I recently purchased a new (left over) 2014 MV Agusta Rivale from a dealer in Minnesota. The Motorcycle was shipped to my home in Cape Canaveral, FL and unfortunately the fuel tank had a nasty gouge in it upon arrival. I was successful in reaching out to MV Agusta USA and they facilitated a tank replacement under warranty. That is where Sky Powersports comes into the story. MV Agusta sent the new fuel tank to Sky and they not only did a fantastic job at installing the new tank with a few challenges under warranty, they also went above and beyond and updated my ECU Fuel Map to a much better version and they also fixed a wiring issue with my rear turn signals that I messed up when installing a Tail Tidy. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the entire process and his customer service focus is outstanding. My Rivale looks and runs better than it ever has and I am beyond satisfied with Sky Powersports. I highly recommend Sky Powersports -- North Orlando to anyone that is seeking excellent reliable service.

Went to look at the Polaris Ranger they have a great selection and friendly staff. They were patient and knowledgeable about their products and got me set up with a new Ranger 570 at a good price and even delivered it for me. Definitely going to be going back if Im still in the area when its time for a new one.

I took my 2005 Suzuki burgman 400 there. My speedometer and odometer had stopped working, and i needed a new tire. They offered free towing. I found the salespeople and service department to be very friendly and helpful. The prices seemed reasonable. They were attentive and accommodating to keeping me informed of the situation. A very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to any prospective customer.

Me and my boyfriend went to multiple motorcycle dealers and this is the ONLY one that gave us service way beyond any expectations we set. We went to two Harley dealerships as well as multiple other smaller dealers and they were either rude or extremely pushy. Sky Powersports was patient, they worked with us, and they helped us find a bike that was perfect for a great deal. The Floor Manager, Jason, was extremely helpful, informative, and very patient. The Parts Guy, Ian, helped us find the highest rated helmet, helped us test ride a couple bikes, and gave us a great rate for supplies. The Sales Associate, Danny, helped us find the perfect bike and gave the best customer service experience. We got a beautiful 2017 Suzuki Boulevard S40. Whenever it’s time to try something new again, we know exactly where we’ll be going. Best service I’ve ever had. Wonderful experience!!

Visited Sky Powersports to test ride an indian bobber, and fell in love. I had 2 motorcycles to trade in for the indian, and was told between the 2 bikes, i broke even, and I also didnt have to put any money down....After getting my new bike home i was looking at my loan paperwork and was charged almost $3500 for accessories??!! When i called the dealer regarding this charge, i was told it was my negative equity, and my down payment....that according to them, i had no negative equity, and a down payment wasnt needed....i will not even bring my bike to this dealership for maintenance, god forbid they tell you one thing and screw you over in the paperwork!! Buyer beware!! Ill never go back!

I have a handicap scooter that I bought on one of the online sites. Great bike, love it, but no one wants to work on them locally. I had a short or a loose wire somewhere, but I couldnt get anyone to even listen to me, let alone look at it. Called all kinds of places, tried to get to all kinds of places when finally i passed by Sky Powersports North. I knew could get there and back even if the scooter broke down. Wow! So glad I did! Mike was awesome! He said they would give it a whirl and at least put an hour into it. I went for a coffee and by the time I got back, they had taken off the ignition, cleaned the contacts, tested it, tightened it down and had it ready. It runs like a champ. Mike even gave me a break on labor! Im glad he was able to fix it, but Im even more glad he took the time to look! Finally a place with customer service! Thanks!!!!

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM SKY! They are a RIP OFF! Last week I called in for 2 parts, one they quoted 42$ the other 120$. I had my parts manager call in and order those parts and he paid over the phone. Once I got there they had charged 61$ and 140$ for the exact same ones I was quoted for. I have a feeling they do this very often. I will NEVER bring my business here again, so please save YOUR hard earned money and take your business to an honest Polaris dealer!

Beware!!!! Typical bait and switch tactics. I went to look at and possible buy a motorcycle that was on sale. The salesperson came back with the sales invoice. The motorcycle was originally discounted $4400 off of MSRP. I looked over the invoice and the out the door price was almost back up to original MSRP. $540 Tax and $40 tag transfer fee which are normal fees. But $899 shipping fee, $699 prep fee, $299 docs fees. They still didnt explain the almost $600 that was still on the invoice but shouldnt have been there. No reason next to the charge. Stay away from this dealer,. The salesman went back and forth to the sales manager 4 times to try and get me the best deal. This place had a nice selection, but their sales tactics are awful. Phones calls and emails days after I left, saying what can we do to make this deal happen. If they really wanted that, they wouldnt have been such POSs, when I was in the showroom.

Absolutely the best place around for all your riding needs. The customer service is remarkable as well as the service and parts departments. Ive only been to this location 3 times and most of the employees as well as managers already remember my name. Just got a chain service done today and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Found Sky Powersports online after having a horrible experience with my local dealer in Pensacola, Fl. Talked with Freddie in sales he was helpful and gave us a great deal. Freddie went above and beyond what we expected. We bought a 2019 Hayabusa and we knew with buying a bike from out of town it would mean a road trip. But not this time, Freddie had our new bike brought to our door that was very unexpected and appreciated. We will definitely go back to Sky Powersports next time we our looking for a bike.

I knew the Indian I wanted from the outset. I am a methodological man and had a plan that I stuck to. I visited every dealership in the Central Florida area. Out of all the salesmen in all the dealerships that which I visited there was only 1 that was less than extremely helpful, or interested in putting me on the Indian that I wanted and even he was not a bad guy at all. However Danny Ruiz and Jason in Longwood stood out as they were extremely knowledgeable and seemed to answer my questions without me even asking. They were accommodating and extremely pleasant and stoked to get me riding the Indian I wanted without any pressure. Now, the rain is the only thing that can get me off of my bike. I am fortunate to have gone to them and I would suggest anyone looking for Indian, or any of the other bikes that they sell there to make certain that they visit these two guys at Sky Power Sports. I had a very pleasant experience at Sky Powersports North Orlando. Did a test drive and bought a 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S. Pete, who was the person taking care of me, made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the process. I was having some issues with the shifter because the configuration of the bike was not made for a tall person like me. He rode it at my request so I could see how the shifting was. Everything was dependent on them setting up the bike with extended reach controls and extended reach seat. They offered to set up extended reach ergo-fit option at their shop and drive it over to my house when it was done while simultaneously picking up my trade-in. Pete introduced me to everyone at the location. Their tech gave me a complete walk through on my bike and let me know the key points to keep in mind. Wouldnt mind having that picture of me on the bike they took when all is said an done to remember the good experience :-)

The old bait and switch. We went to go see a moderately priced ATV. Called in advance of our visit to confirm details. A 2 hour trip later we got there and were shown a piece of junk, overpriced, dirty ATV that could not go in reverse. But hey... They said ee have brand new ones we can sell you. Im sure they did but we walked out anyway.

Bought a new bike but a leftover this month August got it delivered next day (fine) worst part small scratches on handle bar, not cleaned up well dirty, my friend thought it was used, battery half dead maybe from sitting? chain very lose, Got PRESSURE to up my payments from finance dept, for a new bike of 7 grand I guess you dont get VIP treatment not here I didnt, will tell 120 of my co workers where not to buy, will NOT buy from this store again its all about the sale I guess, should treat EVERY sale as a big deal for the customer, not happy with this sale, I called parts dept for a question and they did good, co owner of store was nice and helpful though but overall will go elsewhere felt like just another number if you will no second chances for me sorry D rating

Got a bike. Brand new and loved it. The team was very helpful as friendly. Shout out to Austin, Ian and Jason, however the maintenance team could use some work. I ride my NEW bike out, couldnt make it home without it dying because it had crappy gas and the idle setting was too low. I brought it back twice and the first two guys couldnt do anything. The first guy flat out rejected my issue and said it was in my head. Finally a guy with a beard heard me out and resolved the problem. Ill only be going to him moving forward. The reason why I still give for stars is cause the bike runs great now, most of the team was very helpful and polite.

On Saturday I went to Sky Power Sports of Lake Wales to look at a used Harley Davidson they had in stock. The bike was priced at $14,995 online. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mike and he showed me the bike and I noticed that the bike had been laid down, having gouges in the bags, fairing, muffler and crash bar. The muffler and crash bar had rust where they were damaged so it would be extensive to repair. For the amount of work that needed to be done, they offered me a discount to bring the price down to $14,800. It would cost more to fix than the discount they offered but I was ok with that. Then when I asked about the trade in value of my current bike, they offered me $1,200 below trade in value and told me that was the price quoted in the book, not knowing I had already done my research. The excuse for the low ball offer was they were not in an Harley market and they would have a hard time moving it- they have 5 different locations so I’m sure they could find a buyer in one of their markets. They would not offer me a fair deal on my bike so I left. I posted my bike for sale Saturday night and had an offer within 24 hours so first thing Monday, I called and spoke to both Michael and Chris and told them I wanted the bike outright with no trade. We negotiated the price to $14,650 and began the paperwork process and after 2 phones they sent me an invoice on PayPal for a deposit and I paid it immediately. They were supposed to fax the title application with the bank listed as lien holder to my bank so the paperwork could be ready when I got there. They tried to fax it to my cell phone 3 times and I had to call them and give them the bank fax number again. I went to the bank and they had only sent the buyers order, not what they were supposed to send. After over an hour sitting at the bank with the loan approved waiting on the paperwork, I called them to see what the holdup was for the certificate of title so my bank could release the funds and the salesman told me he had bad news and someone wired money and bought the bike. When I was at the dealership on Saturday I overheard a salesman tell another customer “the first deposit gets the deal” This was clearly not the case as I had already sent them a deposit. I called back and spoke to the manager Dave who was unapologetic and had an attitude then he told me that he’d give me a smoking good deal on another bike. With the level of unprofessional and unfair behavior, I would never spend a dollar in one of their stores. I don’t know why they accepted funds from another buyer when I already placed a deposit. Now I have run my credit, which as you know, impacts your score and they clearly had no intention of selling me the bike. I’ve wasted two days of my time dealing with shady people. After speaking with a friend, he had a story much like mine where a bike was sold out from underneath him. I’ll be telling everyone I talk to, including the 4,000+ Teamster members in my local and as many as I can reach statewide, to stay away from the crooked salesmen Sky Power Sports!

I am very disappointed with this company. Everything I was told was a lie. Edwin is a great salesperson, but beware he will tell you whatever sounds good. I spent over $200 on one tire, was told it would arrive the next day if I ordered it by noon. That was not true. We are now on Wednesday, tire was ordered on Monday, and will not be put on the bike until Friday. I fell like I was totally took and I will never give any business to this place again.

Im really particular about who works on my toys. Due to countless bad experiences, I mostly do my own work these days. That being said, I had some warranty issue come up with my MV Agusta. Despite the insane amount of time it took MV Agusta to get Sky the part I needed, Alicia in the service department consistently reached out to keep me up to date, indulged me in urging them to rush the part, and really provided service thats above and beyond. Definitely the level of service that earns your business.I dont have the bike back yet, so I cant comment on the workmanship - but Im willing to bet if theyre hiring people as high quality as Alicia, I wouldnt hesitate bringing anything over to Sky. Cant say enough good things about the service department over there. Theyre a solid 90 minutes from me, but Ill definitely go out of my way to use them in the future.

The sales staff was helpful and got the Indian Scout I wanted. Their service department on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. My first service they charged over 410 dollars. My buddy who has the same bike paid 310 for the same first service to them.I had taken it in for charging issue which turned out to be a bad stator on a bike with 430 miles. Thats not their fault but 9 days later its still not fixed. I called yesterday to find out whats up and was told he wasnt sure where in queue my bike was . They have had it 9 days.Maybe buy your bike here. But dont ever get service here.

My husband called about info on an RZR for on road use. Said they could do it. Needed to get some numbers together to talk about financings. Haven’t heard anything back. He called back twice with no help or answer. Customer service needs some work.In the meantime, I’m sure I can find another dealer that would be more than happy to help us.

Like every dealership they all nice but once they see everything getting complicated all that goes away... send my application for approval unfortunately I have problems with my credit but they took days to give me an answer.. found a co-signer to help get the approval and they didn’t even know I had a co-signer when the sales person got informed about it.. wasted more time... I texted the sales representative never got back to me... my co-signer had to kept texting finally days after they said it was not approved...unprofessional 100%... sales guy ignored my messages...great deals nice bikes but organization the worst... don’t let people wait and wait for an answer if you have the info let them know it’s disrespectful to do that playing with others time

Editing a previous review. Sales department is great and everyone is friendly. Jason helped me make my decision without being pushy at all. But the service department absolutely sucks! Was sold a rzr with a messed up transmission after I was promised it was fixed not once or twice. But THREE TIMES I asked about it. First one was fixed under warranty. 2 rides later same thing happened. Warranty denied it. Took it to another shop to get fixed and every single bolt for the transmission were stripped out and unnecessary parts were taken off to remove the transmission, requiring me to spend more money to fix their mistakes. Also my airbox was cracked while it was in the shop and nobody notified me and I know it wasn’t cracked when I dropped it off because I just put a new air filter in it before I took it to the shop to get the warranty work. Would recommend buying something from here but do not get it worked on here.

Always excellent service, the salesmen dont bother you much and are generally helpful. They do test rides, which is great! I get my motorcycles serviced here almost every time I need work done.

Bought a bike from out of town. Over charged and when i confronted them. They said they would send me back a check for the difference. They never did. Even after contacting them several times about it. The bike was pretty that I bought but had a laundry list of problems.

Sales staff is friendly when youre buying something but after that forget it. Bought a 2016Polaris Sportsman Highlifter and brought it into service for a recall part. Said it would take 4-5 days took about 2 weeks. Oh well I get it things happen. HOWEVER. The service department cut off part of the seat so now the seat is no longer attached to the bike in anyway. Not only did they NOT TELL US that they did this or have my consent....when I inspected the bike and noticed they cut them off they said it was because they were damaged (although before we dropped off the bike they were fine). Im so glad that on the trailer ride home our seat did not fly off and hit another car or pedestrian. I am in shock they would give us a bike with a non secure seat and let us trailer it like that. They all have each others backs and will gang up on you if you question their mistake. Nobody takes accountability for anything and blames the customer. So long story short. Buy somewhere and service somewhere else. I was just about to purchase a side by side but now we will be taking our business elsewhere. Now Im off to buy a brand new seat on a quad that is less than a year old.

Got hooked up with some new M pilot power 3s got a great deal on them and FREE INSTALLATION! Last time I go to Seminole powersports and pay nearly 100$ just to have them put the tires on after I bought them for peak retail price. Sky powersports all the way. Mike was very blunt and I appreciate that a lot. Very helpful!

Service was fast and thorough. Mike had me written up, with a technician diagnosing my motorcycle in no time. Good job guys

More to add. March 12, 2018Dear Mr. Stickney,Right when I thought it was over and nothing more could happen to prove me right on how I felt about the service I received, I receive two letters. One from Synchrony Bank which was one of the many lenders in which my credit was ran through for a loan. What I dont understand is why did Eric and Will tell me that I was not approved and that no one would approve me without putting an additional $2000 more on top of the $2000 I was going to put down. I dont understand because the letter from Synchrony Bank was to informing me that my application was approved.Since no one responded to neither of my other two reviews, do you think you can respond to this one.Thank you,More to add. Feb. 20, 2018First, I like how you guys only respond to the feedback you can somewhat prove to be the consumers fault. Its ok.Secondly, now I am understanding why all the lenders you inquired turned down my loan or required more money down. You pretty caused my credit score to drop with your 9 inquiries. Then I received a letter from one lender saying that they were sorry they could not approve a loan for me for $16,000. Wait a minute! That bike I was looking at was only $10,000. Now if my current loan is $8000 remaining and I was to putting down $2000 with a trade-in value of $4000. That would leave $2000 on the table. Where heck did you get $16k. Unless you submitted the load without a trade in. Wow. So you pick and choose who you want to sale a bike to.Two bad experiences is enough for me. First you try to keep my warranty money thinking that wasnt going to check. I followed up 3 months later and told that it would be taken care of. Had to call back after being told they would call me back, only to be told that they got busy and forgot. WOW! Then I give you a second chance and I get the worst service ever.How are you going to tell me that I needed to put more money down, but cant tell me what my payments might be. You are the ones who sold me a bike that I ended up being $4000 upside down the first year. That was my fault for not doing my research. Not being able to put down the extra money wasnt the problem, your horrible service and communication was.Never again and I will make sure to tell all my biker brothers and sisters.Great job Eric and Will at making me feel like I am not a valued customer.

Love this place. Bought 2 bikes from them and always take my babies to them for service. Plus, they offer test rides before you make a purchase, try that anywhere else.

Bought a motorcycle in November and was given a duplicate plate. Got pulled over on an ssr razkull for having plates that belonged to a Harley. Called and they didn’t know what to tell me. Not just that but I’ve been getting tickets for toll violations from the Harley that has my plates aswell. I never received the title and it took them three tries to get my registration info correctly. Not to mention that I paid more for my lawyer then the motorcycle from when I got pulled Over. It’s almost may 2019 and I still have not received my title. This is a joke of a company.

Horrible customer service. Came in today 3/21/2019 and after spending 15 min walking around the showroom I was never greeted, acknowledged, or spoken to. Very disapointing and honestly laughable how they conduct business.I asked to speak with the GM and was told he was gone for the day. So when I drove away I called and asked to speak with the Sales Manager and was told he was in a meeting with the GM.I have never been to a business where the employees ignore you and let you walk in and out without ever offering any help.

When i go to this place the service is always great. whether its parts, service or just to check out the new Indians.The staff is helpful and great to talk with. Never had a problem with any issue brought to themGreat with Veterans !!!!Thanks to the whole Staff!!!!!

Went to this shop today to look at buying my first bike and when I found out they had the bike I wanted we drove on down to take a look. The bike was listed as used at $2499 which wasnt a bad deal. When we inquired about financing they explained the total cost to most likely come to about $4000.. Confused, we asked why it went up by almost 1500, they told us its because of a service fee of $450 plus the dealer fees and DMV and so on. When we mentioned that that was far too much money for this model, they came back with a price of $3600 as their best deal. At this point we realised that we werent on the same page so we left. Long story short, we traveled to a dealer who had the same bike for the same year for $1600 that was in much better shape. Couldnt be happier that it didnt work out at Sky Powersports. Unreasonable fees and false advertising. However the customer service was very good from all of the staff and they all seemed very friendly, helpful and responsive to any questions, and for that I couldnt give them one star.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Port Richie location Posted a YZ450 on Facebook market place, had terrible response time. Excuse was cause they priced it too low so they were increasing the price another $1000. Drove all the way from east coast to get there bright and early, boyfriend was test driving it while someone pulled in AFTER us (not even within seconds) and bought. Was definitely after us cause the other manager even greated us and appointed us a sales person as soon as we came in. Other manager had the nerve to say “well you said first come first serve, right?” though we were first, also with cash in hand. We buy plenty of atvs, dirt bikes, and cars; never had someone sell something from under us WHILE WE ARE LOOKING AT IT. If someone would’ve expressed that as soon as we got there, we would’ve started paperwork immediately and gave cash while he looked at it. We’ve gone to a few of the other locations and look at items, NEVER AGAIN for the simple fact the Port Richie one was absolutely disrespectful.

I shopped for months before purchasing a new Victory. Sky of Longwood met the lowest price and didnt try any silly game playing. Easy straightforward buying process and the only other dealer that went as low on price as they did was over an hour away.My only possible complaint is that they are not opened Sunday.

Everyone at Sky Powersports has been very helpful. From ordering a simple part to the purchase of a Motorcycle they go above and beyond! Always with a smile.

The whole staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of of bikes to choose from new and used. Would recommend if you looking for a motorcycle or parts and service to check them out.

I have been contemplating reviewing this business for quite some time. I had the service department put a new primary clutch in my 2013 Polaris Scrambler 850 late last year. I had another mechanic pull the primary to put a clutch kit in and found out what kind of job this dealership did. They left fragments of old belt wrapped around the primary and secondary clutches as well as chunks of belt in the CVT exhaust. The clutches were left out of alignment. The back of the housing was not sealed so water could get inside. Furthermore, the guy who answers the phone in service is extremely rude. I wouldnt post this unless it was true as this is peoples livelihood, likewise perspective customers need to be made aware. $1100.00 dollars and they couldnt clean the housing out!

Buying my new bike here was a great choice! Everybody was helpful and friendly and they worked with me on every level to get me riding that day! Wouldnt go anywhere else
