Let me start by saying this….anyone that walks into this particular location MUST ask for Wes!! I have never laughed so much and had that much fun while watching Wes put a replacement screen protector on my new phone. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and damn right funny!! I Highly recommend this experience with Wes!

Kat was wonderful and very helpful helping me and my mom upgrade to a new iPhone. She took the time to explain all of the upgraded elements (pretty different from having the iPhone 8!) Kat was a great conversation and made our experience fun and easier than ever. Really appreciate the time, and 40 min over her shift, that Kat took with us and let us take time to make our decisions. AT&T is the worst. Things were going very well with my account (wifi) until I ordered a cell phone and new line the other day. I paid my taxes and 1st payment online upon signing up. I thought going to the store to pick up my phone would be best so I didnt have to wait for it to come in the mail. I called before going in and the rep told me it wasnt there. I called back and told them the online portal says it is ready then they told me it was and I could come get it. The AT&T reps and manager swore up and down they just needed to check that my debit card matched up with the payment I put in online. I gave it to them to show them and they claimed it didnt work. It wasnt working because they were trying to charge it. I knew it was more than whatever match situation they claimed was going on. Eventually the manager asked me for another card to run so I could leave with the phone. He told me it would be refunded immediately and Id see it by the next day. It never refunded. As a matter of fact it ran the charge on both cards. Ive called and the manager sounds surprised about it but has no solution. I just want my money back.

I am actually Denise Jadyn’s grandma who just experienced the most amazing phone purchase with Wes Nicholls. The old phone I had was from 2017 which shows you how much I dreaded having to purchase a new one. As my daughter says they don’t last forever. I have no issues with service personnel in the store. They are great. But the techs they seek help from are buffoons who say they can help you but in the end (over an hours wait each of the 4 times I tried to get issues resolved) are clueless and waste your valuable time. If the powers that be would like the public to see my files and reports of issues Ive had to deal with I GIVE MY FULL CONSENT. As Ive told my friends and co workers the very minute my contract is up....I am gone. Far better service at Verizon which I had for 20 years. Unfortunately AT&T made an offer that I wish I would have refused...good luck to anyone using AT&T service. If you have an issue...my condolences 🙏

Very good experience, best in years. Got my bill lowered without me asking and increased unlimited perks. Good selection of accessories for the new Galaxy S21, and it will be delivered soon. Also as a bonus, they were playing The Fifth Element on the TV in the lounge, so the staff is pretty cool.

Went in to see about upgrading phones for me and my family. Jesse was so helpful, polite and really went above and beyond! I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me something. He explained everything so I could understand all of my options. One of my new phones came in the mail a couple days later since it was out of stock. I went back to the store where Jesse helped me again with the same respect and willingness. I will definitely be requesting only Jesse for any further appointments I need!

We had opted for curbside service but only because we thought we needed a specific appointment in order to set up our new phones. When Wendy came out to our car I asked if we would be able to go inside to have help with activation etc. She said we certainly could and from the time we sat down she answered every question (either knew or confirmed with manager), explained each step, and we were on our way back home feeling very satisfied with the whole experience! Wendy was amazing!

Wes from AT&T turned an awful situation into a pleasant one. My wife and I had bought phones from sams club and they messed up all info to where we couldn’t even activate. We called customer service and still no help. Finally we went into the store and Wes helped up for 2 hours with a smile on his face. He was so knowledgeable and had an idea to help with every complication that sams club had made for us. He was able to troubleshoot and activate our phones with such a great attitude. Will be going to that store with any future issues for his help.

I came in the store to get my replacement phone activated, which I was told by a young lady that they dont activate replacement phones in store and to call customer service over the phone. I used there in store phone to speak with customer service and after about 25 mins no luck. I spoke with another associate inside the store who gladly helped me out and was able to activate my phone in 15 mins. Thanks to the girl who said they dont activate in store. 🤔

I was in the store from around 12:30 until after 6pm but that was not because my salesperson couldnt help me, it was because of some dubious reason due to the fact that I had a combined account and NO ONE could tell him how to go about me paying off the balance on my installments on my trade-in???My salesman JV and I spent literally hours on his phone and mine, on hold just trying to get this answer!!! JV was trying everything he could think of to get me set up!! Making double the calls and just finding out that we had been forwarded to someone else who couldnt help me!

Reychelle from the day before made it super easy to understand the process and painless too.Jesse did much of the same thing the second time I went in. He was forthcoming and friendly. Its not often that you see a salesmen in any sales industry that listens to you and is warm and inviting. Trust me I know, I used to be a car salesman.Had great conversations with both Reychelle and Jesse. Which made the processes fly by and also made two cool friends out of it. Granted that Ill likely not see or talk to very much outside of ATT, but hey! You never know.Would refer all friends and family to your location and Att for service 10 out of 10 times.
