I bought my 2010 Jeep into the shop, they were very professional. Got it in earlier than they said, diagnosed the problem and let me know right away. Got it fixed within a reasonable time, I will. It complain about money because we are all adults and know cars are not cheap. But didn’t find anything wrong with the quote they gave. I’ll will definitely be giving them me future business if the need arises.Thanks guys again and look forward to doing future business with you.

As a person who has owned cars for over 50 years and has used multiple service areas at both car dealerships and independent service providers, we have found the technical and customer service of The Garage second to none. And, the pricing of services is always fair and completely explained.Also, the one time we had an issue with the result of service (it was a defective part) we found Wade more than willing to listen...and, to make it right with us. He is extremely approachable...and, we trust him and the rest of the technicians.Keep well, Dennis

No help when looking for fuel pumps

Craig Wade and Heath are all awesome. They have taken care of my current car for 17 years and also the one I had before it. They fix it right the first time always tell me the cost up front and let me know if there are any options for how or when I get the work done.Just had some work done that they suggested I would need in a couple of months, its been a couple of months and they did a great job. I appreciate advance warning if possible ,such as a belt thats starting to fray or crack so I can budget for it but get it fixed before it breaks down somewhere.

Friendly and accommodating to complete any car repair

Time and again the team at The Garage has been an incredible help to my wife and me. We have had just about everything imaginable fixed with our two clunkers and they are always great about explaining whats going on with our cars. They are friendly and do everything in their power to work with your schedule. I cant imagine going anywhere else!

Good guys, competitive pricing!

My nephew called this place to see about getting his car fixed shortly after the shop had opened. We brought his vehicle down at 7:45 am and was told they would look at it and give him a call. I mentioned to the guy that my nephew had to get to Aberdeen and since the weather was going to be turning bad, that I would have assumed it would get done soon. They finally called at around noon and told him it would be around 5:00 pm before they would finish. We thought that seemed like a long time since the problem he had to have fixed was just rotating and replacing two tires and plugging an axle transmission leak. He called again and asked if they could make it any quicker since he wanted to get ahead of the winter weather. They said they would call him when it was done. Once again he called 2 hours later to be told they were doing some quality assurance and it would be done soon. Finally, at 3:30, he got a call that it was done. Now I understand if they had vehicles ahead of his but that was information they could have told us when we brought in his car. We would have just simply gone somewhere else and had it done sooner. Very poor service and very inconsiderate treatment. Now my nephew is trying to get home so he doesnt lose his job and has to travel in bad winter conditions in the dark. Never will I go to this place again and I dont recommend anyone to go there.

We have been customers of the Garage since it opened many years ago and have always received top notch service. They have treated us fairly and the work done on our cars have always been to our satisfaction.If you are looking for a place to have your car serviced I would highly recommend you bring it here.

Ive known these people for quite some time and they do the best work possible, I came in for just an oil change, and they did a full inspection on my car, informed me of whats wrong with my car, and gave me an estimate, theyre very thorough in explaining everything, and didnt try to sell me anything more for my car. 5/5 stars I will always drive the distance to come to this shop

A friend of mine told me how fraudulent these guys are but my stupid self still went there anyway.. My mean reason for going there was they I like 20 feet away from my house, I guess my laziness have finally caught up with me.. I had a power steering leak, so I took my car there to have it fix, they did all their diagnosie and my total cost came to $425.. They kept my car for overnight and then call me the next day that my car was fixed and ready. 4days later I started experiencing the same problem so I took it back immediately.. They put power steering fluid in it and it want back to normal and told me to bring it back the next day cause they were too busy, which I did, few hours later I got a call from them tell me that I have another leak and this time it will cost me $650.. The first time I believe all they did was put fluid in it and took my $425.. This business is a scam!!! Please if you love your car and money, don’t go there, the few good comments they get on here are either from relatives or close friends.. This is the second shop that have scammed me, from now on I’m will go straight to the dealership and pay more which is like paying less in the long run..

They only replace what is truly needing replaced but if you know about vehicles one knows that when they replace that one item; they should have replaced more as only did recommended partial banking on you needing to come back for the complete recommended replacement. Thus, keeping you coming bacj time and again so they keep you coming back. Never all said and done. If done properly the 1st time you’d only have one labor charge. The way they repair vehicles gets them mors labor charges overtime. So yes, they save you $$$ money now but in the long run will coat you more over the life of your vehicle. Do your research, make them show you broken parts on your car before approving any work. In the ling term they are taking advantage of you.

They got my car in fast and had it fixed the same day. They do great work and are very honest.

They say they warranty their parts but they do not stand behind their work. They worked on my car in April of this year. Said they have a 2 year warranty. When the same part went out in July they said they would have to have Ford come get the part and then they would see of they would warranty the part. My husband called there 5 separate times. The last time he said to them so I am screwed and the person said yes. Real professional! My husband even called Ford and they said they would warranty the part. He went to The Garage and told them that and they said we will take care of it. Well it has been 5 months and still nothing! Cost us $1300 all together. Expensive lesson to learn not to go to The Garage ever again!! Even contacted the BBB and they are going to look into my complaint.

After many years of taking my vehicles to different shops and buddies to fix my issues I finally found my shop THE GARAGE!!! From the service adviser that got me scheduled in, who was extremely helpful and intuitive all the way to the mechanics in the back of the shop who by the way are the absolute best group of mechanics I have ever seen and delt with. After the few years I have been bringing my vehicles to THE GARAGE they know all my vehicles issues and non issues just like my Doctor knows my body!! Everytime I bring my vehicles in for an apartment they are always done at quick rate and ready to be picked up when they told me they would be done when I dropped them off, I have learned over the years the number one key is making an appointment. I am extremely happy with you guys and am so glad that you care about my car and my truck, and about my safety the way you do please keep up the EXCELLENT work and I hope you guys are around for many years to come as to I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to any other place but THE GARAGE I would highly recommend your services to anyone and everyone I come encounter with.. Great place to get your car fixed

Lost my business! 28 outside and the manager refused to allow his employee to give me a 5 minute ride home that would have equaled an hour walk. Asked for my keys back, walked out and not a peep out of the manager, not so much as an Im sorry sir. I have spent thousands there and this is the treatment that I got. No loyalty to customers there. Apparently they dont need or want your business.

I had my vehicle towed there, quoted for a starter $1150 plus...I called and two other dealer shops were only $800-825. I asked them to match the price they declined, so I spent the 50$ to tow it to another shop 300$ is a lot of money. They decided to charge me 105$ before it was towed to cover the diagnostic.

I called them they cant even get you a price on how much something is going to cost you. Ive called other shops and they can tell me how much its going to cost but no these people cant even tell you how much its going to cost you.
