Went in last weekend just to look at phones and talk to a staff member about upgrading my phone and getting my partner set up on my parents plan. Not only did we find phones we actually wanted they were on sale. The staff member that helped us out went above and beyond to answer all my questions and questions my moms had. Then after deciding on phone the staff memeber stayed after closing helping me get everything off my old phone. I will never go to any other Verizon in town. Thank you so much Verizon staff for having such fantastic service!!

Called ahead to make sure they had capacity/availability. When I arrived I met with Ann, she was super helpful, fun, and efficient. We finished a plan change (mine was old), upgrade, trade in, activation, purchase and everything you would expect in a Verizon visit (he said sarcastically) pretty quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Not much to it. I went in with no motive other than paying my bill and was clear that was the only business i wished to conduct on that visit. She professionally read me my options of how to do so. I chose what worked best and we made a transaction. Very quick and very easy! Thats right up my alley!

She offered better deals for us than every other option that we found, and she offered honest insights about the different products and add-ones. My phone was no longer able to connect to data, other than a random blurp of data which would disappear as quickly as it arrived. I had spoken with Verizon online without much help. I decided to talk to someone face to face and I was lucky enough to talk to Michael. Michael was patient, methodical and diligent. He helped me with the problem and got my phone working with data! Highly recommend Sparks Verizon and especially Michael!

The gentleman that helped was good. However, Ive come into this location multiple times over the last few weeks and run into the same issue twice. I was given information/a price from one associate then when I went back in for my business given different information/pricing from another associate. This is very frustrating and they refuse to honor the previous pricing.

I had the craziest fricken day yesterday and needed to get my little sister a phone in a pinch. This was the only store that was open. When we got there Jarron was so helpful he was quick on transferring my phone to my sister and getting me a new phone. He got me a few good deals and was the best part of my day. I’ve never had someone at Verizon be so helpful and accommodating!!

What is the POINT of having all your product LOCKED DOWN, so you cant even hold the phone? All you can do is touch the screen, not see how it fits in your hand, how it feels, how it feels in various positions, etc. Its like selling a car but not allowing anybody to touch the car, all you can do is walk around it, see the color and see if it has four tires. $35,000 and its yours! This is the most ridiculous display setup I have ever seen in my life. I understand concerns over theft but why are customers penalized? I do not recommend this store, it sucks.

First impressions when I walk in the store, seems like a fun atmoshpere and all the employees are really funny. I worked with Shawn and he was really informed, So Im kinda a tech guy and he knew all the specifications of the phones and he was really informed. I walked out feeling good and didnt spend alot of money out of pocket so it was cool. I would definitely recommend coming here. And I will be back!!

I am very disappointed in the customer service this store has by the sales rep Omar and Store Manager Michael. Back in August we went into this store and Omar helped us and we were able to walk out with the phone and thought we were getting a promotion on the phone and being taken care of as customers. Omar had said we would have two abnormaly high bills then we would be getting a credit and the bill would be with the promotion on the phone. However, we are months later and never got the credit nor the promotion on the phone. Following up with Omar, he said he would have the store manager Michael call us. Michael never called so we stopped in the next evening. We spoke with Michael who told us he could not help us that we need to call verizon corporate to get this handeled since it was a corporate promotion. He insisted that he needed to help the other customers that had walked in after us and refused to provide us with proper customer service. This is very frustrating having to be pushed back and forth and still having to handle it yourself. Due to the lack of notations that Omar and Michael put on the form, corporate customer service has to fill out a retroactive form to get us the promotion.Upon talking with Verizon Corporate this store also charges two fees that other stores will not. One is set up and go for $19.99 and the other for Single line Membership for $29.99. Plus then you will still have to pay an activation fee of $40.00. This store is wrongfully charging customers $50.00 plus the Verizon corporate $40.00 activation fee. Which you are being double charged for the activation and set up.

Awful customer service. Tried to get a new phone through this business and the girl that was working could not have acted less interested in helping us. It was within the hour of them closing and she clearly was trying to persuade us not to buy a phone. I will not be going back here again. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store. We went to the one on Los Altos and it was a much better experience.

SCAM ALERT!!! Tried signing up for auto pay. Manager signs me up for auto pay on a bunch of items she said came free with the phone. Theyll take advantage of you at this store especially if you arent good at English. There was about 3 other people there complaining about how they got lied to. Should have taken the hint. Nows your chance. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

This store is phenomenal, i drive 25 minutes passed two stores because this store always handles my bs with a smile. The manager i think is... Michael? (wears glasses) and hes helped me with my galaxy watch, phone, and now tablet a few days ago. I know im a pain in the rear type of customer to deal with but he doesnt ever show it. And if he doesnt have the answers he seems to have the resources available to make a phone call and get them. Thank you to him and all the other staff ive had to bother in the past few months, you guys are awesome!

Had bought two screen protectors at the sparks Verizon Victra location on August 22. I had attempted to register them before the 30 days was up but I could not locate my receipt and I was out of town. My screen protector borke of course so on Oct 3rd I called the Sparks Victra location and I was told it was covered there for replacement. I asked about the second screen protector that was unopened and intended for my wifes phone but she had upgraded phones out of town so it was no longer needed. I was told that they would be able to exchange it for me for in store products even though it was passed the 30 days. I could not return that night so on Oct 6th I tried to exchange the 60.00 screen protector when I had my cracked protector replaced and I was told that I was stuck with it because it was passed the 30 days. Verizon customer for 17 years and I will never return to a Victra location again. They should remove the Verizon name from their buildings. Thanks
