One hour oil changes, even with an appointment. My appointment was at 8. I arrived at 8. They didnt get me checked in until 8:15. No complimentary beverages or snacks. No thorough explanation of service during checkout. Not only that, they didnt offer to perform recommended maintenance that I got last time.Update: Bob the service manager called, apologized, and offered to bring me back in to remedy the oversight of not performing scheduled maintenance, at no charge. Thank you Bob for taking care of my car. I was ready to never come back. Ill be back because of you.

I have a Program Car. Not - A Leased Car! I Pay - Payments to a bank. Up - Grading! My vehicles every 2 Years! Meaning the Dealership! is a 1 Stop Shop Atmosphere!
