I was online looking at cars just seeing what was around Sioux Falls. Stumbled on a gorgeous Camaro SS. Sent them an email to check if it was still available, received a response within an hour with a link to the car. I went to check it out and take it for a drive. When I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The salesman Mike knew exactly what I was there for and had everything ready to go, showed me the car and handed over the keys telling me to take it for a drive and make sure I love it. After getting back from the drive he asked how I liked it, at no point pressuring me to buy. I financed through them which was very simple and quick, they offered me the extended warranty but didnt try to sell me on any other bells and whistles. Ive bought a few cars from dealerships and this was by far the most pleasant experience Ive had. Spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours there test drive included. Overall, great price, great experience, and very satisfied.

Ive never purchased a vehicle online before, so I was slightly nervous about how the process would go. The dealership did a great job showcasing the vehicle with photos from many angles, inside and out, and readily available documentation. Paul (sales associate) was willing to take some additional photos and videos of specific parts of the vehicle, and verify that all cabin features were in working order item by item, which gave me peace of mind. Paul was always quick to respond and there was nothing gimmicky or strange in the way they did business.The purchase itself was simple and straightforward, and they shipped the truck halfway across the county for the exact price they quoted in less than a week. Frankman Motor Company is a bit off the beaten path in Sioux Falls. However, if you know Sioux Falls it really doesnt take long to get to different ends of the city. It is in a very nice area that is expanding, but isnt overrun with businesses. They have a nice sized lot with the vehicles and they have separate buildings for the sales part and for the service part. We called to check availability on a vehicle and they gave us the information, but were not pushy about coming in. We decided to go in and check it out. The first thing that was nice is we went and checked the car out first, it was easy to find in the lot and we didnt have anyone stalking us down. Inside, the staff was friendly and showed us to the person we talked to on the phone. The inside is clean and smells like they clean and wipe it down often. The bathrooms were also clean.. They have some nice older model cars inside. We were told to take a nice long test drive to really get a feel for the car, which was awesome. They are very confident with the cars they put on the lot and that is great. All the cars look like they are in great condition and they seem to pay attention to detail in cleaning them up and putting them on the lot. Also, they have so many pictures on their website of their inventory, it is amazing. I dont know about you, but I hate going to a website and seeing 3 pictures of a vehicle. Makes me think they are hiding something. Not this place. You will get over 50 pictures! They did not push us on the sale, they were open to seeing what they could do to benefit both us and them as well. All in all, we were very pleased with them and would do business with again. It is definitely worth the drive to check out their inventory if you are in the market for a new car.

At the end of the day Jesse (my salesman) made it so effortless, that once I made the trip up I was in and out within 45 minutes. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. Their pricing was good, trade-in was fair, and salesman (Robby) was extremely helpful. There was none of the typical high pressure sales pitch. The financing procedure took mere minutes.The vehicle I bought hadnt been detailed yet, so I was given a loaner. In the day that my new vehicle was being detailed, their mechanic found a problem, and they repaired it without hesitation.

We recently worked with Robby at Frankman on the purchase of a new vehicle. I had to have some work done on my car (LOVE their service center!) and needed a loaner, and they actually let me test drive the vehicle we were interested in (and ultimately purchased) for a few days, which was extremely helpful. Our process from start to finish was great! Robby was responsive to questions prior to the purchase and was helpful and patient when we decided to meet with him and talk about options. The financing portion of our transaction was also a breeze and we didnt feel pressured like we have in the past (weve had some poor experiences elsewhere). I wrote the initial review while extremely frustrated and want to adjust my review accordingly after calming down. Recently bought a truck here two months ago. Truck wouldnt start when Frannkman Auto had it. Frankman motors fixed a potential problem and It worked when i picked it up. Wouldnt start after a week of ownership and wouldnt start and wouldnt start. I do want to add that Frankman Auto did pay $2000 and I paid the remaining $3500 dollars into head cylinder repairs and truck still wont start. I have driven the truck for a total of 11 days since ownership. The remaining time has been spent sitting at the Ford service center and is currently dead in a parking lot. I am also still waiting to receive sales receipt to register the thing with that state. Do business here at your own risk. I know not every dealership is perfect and is impossible to know how a vehicle will perform, but when you buy a vehicle, you expect it to run for at least a year or more before repairs are needed.

I made the mistake of going elsewhere to get my vehicle looked at and it resulted in hundreds of dollars in damage. Frankman Motor was able to get my vehicle correctly diagnosed, and resolve the problem effectively and efficiently. They were very thorough with their inspection and provided a detailed explanation of their inspection on the receipt, with a checkoff list stapled to it. My loyalty is now to them.

No warranty, just paying 50% more than I had already handed them for a supposedly cheaper fix. *****Lark is a phenomenal salesman and is in no way at fault, but their servicing department needs to do their fair work.******Genuinely unhappy I purchased this car, for no reason other than I was on a budget to begin with and this $2,000 fix on a $4,000 vehicle broke that budget by quite a bit. When you sell me a car that you say is “good to go” I expect it to run for at least longer than a month.Every salesperson I spoke with was kind, but no amount of kindness amounts to the money I already spent and still have to spend on a Lemon.

Overall, my experience was good. I got a good vehicle and the people were nice. However, there were some large miscommunications between the Salesman and the person in charge of money and forms. I was told that my vehicle still had a warranty on the big stuff like drive-train, etc. However, when I got to the back, the other person said I did not have any warranty for those things. It was very confusing. They also did not tell me the same thing about financing. The person in charge of financing also did not seem to understand how it was going to work with my credit union. In general, the people were nice and the vehicle was good but there was some serious miscommunication among the staff.

Bunch of Dishonest people in my opinion. Ive purchased many cars in my 60 plus years and this was by far the worst experience ever. Gave them several opportunities to resolve the issue and now we have to let the legal system take over.

Shout-out to Dustin Frankman John Petrich and Jesse James and the whole Frankman team. Ive never been so pleased leaving an auto dealer. Just bought a 17 GMC Sierra Denali and love it. Looks great and drives better. These guys at Frankman dont beat around the bush and they truly have their customers best interest in mind. They found me the exact vehicle I needed. They didnt even have it on the lot but were able to source it for me. The paperwork was ready when I got there and it was literally less than 5 minutes of signing and exchanging a check/paperwork, etc. Couldnt be happier. Also sold them a vehicle a while back and that went extremely smooth as well. These guys are honest and very nice to work with and I will be back!

Frankman motors has come through for us again! Our sweet 2004 Lesabre was recently stolen from our driveway in the middle of the morning, driven downtown and totaled out by the thief. With only 88,000 miles on it we certainly had no plans to replace it before this happened. Over the past couple of decades weve had two cars destroyed by hail, four cars totaled by pick-up truck drivers who didnt seem to understand stop signs, red lights, or red left turn arrows, one car that was totaled out by a drunk driver while it was parked in front of our house at 5:30 in the afternoon, and one car that was just worn out.Though all these un-expected car replacements the fine folks at Frankmans have worked with us to find a vehicle that fit our needs and our budget and dealt with us fairly.Thank you Tony, Dustin and staff.

We were shopping on line seeing what was available before making the hour plus drive to Sioux Falls. Joe contacted us before we could contact him asking what our needs were. The car was ready when we arrived, we test drove it, and then discussed it with Joe before making the purchase. Every person we talked to was friendly. Always has been. This is our second no pressure purchase made at Frankmans.
