Been around for 7+ years at this location. Friendly staff & wide range of products available, from cheaply made to very heady glass coating thousands $. HUGE sticker selection as well as rolling papers/blunt wraps. My only wish is that there was a larger selection of products for under $50.. but I guess thats N. Scottsdale for you.

Great prices and awesome salesman. Felt chill and not pressured at all to buy anything- I got exactly what I came for and I even got some freebies. Id come again and recommend.

This is the best smoke shop around. Huge selection of bongs and pipes. Store is very clean and well kept . The 2 guys that work there ,Jake and Justin are excellent and very knowledgeable.

Helpful and knowledgeable employee who helped novices (us) make the correct decision; it was an affordable purchase as well. Lots to choose from.

Bought a bong for $86 here. It was “clover” glass brand. It was dope but when I first got home and put water in it, it had a leak from the nipple. I realized it wasn’t from any bumps on road home etc but I super glued the small leak. Eventually 1 month after owning it broke. Not the best glass here.

Traders is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. I have NEVER had any issue at any of their locations. The manager is so incredible and the shop is always clean. I apologized for taking so much of her time, but she was extremely patient with me while I checked out multiple pieces chose a couple that I loved. Shes very personable always makes me feel welcome. The prices are great and so are the employees. I wont shop anywhere else!

I absolutely love this place. The two woman and men men there have always been so kind to me and my family. I visit this place at least twice a week and they are always very welcome and informative. I used to go to a smoke shop in Tempe and their prices were explosive. At Traders, though, I have always gotten an awesome deal!!! Thanks for carrying everything I need. You all are awesome!!!

They accidentally charged my debit card for something I didn’t buy there and I went in to tak to Dana the owner, instead of talking to me about it she called me lier and told me not to come back to the store so I ended up reporting it as fraud, I suggest going somewhere else!!!

This place is wonderful! The staff is absolutely amazing and they have a lot of beautiful pieces to choose from. This is the only smoke shop I will go to from now on! Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely awesome! I went in to ask about the CBD products for my restless leg syndrome and well I cant remember her name but she was able to answer all of my questions. Super nice people! They always greet me with a big smile when I walk in there.

I come to the Scottsdale and Glendale locations regularly. Great products and people but their schedule is made up. Out of the last 6 times I’ve driven to Scottsdale location they are closed during their open hours. It’s completely in predictable but don’t bother calling to see if they are open bc their phones dont really work.

Not a bad place but it seems that they never open up on time.

Easy in easy out, had everything I needed with great advice on products I was looking for. As an added bonus was given tips on shopping MM dispensaries for best products and prices.

Ive been coming to this smoke shop for about 5 years, but today was the LAST straw. First off, the lady that works there, Dana Dishon, is extremely and consistently rude to me (and other customers). Sometimes when you come to the store there is a sign that says Be Back in 15 Minutes; honestly though I think shes getting high somewhere outside the store (Ive been coming here a long time). Im absolutely DONE coming here because TODAY she called the cops on my little brother for trying to return a broken item. Dana said NO REFUNDS on any items (which is fine). We contested her about it since we had just boughten it from the store and she IMMEDIATELY called the cops. Literally went from zero to one hundred in 5 seconds; we also tried calling the store the next day in order to resolve the matter so that we may return and continue purchasing items, but Dana called the cops AGAIN for harassment (we only called one time and Dana yelled at us that we arent allowed back in the store). Goodbye Traders. Also its pretty sad that after all the torturing she has put me and my little brother through, she proceeds to try and remove our reviews off of google, and puts a review up for her own store in an attempt to disguise the fact that she is a terrible employee who treats her customers terribly and (in my opinion) unfairly.
