I absolutely love this place. The prices are very reasonable and their selection is great, but the reason to come is the service. The people who work here are genuinely nice and take the time to get to know their customers.

My go-to location for any of my tobacco needs. Went tonight (Saturday, May 1) and the girl there at night did an outstanding job helping me. Norman the owner is great. They always stock what I need and have a very quick in and out experience. If something comes in they know I enjoy, they call me to let me know. Both locations are fantastic, if you need a personal experience, this is your place.

God these guys are great. They’ll explain juice, glass, pills, legislation, what they can and can’t get (and why), they’re stocked and not judgmental, the owner is really patient and helpful...just an a plus, clean, trustworthy place. Highly recommended.

I came by here on Thursday and a very nice gentleman assisted me with my needs. I purchased a few items, but was hesitant on a product, but thought I might pick it up the next morning. He told me they opened at 9 am, so I showed up the next morning at 10:15 and the store was dark? I called the number posted in print on your door and it’s out of service? I went to your website and called that number but no service? I guess the question is : Are you still in business? Just nice to have a smoke shop in a great community! Just hoping the best for you 🙏

My husband bought me 2 Ezee vapes from here and one of them was a dud, didnt work right out of the package. Considering these are only $10, and we have been there more than once before, we figured, as a business, they would just replace the defective product that they sold us... The guy wouldnt replace it, and instead gave like a 30% discount? Its not like we didnt have $10 to buy another but on principle I just didnt think we would have to... I guess the expectation is that every time we buy anything from this store well have to open each one and test them before leaving. Sooo...i doubt well be back :/

I was SO thrilled when I saw that there was finally a vape/smoke shop near me!! Even in walking distance! (Bonus!!). The staff is very welcoming and will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!! I went in looking for a specific vape kit, however they didn’t have it in stock at this location. The owner quickly called one of the other locations to see if they had any there and lucky me they had what I was looking for!! He told me he would grab it and bring it with him to the Grayhawk location within the next couple of days for me. So about 2-3 days later I called in, Carson answered the phone and I asked if by any chance it was there, and sure enough; it was there waiting for me!!!! I also asked if they did any price matching and he said under certain guidelines, yes. I mentioned that I had seen the exact kit that I was buying, online for less than what they had it priced for. Carson confirmed that he was able to match the price I had found online and I was on my way to the shop!! When I arrived they had me open up the kit just to make sure it was for sure what I wanted, nothing was wrong with it, and all the accessories were in the box. I also grabbed a bottle of juice and was offered a discounted price as well. iSmoke is definitely a one stop shop. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!!
