So I went into the state street store and didnt happen to have a mask with me. Was about to buy hundreds worth of parts. However, a man came up to me being very rude asked me to put on a mask. OK do you have any I ask him. He says yes but you will have to pay a dollar for it. Well I hate to say this but I am not pleased about a company virtually making you pay an entree fee to spend money in their store. So I left and went to OReilly auto parts and they were happy to help me. No charge for a mask either.What I said is you are charging for a mask to shop in your stores. Robbery in my eyes. If you want me to spend my money give me the mask and not the attitude that the man gave me. Its not about the CDC its about what was done.

I order a part for my car and was told if I pay for it at 11am it will be here at 4pm.5pm comes along no phone call ....nothing.I called for an ETA..They informed me to call in on a couple of hours..and laugh on my face.Thats what you get for been a loyal costumer

As a female sometimes walking into these places can be daunting. But I have always had a pleasant experience here. They talk to you not at you and work to figure out your car issue and possible solutions. The associates here are knowledgeable and friendly. If you need something not so major you can get the part here and fix it yourself.

Just got both my head light and my tail light fixed, my tail light fixture was melted and was really hard to take out. Jose, Kayla and another staff member were extremely patient when doing the install for me. Thank you guys I youre definitely appreciated!

I just drove in and parked and saw some people trying to go in. The doors were locked. So I called and the guy said yes we are open, I will send someone to open the door. I waited out there for like 20 min. I did notice the hand written sign that says cleaning. So I called again and again. I called about 8 times and luckily I caught one of the employees. He said he cant open until the cleaning is done. I understood. Why I dont understand was that the person who picked up the phone couldnt call me back and say that they are cleaning. Dont tell me your going to send someone to open the door then ignor me when im standing out there and calling. And I knew he was ignoring and avoiding me because the employee was talking to someone else when I told him about the guy who picked up the phone.

This autozone is good.There was a time a Puertorrican guy accused me of stealing screws and bolts that were like $1.00 lol had me empty all my pockets and I did with the term that after I empty my pockets he would apologize for his mistake and he didnt, he continued his insults towards me he got me to a point were I Lost my patients and almost jump the counter Thats when a Lion turned into a KittyCat. He doesnt work there no more thank God other than that all the staff after that incident are helpful respectful and honest.Is still my to go place when I need auto parts.

They make you wait forever. Everytime I go there. Theres only one person at the register. And the rest are walking around in the background. Poor customer sevice.

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They had everything I needed right then and there. And now my car runs just fine thanks to everyone at the store. They were more than willing to come out and look at my vehicle and help me with a diagnosis as well as put on wiper blades and help me with a few small things. Highly recommend going there great people.

This was an excellent experience. I came in to buy a headlight and saved a few dollars buy signing up for the rewards card thanks to the girl at the counter. I left and called back to see if they would install it and Will let me know he would. Will took the time to install the headlight in 2.2 seconds it really made my night. I offered him cash which he politely declined thanks Will. If u ever go to state st Auto zone ask for WILL great guy, and he smells good lol

After having to jump start my car three times in one day and really not wanting to have to spend money on a new battery, I was in a very unpleasant mood. The two men that helped me today were very kind and patient with me, even though I had a bad attitude. I really appreciated it and by the time I left I was smiling and my car was functioning properly. 10/10.
