We always receive great customer service from this location (unlike the Silverada location), but its 10:40am & theyre not open, though they should have been 40 minutes ago!

Few weeks ago I went to this metro store to buy a flip phone for my uncle. All I needed was a flip phone with $25 call/text plan which metro is advertising on its official website. The sales rep in the store REFUSED me to sell the phone and asked me to take my business else where. She told me that metro don’t have that plan anymore, I called metro cooperate office and found out that she was lying and metro still offers that plan. Horrible customer serviceI wish I could give you zero stars

Today i went there it was the metro dealer inside costco he was very rude he didnt offer any any deals he didnt ask he talked to fast i could barely underehim he was on his own personal cell phone anf barely was doing his job i was very dissatisfaction disappointed

Avoid this location at all costs! Closed on Sundays and theyre under staffed apparently. I have been over there twice and still have not upgraded my phone, as I was trying to do. I have done business with this company for 10 years...usually theyve got it together, but this location continues to disappoint. Wont go back, ever.

Went to this location to pay my bill. The associate standing behind the counter playing on the computer. The sign on the door says the store opens at 10 am and I stood there for over 45 minutes waiting for the associate to open the store. Once she didnt entertain the idea of helping me I called MetroPCS and made a complaint

Silvestre declined to sell me a phone, more specifically add a 3rd line of service. The reason - they were only open for 30 more minutes. I was the only customer. Goodbye Metro PCS.
