Had an iPad mini with a cracked screen, brought it here and within 2-3 hours completely brought it back to life. Fully functional, screen swipes flawlessly between apps and they changed the white faceplate to a black one and looks even better. Thank you guys for your professionalism and skills. Hopefully we wont be back but if something cracks this is the place Im coming! Cheers

Very polite and was able to get my phone screen fixed before they closed even with me dropping it off an hour before they closed.

This place has literally had my phone for 3 weeks and still not fixed it. They ended up just sending the phone to the manufacturer and still charging money.

Traveling thru area and I brought my pixel 4 xl in for battery issue and ear speaker not being able to be heard. Battery was covered under warranty by google and they quickly repaired it. But they did absolutely nothing to fix ear speaker.

Edit. After fixing a phone my phone started doing this weird thing where it would auto restart constantly. When I called to explain what was going on they said to bring phone in. I live +45miles away. So i drive a good distance to get to them. When I was finally able to make it in, a lady working pretty much told me they could look at it again but if they couldnt find issue theyd have to factory reset my phone which I did not wish to do. She didnt bother to look at it and told me if I go home and back up all my photos I can bring it back to make sure nothing gets deleted incase factory reset would be required. WHAT!? So my phone has been doing this since it was repaired by this company but I may lose all my stuff as a result to it? But didnt even bother to look to begin with. I was soooooo irritated i left. I called a few times requesting to speak to managment and was told each time they were not in and never got responses. After getting a few jobs done here I am super disappointed. Still having issues 6 months later! Weve had 2 screens repaired now and theyve done an excellent job. It does cost a pretty penny but we were told its authentic Samsung parts.
