have it towed elsewhere. He then proceeds to tell me that he can’t issue a refund until a manager is there which now won’t be until Monday morning. Absolutely ridiculous and complete robbery! I lost my job in the pandemic after having our first child in the beginning of February before it hit. We don’t just have $1200 lying around!! I expect a FULL REFUND and I will NEVER bring my car to another Tires Plus again.

I had some questions about a set of tires that I was considering purchasing & the store manager was very helpful with his answers...

Called 9:45 in the am explained I had a flat and was having my car towed there. I was told it would not be ready to end of day. Fine I get it. Made arrangements foe someone to take me to get my car at end of day...called out of work. I called at 5:00 since I had not heard from them to check on the status..they told me they had not gotten to it and would noy until Monday. Unacceptable, no one called where I could of made other arrangements. The 2 closets enterprises did not have cars however I would of been willing to go to another location had I been advised. Never will get my business again.

BEWARE!I would give this place no stars if I could. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have all 4 tires replaced. Got confirmation emails and everything. The emails stated time place and what they were going to be working on and what tires I picked. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and everyone was rude, they didnt have the tires I wanted in stock, told me there was a 3.5 hour wait for my car to even get looked at, all the guy behind the counter cares about was trying to get me to sign up for a credit card with them. After seeing how they ran this store , I wouldnt have trusted my car in their to clean it. I went somewhere else and got better tires , better service and on top of that saved $400. This place is a joke , car crooks!

I have been coming to this Tires Plus for the last several years and formerly was very happy with their service. I took in my Ford for an oil change on 12/28/17. As part of their courtesy check they recommended $1660 of additional service including two new tires, an alignment, 2 control arms and a sway bar. I was surprised because the tires are relatively new and in pretty good shape. The service advisor told me there was a nail in one tire and sidewall chip in another. I asked to see it and the service advisor could not locate the nail and said it had been removed. Two days ago I took the car to my local Ford dealer along with the sheet of paper from Tires Plus with all of the recommended service. After a thorough check of the car, my Ford dealer cannot recommend ANY of the service. Ford reports all tires look good, no sign of wear or need of alignment. And, specifically looking at the control arms and sway bar ALL are in good condition. This second opinion saved me from WASTING $1660 of NOT NEEDED MAINTENANCE. This Tires Plus was maintaining 5 cars for me and they just lost me as a customer...for life. Schlocky business practice reminiscent of fifty years ago.

With my first experience I made an appointment for an oil change and to special order a new set of tires. The oil change took 3 hours which was a terrible experience as I had my small daughter with me. I went back a few days later to have the new tires put on. They gave me the truck back with the new tires 35 pounds under inflated, 3 nonfunctional TPMS sensors, and 20, yes, count them 20 overtorqued lugnuts and 1 missing lugnut that I had to replace, plus missing valve stem caps. I have all my receipts to document this as well. I will be calling Bridgestone customer service, to report all of this. I would recommend to all never consider this location, they are incompetent.

Long wait but it was on the holiday so well worth the wait.

They claim that they don’t accept warranties and will lie to someone saying that is a dealership only warranty. I contacted the warranty company and dealership following my visit and they notified me that the warranty is actually accepted any repair shop.If you don’t want to do the work because you feel that it won’t make a profit, don’t lie to your customers.

I Came in to get a coolant flush and an oil change and Joseph Jones was my tech. He was great. A very knowledgeable guy; he knows his stuff about vehicles!! He also gave me plenty of tips on how to keep my car in great condition. Not to mention the entire staff was very nice and professional and ready to help. The building was clean and the prices are very reasonable. Great Job Tires Plus!! I will be coming back again!!

Tires Plus gets an A+! I personally had such a great experience. I had a flat tire and initially brought it to Pep Boys since it is conveniently located (I can walk there from my house). Pep Boys quoted me $319 for tire replacement and labor, and said they did not have my tire in stock and it would take 1-2 days to have it shipped. After 4 days with still no tire, I was fed up and called Tires Plus in Springfield based on a recommendation. I called to make sure they had my tire in stock and went the next morning--and I paid only $107.89!!! (A savings of $212 from what Pep Boys was going to charge me!) I was there for less than an hour. Quick, easy and extremly nice staff! A+ for sure.

So I spoke with Ray at the front desk, and he seemed pretty good at first, he had me sign up for their credit card which I didn’t mind doing. He told me that for 2 cheap tires it would be about $142 and some change. When I read the sign it said that u had to spend over $150 to get 0% interest so I asked how much an oil change would be. He said it would be 24.95. I gave the go ahead to do it, and also explained that the front right tire was the spare tire (It’s a full spare but has a bunch of rust) and that it should be put in the trunk and that the current tire in the trunk was the one that popped causing me to go there. My new tires were mounted onto the spare and the other tire that was on the car, the popped tire was left in the trunk, and the oil change ended up being over $40 and was only 4.5 qts ( no need for any extra charges for more oil or anything), they also notified me about an oil leak which I have known about for about 8 months now but it has been easy to manage, and that leak has magically gotten really bad since the oil change, that part may just be coincidental but who knows, all I know is I’ll stick with doing my own mechanical work like I was doing before, and I will not be back to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone

I knew I needed to have my brakes checked. I made a reservation online and confirmation was sent to my email when it was accepted. Ended up getting new brakes and rotors. The price was around what I expected to pay so no complaints there. The Customer Specialist was kind enough and professional. I was made aware of some other suggested services but did not have them forced down my throat like what often happens at other companies. The suggestions were written on my receipt as a reminder and that was good enough for me. I was there for some time but I came prepared so that wasnt a big issue. Overall I was satisfied and I would recommend.

Shop around and do your homework before you go there. They tried to get me in generic tires for $400 and I got brand name tires at a different place because I did my homework. Call around, go online, but do the research before you go. Who knows, they might have what youre looking for at the best price.

My vehicles inspection was up in october... I took my car to this tiresplus and it needed 1200 worth of work. I paid... my car is currently sitting in my driveway and wont start. It makes zero sense. They did an entire check on my car... I paid for all of the work and my car wont even start now and my check engine light is still on even after they claimed that they fixed everything. Tiresplus is a scamUpdate: if you respond to tiresplus survey or email this person... you will get a call from the store... why would I want to talk to the store if that is who I am having an issue with... like I said this place is a scam.

Got a flat tire and went to Tires Plus in Springfield to find out if it could be patched or to get a new tire. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the shop only to be told that it couldnt be patched and I needed a new one. Why in the world would it take almost 2 hours just for them to see what the damage was and tell me what needed to be done? No communication from any employees during that time, and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Will not be back.

This team has been beyond supportive of my dying car and it’s situation. They do whatever they can to help me get my car back up and running. Friendly quick and quality work.

We blew a tire on the PA turnpike. Called TiresPlus. They had us fixed up with a new tire in about an hour at a very nice price! Definitely recommend them!

Complete scam. Took a tire in for a simple repair. They said the damage was too far to the side and couldnt fix it. They showed me a circle that was towards the edge and said it was not within the repairable tread. This circle did not contain the puncture as it was on the center tread. Took it to a Goodyear service shop and they said it was well within being repairable. Tires Plus will never get any more business from me. They are either completely incompetent or crooked.

I think this place is too high. I needed to have control arm and ball joints for both sides driver side and passenger side and they wanted to charge me $1,300. I went somewhere else got the parts that I needed and the other place put it on for 400.

Nothing worse than a car repair place you cant trust. Bought 3 new tires from them. A week later I have to put air in the front passenger. I bring it in thinking I have a nail or something in the tire but no. The leak is coming from the stem. The same stem that wasnt leaking before I got new tires. Fat POS had the nerve to tell me it was a coincidence with a straight face. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Find some other mechanic to rip you off.

Seems I had the same experience that others who have posted had. Went for a wheel repair due to pothole damage. Was advised I also needed tie rods replaced and rear struts/ shocks. Was told tie rods were potentially dangerous to drive around with as they were. Would ONLY cost $1164. My regular mechanic inspected steering and suspension and found NO issues. Be wary of additional repairs.

Would give zero stars if could. Be very careful going here, especially if a woman. A one hour appt turned into 5 hours, the same every time weve been here. They ALWAYS SAY THEY HAVE FOUND A SAFETY ISSUE WHEN JUST IN FOR OUL CHANGE OR ROTATE TIRES. Watch them always approach and treat women differently and rip them off. Ill never come back after today. You cant trust this place. They have to upsell and get customers to fix stuff that is not needed. Use safety issues with just about every female they talked to. Watched them all afternoon. Disgusting practices. Incompetent, and dishonest. This used to be a great place to get work done. Not what it used to be now that it is so corporate. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go somewhere else.

Be careful with this place!!! They charged me for parts they never changed. I had to take my car to get it fixed by another shop. I brought the receipts and confronted the manager. He refunded me!!! No apologies at all!!! Will never do business with them again!!!!

I got a flat fixed at AAA then got a bubble on the side of the tire. Knowing it was unsafe to drive I dropped it at Tires Plus saturday night, as in yesterday. One tire was to be replaced, I called today around noon paid for it and asked it be locked outside because I would pick it up after work the guy said no problem. I went there tonight and its locked inside. Tomorrow is Labor Day and if they are closed I will be stuck without a car for 48 hours. I would never recommend this location to anyone because they clearly cannot follow through.

My wife and I have been going there for about 5 years now. They were not half bad then. They are not very good now, and I see that the service recommendations that my wife gets are very different, more expensive and more extensive, than the ones that I get. We will not be returning.

I receive the best treatment here. They have serviced two Mercedes and a Denali for me over the past 10 years.

These guys are awesome. Make sure you ask for Brett and listen to his recommendations. You might not thank him now but trust me youll thank him later. Great customer service. Youll drive out of your way just to come here. Not crazy busy. You can drop your car off or wait. Vending machine and located near shopping area, chipotle, chik-fil-a, Best Buy and satellite etc all nearby.

Horrible shop- unprofessional and rude, will berate you and treat you with disrespect, like they dont need anyones business. So then dont give them yours. They will act like they are doing you a favor, then try and scam and bait/switch you, and justify it as a industry standard. I was directly insulted to my face by a non-identified store manager. Be warned and dont even bother to ask for an untrustworthy estimate. Youll be glad you left.

Great job on my tires but changed my oil and forgot to refill the block! Then lied about it.

Went in for a power steering fluid flush and refill. The power steering pump had basically disintegrated. Which I wouldve been fine with replacing. The technician took it upon himself to remove a seized rear brake caliper. Ill reiterate, he took it upon himself, with no permission from me to remove the siezed brake caliper. After which, I was informed by the manager that the caliper could not be put back on. Which means I couldnt take my car somewhere else because my brakes wouldnt work.My estimate to fix everything was $1,450, with the brakes being the bulk of the repair costs. Of course, I dont have that kind of cash on hand, so I was forced to leave the car there until I could come up with the money.This shop is run by crooks, who will find any excuse to rack up every charge that they can.

I went here a year ago for a new tire. The car felt funny from the time I drove away. I went to the Tires Plus in West Chester several days later to be checked. It turned out that the Springfield Tires Plus had way overinflated the tire to the point that West Chester said they were shocked it hadnt blown.Out of duress, I went this weekend when it was the only place opened and I had a flat tire. They told me that I absolutely needed new brakes and that I couldnt wait at all. I brought it to my dealer today. They said the brakes are completely fine and they dont recommend doing anything. Its not even close -- Tires Plus said they were a 2 and 1. The dealer says theyre a 5 and 4.Sidenote: the West Chester Tires Plus charged me for a guarantee on the tires I bought there that I never agreed to -- my fault for not looking at the receipt until I was in line at the Springfield Tires Plus this weekend. I pointed it out to the guy and he said, Well, you should have brought it here. I told him the only reason I was at West Chester was because of the overinflating his guys did. I said, Whatever you do, dont overinflate the tire again. And, of course, they did. I had to let air out myself later that day.While the front guy was nice enough, I have to ask whether theyre both dishonest and incompetent.

Longtime customer. Pissed to say the least. I have been coming here for years with 3+ family cars. I have even sent friends and family here. Will have to rethink being a loyal customer. Nickel and dimed me to pass inspection last week. Tried to boost a approx $60-80 inspection cost to $450+ with suggested maintenance. Thankfully they didnt fall under the inspection list. Will fail me if dont pay $15 labor to twist out a light bulb costing $3 over license plate, really? A $15 labor fee for something that took less than one minute. Bite me. If I had time Id go to auto parts store and come back. Tried to say if I didnt do all the other maintenance my car could overheat, ruin tires, breakdown... Your corporate policies of using scare tactics to sell are offensive. I dont think any of the recommended unneccessary services would have been brought up or delivered in this way if my husband was here or if I was a male. I would consider this type of sales pressure to be discriminatory. I am not an idiot when it comes to cars because Im female. I miss the service you used to get with the old manager named Jay. He was honest and always put the customer first with no used car salesman pressure tactics. Time to move on. Disappointing.

I caught them being dishonest regarding a repair. After spending $3,000 over 6 months on my two family cars, I caught them trying to have me replace something not broken. Had they not proven the dishonesty themselves, I would never have known.Its not that I was looking for the cheapest mechanic, just honest. I will never go to another Tires Plus.

Awful experience. Do not trust them. They told me I needed all this work to my brake system and tie rods...quoted me about $1,500. I got a second opinion and all I needed was new brake pads and tie rods. Which came out to be about $400. Once again do not trust them.

If for some reason anything happens to your vehicle while in their hands they will not accept responsibility. I locked my belongings in my glove box and apparently one of the mechanic tried to break into it because the manager told the police that my car was stored in the garage over nite. Long story short he refused responsibility and he was very unprofessional, I filed a police report and I will be taking them to court!!!!
