Very comfortable and chill location for a smoke. Offers an amazing selection of cigars and as a bonus the cigar aficionado that helped me pick out a cigar shares the same name as me. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving a stogie.

Good variety of cigars. Staff/servers pleasant, attentive. Key is when the staff have knowledge of what theyre selling. Which unfortunately, been to cigar lounges & even stores where staff are not real knowledgeable of what they carry. A drink and a good cigar....What you would expect of a cigar club.

A fabulous cigar lovers emporium. Exceptional assortment of cigars you cannot obtain in most retail or on-line locations. Andy and his staff are walking-talking encyclopedias of cigar manufactures, label and nuances of the cigars they sell and dont sell. On my visits I spend an hour or more in the humidor coming out with a tremendous selection of ole favorites and soon to be new favorites. The lounge area and outdoor patios are very inviting and relaxing. Establishments patrons are a nice group of folks. In the event you get hungry walk over to Grimaldis order a pie and bring it back to the Cedar Room to enjoy the remainder of your visit. I wish we had a place like this in Flagstaff.

Went here and turned out to be one of my worst experiences ever. They don’t care about you if you don’t spend a lot of money. Sold me a product that was not ready for use and refused to exchange it.

Been there twice in the last month and both cigars I bought cored our badly - two recuts and still just bad. I can assume the inventory wasn’t well kept throughout Covid, maybe large swings in humidity? Said nothing on first visit. Second visit I told the manager and he offered nothing - not a new cigar or anything. Nice place, but be sure to pick from a newly unwrapped box.

One of my new favorite spots!!! I stopped in for a quick coffee and a smoke and ended up hanging out for hours talking to Mike, one of the fellows that runs the place. Their humidor is gorgeous and their patio is even cooler!! Great vibe, great wine selection, and definitely somewhere you want to make sure you visit while the weather is still nice so you can enjoy the patio.

Was at the Cedar Room on 07/12/19 with my brothers for a quick stop to pick up some cigars. Classy place, large humidor, great selection of cigars. We went there looking for some specific cigars and they had exactly what we wanted plus a few we didnt know we wanted (yet). Andy was very knowledgeable and friendly, he answered all our questions. Will be back.

The person working there was very friendly and helpful. This is a place I would visit. We bought some hard to find cigars. They get them. Worth the visit.

This cigar lounge and bar is just perfect. Really great selection of cigars, really great indoor/outdoor lounge areas. Open pretty late (always a plus). Also they dont mind if you bring food from any of the next door eateries.

Came in 7/27/2019 with a Buddy to the check the place out, it was very nice, other patrons spoke to us, no weird stares, the needle didnt skip cause two black men walked in, Lol!! The vibe is nice and not for riff raff, this is a place to indulge in some good smoke. Service was attentive and genuine. I am newbie to the cigar world and my buddy was newer than me. John the Head Cigar in Charge took us back to the humidor room and helped us pick out 2 good tasting cigars and paired it with a wine just as sweet as the cigars we puffed on. John knows his sh*t, dont let your ego get in the way, ask questions and enlighten you he will (In my Yoda voice) about all things cigar and wine related. Would give it 6 stars if they had a lite menu, but no big deal. Get over there. Do It Now!.... Move!!!

Amazing selection of cigars with a comfortable lounge. The outdoor area is awesome during cooler days/nights. They carry a varied selection of wines but lack a hard liquor license.

Staff always friendly, come around asking if you need anything. Other than a cigar today I smoked in shop that cracked and didnt smoke well, this is an exception not the rule. Humidor is kept at correct temp and humidity. Just dont expect that with a Montecristo#2. Still a great place to sit, smoke and chat with other cigar people.My go to cigar lunch. 👍
