I just moved into town and had a brake issue on the car. Ross and team jumped on the problem and got it fixed quickly and for a good cost. I say and team because four of them took the car out for final proof of repair to collaborate on the fix. Thats going well beyond my expectations but that said volumes about their integrity and honor in the service they provide. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle there, you wont be disappointed.

I made a last minute appointment, and was able to get a spot for an oil change. When i shiwed up the gentleman who greeted me was awesome my vehicle was in for my oil change minutes after i arrived and was done in less then 40 minutes. Thank You Meineke.

My alternator died on a Saturday morning and my battery went with. I absolutely needed my car for Monday morning and didnt think I had a chance of getting it fixed on a Saturday. They got me right in and completed the repairs in two hours. This is now my go to place for all automotive service.

We were in Sioux Falls from out of town on a vacation. After leaving the Wild West Water park our enclave stared to overheat and we had to pull over on the side of the highway. After calling a few places to try to get it looked at after it cooled down this location said that they had availability the next day (Saturday)! We were so thankful after trying other places that could not fit us in that this place could. They started working on it right away Saturday morning and had to replace the radiator and the thermostat housing. They worked on it up to closing time on it so we would be able to leave town to go home the next day. One gentleman even had to stay a little past closing so we could get there to close out our bill and pick the enclave up. They were so nice and kept us informed the entire time. We were very appreciative of their hard work to get us our vehicle back so we didnt have to extend our stay. Highly recommend!!

Stayed the night in sioux falls as a stop on our cross country military reassignment move. Of course my truck thats towing our trailer decides to not turn back on after filling up first thing in the morning. After getting towed over to the shop, Doug and Ross listened to my issues and the concerns faced with a downed vehicle in the middle of a family move( 3 young kids and our dog) across the country. They immediately tended to the needs of our vehicle and were able to get me back on the road the same afternoon. Thank you to the Meineke team and to those I had the pleasure of working and speaking with. Your professionalism, care, and dedication to helping a random traveler has put my faith and trust back in humanity again and am reminded that there are still good people out there. I was disappointed with the service performedAn alignment was performed and they were only able to correct the toe of the vehicle and after the service was performed they told me I needed new control arms and sway bar links replaced and then I would need another alignment after this work was performed.Why wouldnt they postpone the alignment until after the other work was done and just charge me a diagnostic fee ?It seems like this is just another way for them to make an extra $89.99 and screw customers out of more money 😥 Also they never even asked if I had their rewards program or if i wanted to sign up for it.

Ross saved the day! We were on a long road trip when the check engine light came on and the engine was running rough. We called at least 10 repair shops and no one could get us in until the next week. Ross said he could take care of us, and he did. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a couple hours. I brought my car for the driver door ajar problem. They diagnosed the problem and told me it’s the door latch. They did to replace the door latch and it will cost me almost $900 for them to install a door. They are freaking ripped off! The door latch cost only $30 some dollars if you buy it online. I paid $140 just for diagnosed the problem. Freaking place is a ripped off!

Terrific!! I am an owner of a couple older vehicles, a 05 and an 06, and they require maintenance, sometimes more often then I want. However, Doug and his staff do a great, and affordable job of getting us back and running quickly. What I also love is there are no hidden costs, what they quote me is what I spend, it’s much better for budgeting on our fixed income. I highly recommend Meineke on 41st

I took an appointment at 1pm online to fix my AC but when I arrived there, they were busy with other work and told me that it will take several hours to fix that and I should drop my car with them. They just wasted my time for nothing!

I had a low beam head light out and went to autozone they gave me bulb and I changed. The light was still out. The person told me it is a wiring issue. I have been pulled over twice and car searched and needed to get this fixed. I was going to Kia dealer and saw a meineke care center and decided to stop there on 51st in Sioux Falls. The guy came out and took a look and told me it was a separate light!! He jumped in there pulled it out and changed it!! Light works great!! Thank you for looking into it and helping me out. They were polite quick and saved me the charges from the dealership. Thank you again and I recommend anyone to stop here before going anywhere else.

I was on vacation, many states away from home when I realized that my brakes were bad...really bad! I discovered Meineke in Sioux Falls and was waiting in their parking lot when they opened at 7:30. They not only took my car in right away, they finished sooner then they started so that my family and I could continue on with our trip. Special shout out to the two techs: DJ and Justin - amazing work and speed in making sure that my family would be safe during our travels. Thank you. Also, service writers: Doug and Ross - for making sure that they had an opening for emergency walk ins, getting me an awesome price and for directing me to an amazing breakfast location. I always bring my cars here. They are always professional and prompt! Very nice crew to work with and never make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars.

I had a bad brake rotor, after replacing the brake pads just a couple of days prior. I went to Meineke to either get the rotor replaced or turned. I was informed that they no longer turned rotors. So I asked if the rotor could be replaced. The guy at the counter said that for them to do I I had to get both rotors and new brakes for them to do it. So I walked out, and purchased the rotor myself that took me 30 min to do. This is the 3rd and last time I will ever go to a Meineke again. All they try to do is rip you off on things you dont need. Had the same problems with them in different locations. If you dont want to get ripped off, I dont recommend going to Meineke.

This meineke location is amazing! I recently switched to meineke and Ross and the team took such good care of my lil old Prius! I went in for an oil change and they found some things wrong that just 6months ago at my last car appt I was told nothing about and these were some things getting pretty serious and really impacting my cars performance. They are personable and really care about the vehicles they work on! 10/10 recommend!

The work was done in one day and they were able to save us some money.A couple of years ago I had a last minute emergency late one afternoon -on my way out of town. Meineke found the trouble and replaced the faulty part quickly. These guys really go out of their way to make sure the work is done right and efficiently.

Fantastic experience while vacationing to WY. My Sequoia required an emergency brake job en route, and the staff fit me in quickly and had me on my way in several hours. First class service, and great location to local restaurants & businesses within walking distance.

I had been having issues with my AC and brakes on a vehicle I had just purchased. My warranty didnt cover it. Meineke was able to get my car in and out the same day. They kept me updated on costs for repairs before doing anything and gave me options to consider. The Service manager was great to work with and even pointed out repairs that should be considered in the future and ones that should happen right away. I will be back!I returned when I began have reduced engine power. Meineke once again went above and beyond to get it in and out quickly with same day repairs! AND they have a fantastic news store!

The crew at Meineke are very professional and I trust them. They never tell me I need unnecessary repairs (in my opinion) and they don’t talk down to me (since I don’t know anything about cars). I waited until they opened after the tornado to have my car serviced instead of going elsewhere.

From the moment I called with car issues on the road, I felt like I was going to receive good service. We arrived late afternoon and Ross immediately took my car for a test drive, diagnosed my brake problem, gave me a quote, and used the courtesy car to drop me, my kids, and luggage off at a nearby hotel. Since it was already late in the day, Ross said he’d have us on our way before noon the next day. At 9:15 am the work was done, they picked us up at the hotel and we were on our way earlier than anticipated. Ross said he worked after closing the night before and came in early to finish up for us so we could get back home to Wisconsin. These guys were so friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Class act...strongly recommend!!! Thanks for making our Mount Rushmore vacation end on a high note in spite of our car troubles.

Do not go there. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They offered a free tire rotation which I accepted. As I left I noticed a loud noise when driving my vehicle. I thought maybe it was my imagination until others riding noticed it as well over the coming days. I brought my vehicle back in and was given an explanation about how tire rotations can sometimes cause that. They offered to rotate them back for me which I accepted. Upon leaving the noise didn’t go away. I returned a few days later and had them drive it. I was told it sounds like a wheel barring is going out. I had no issues with my car. It has 36k miles on it.

I have been going here for years for regular maintenance on all of my vehicles and these guys are professional, honest, and good at what they do!

Bring my car here for pretty much everything. I trust them and they always surprise me with how genuinely kind people can be. I never feel like Im getting cheated. If you need to wait for your car to be done, Meineke is right next to Burger King, Best Buy and a large sporting goods store. You wont be disappointed in your experience. If they see something and want me to know about it, they will take pictures of the bottom of my car and e-mail them to me. Amazing!

So glad they are back in business after their building was destroyed in the tornado. These guys are so friendly but also very professional, always go the extra mile to make sure the vehicle is in good running order.

I appreciated that Meineke contacted me to request permission to replace the cabin filter, which was not part of my original service plan, before simply doing it and having them show me how bad the old one was. Their waiting area was clean, uncluttered and with only enough seating to allow social distancing.

They really helped us out quickly with a surprise battery repair we needed.

We have been bringing 2 cars here for over 15 years. They are always super nice. They only recommend needed repairs and are very reasonably priced. My husband bought a headlight (from another place because he thought he could install himself. He wasnt able to put in himself and he went to Meineke. They installed for him immediately and didnt charge us anything!

Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic only to have them quote me $3,800 for a repair that I got done at another shop for just $850 not only are they completely overpriced the gentleman I worked with was very rude and acted as if everybody that walks through the door is car illiterate to make everything worse they miss diagnosed the problem

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Doug the manager went above and beyond to ensure that the repair was done within our tight schedule. We had unexpected car troubles during a road trip late on a Friday afternoon and he squeezed us in right before closing. The repair was going to take longer than that evening, so Doug lent us his personal vehicle so that we could go pick up a rental at Enterprise before they closed to ensure that we wouldnt miss out on the Pheasant opener. That following Monday when we came back through Sioux Falls, he picked us back up from Enterprise after dropping off our rental. These are good, honest and caring people. This is car repair like it should be.

Excellent service. Owner was very pleasant to visit with. Repair was made fast and for cheaper than quoted at another shop. He even pulled a vehicle reliability report for a car I was about to purchase with out me even asking.

I am temporarily in Sioux Falls while my daughter is in the NICU, and my car needed an oil change and tire rotation very badly. Found this place and thought I would try it. I made an appointment online, brought the car in, and they took care of the rest. I was very pleased with how thorough they were. My car runs much better now. They also told me about some things that need to be taken care of in the near future, so that was helpful. Friendly service, and the manager seemed genuinely interested in making sure my car was taken care of. Will return again!

Ive taken my cars to this Meineke for the last couple years, they have always been knowledgeable, reliable and I always get good service. Today though they went above and beyond. I had a Tune-up and an oil change on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee a couple weeks ago, with technician John. Afterward my Jeep started having problems, I brought it back today to get it looked at. John gave the best customer service before I got there, but then he found out the the problem was my battery that was still under warranty at Walmart. I didnt have a ride to swap out the batteries, so he personally help back and forth, saving me money and fixing my Jeep. Thank you, for the excellent care this Meineke Car Care Center has always provided.

I took my car in for an exhaust fix because it sounded like a jet engine. Took about 3 hours for the car to get fixed which I didnt mind. Chris and Dale were the ones that helped me and they were both friendly and awesome. They explained what was wrong with the car in a way that wasnt know-it-all-and-shove-it-in-your-face which was highly appreciated! Even showed me pictures of the problems. Very patient men. Dale even gave me a ride to work. I cant even hear my car now and its a miracle c: Much recommended. Good prices too!
