The sales, service and finance staff are the best. One of the few places that Ive been lately that really act professional and try to help out their customers. If youre going to buy a motorcycle, or off-road vehicle, I highly recommend. I had bought a used motorcycle through them. They did what they promised and I was very impressed. Horrible experience. Salesman called to have husband come over because the item he was interested had just came in....said it would be there. We drove 95 miles one way, and no Argos. It was in warehouse. We cant go there. He will check to see if it can be brought to dealer. After a two hour wait, should be 15 minutes more. 30 min, no Argos. An empty trailer arrived, no contact from sales Team during this time. We left, 45 minutes later, 3 pictures were sent of the machine. Thanks but no thanks, worst sales Team ever. Will definitely buy somewhere else.

Just bought a 2022 Hayabusa from Raul at Sky Powersports. Fabulous interaction and very low key sales. One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing something. Oscar from the Ducati section was super kind and not pushy at all. He was super patient with my indecisive mindset and never pushed me. The finance manager was great also and didn’t get rude when I asked if I could sleep on the decision. They even let me borrow a helmet to take the bike home because I forgot mine. Then they take you around and introduce you to the other departments to make sure you’re comfortable with the location. I HIGHLY recommend doing business here.

BEST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER SEEN. This facility is truly beautiful with toys for every member of the family. Theyve got every new model Ducati makes and not just one! Their BMW lineup is also exceptional, especially considering how difficult it is to find certain models lately. The Indian lineup is sweet, and like the other brands, theyve got a good stock of brand apparel and accessories. The service department is well-staffed and very helpful. The parts guy (Pete, I think) is awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Helped me save tons of time with a solid helmet recommendation after listening to my personal gripes about previous helmets. Even helped set up my communications systems on my helmets. You can test ride any bike, which definitely saved me from making the wrong purchase on a bike I originally intended to buy. Their used bike selection is broad with a quality selection. They even sell electric bikes and ATVs! Make sure you ask for AUSTIN LEALI. Super knowledgeable and helpful sales rep who knows the products and doesnt pressure whatsoever. The sales manager, John, was equally professional and surprisingly fair when it came to my trade and the final deal. Totally worth the two hour drive from the Tampa/St Pete area!

Me and a buddy bought bikes from here about a month ago. John helped us out and made the whole process a breeze. It’s awesome that you can walk around and sit on the bikes without someone breathing down your neck. Came in for my first service and waited there while they completed it. I walked around and sat on all the bikes again. Everyone is super friendly, especially Pita who even though I was not buying anything brought me a bottled water! Pita is exceptional, her kindness and service is through the roof! She is an asset to Sky Powersports!!

The entire motorcycle purchase process has been a new experience for me. While its helpful to have so many online resources, I could not have comfortably completed this process without the personal help of the team at Sky Powersports. You didnt even look at it....Brought the ATV in for maintenance. Just picked it up today. I asked that they also look it over, tell me if anything is wrong, and well fix it.The fender looked like this when I brought it in. Its also missing an axle nut dust cap on the front right tire. I use it pretty hard, which is why I wanted professionals to go over it thoroughly... who knows what else it was missing.Upon picking it up, I noticed these two things were still wrong, along with a stick lodged between the engine case and footwell. I asked specifically if the mechanics had noticed anything.. nope, nothing noted on the report was the reply. I then asked SPECIFICALLY... did they notice anything with the front right fender? Nope... they didnt notice anything out of the ordinary with your machine.So as far as I can tell, my ATV was parked for 2 days without anyone so much as giving it a glance. I did get a bill for $383 though... and for that price, they didnt even wash it.Not noticing that an EXTERIOR part that can be seen wrong/missing from YARDS away is egregious.Word to the wise: DONT bring your machine here for any routine maintenance, and I would NOT buy an extended warranty if purchasing something new..... this is the level of service youre signing up for.

I wasted half a Sunday on making a trip to this place. I was there to purchase a bike that was listed at an MSRP of around 4k and they came up with an out the door cost of 7k+. Same bike different showroom later quoted 5.4k out the door. Nobody even bothered to negotiate while I was there and then I get these spam calls to share the other show rooms quote. Almost 2 hours each way and trip wasted. Never again to this place..!

This is your all in one shop for new and used motorcycles. Majority of the major brands are carried here for 2, 3 or 4 wheels that can put a smile on your face. Most of their selection can easily be found on their Facebook or website with clear prices.My personal experience started months prior to actually coming in. Saw they had a 2019 GSX-S1000, which are not common. They had it for a fair price but I decided to wait on it until I could see it. Scheduled a test ride with one of the Salesmen, Pat Guadeloupe and was very happy with the quality of it despite it being used. The process was easy and straight forward. Got a good deal overall and left super happy with my new family at Sky.Pete over in parts was also amazing in getting me a stellar deal on a new Shoei X-14 America 🇺🇸 and new Cardo Bold intercom system for my and my Girlfriend.Thanks for the great day!

Came in the other day and talked with Oscar who I talked to originally over the phone. He was super kind and helpful over the phone. Went in to talk about a bike. They wanted to charge me almost $1000 to “inspect” the bike which is absolutely insane. They claim no dealer fee but this is obviously one in disguise. I asked if they could work with me on price or fees and they did not want to even consider it. Not Oscar’s fault, but they lost a possible lifetime customer and definitely lost a sale as I was ready to buy that day.

I purchased two Indians from Raul and Jason here at Sky Powersports and my experience was excellent! I came from North Carolina because they had the best deals that I could find here in the South East. We started paper work at about 2:30pm and finished around closing time and they even stayed after closing to assist loading the bikes for my trip back. It was a hassle free experience. I will make that drive again from North Carolina to Florida for any future purchase down the road! Thank you

I do not like dealing with “distributors” to buy anything especially a motor vehicle or ATV. I am currently in sales as a Regional Mgr. So, I end up critiquing every encounter I have with sales personnel to make me better. The experience my wife and I had with mainly Raul was an exceptional one. One of my many dislikes I have with distributors is the salesperson seeming to be exceptionally “needy” or “desperate” and not listening to what I want, how I want it and why I should pay that price for it. Raul is a very positive reassuring sales manager who actually does what he says he’s going to do and finishes it. The finance lady was also very exceptional along with the sales manager. We were having a problem with a substantial discount “App.” That would save us 1K. Most would have said, “ this is not going to work, let’s just move on” She said, “We will make it work, give me a minute” it was like she said, “hold my beer, and watch this.” You could tell she was running things from the corner office and I see why. She and Raul make a very professional and formidable sales team. I have referred my cousin in North Georgia to Raul. I will be buying my BMW bike there also within the next two years. My wife and I feel like we became part of the Sky Power Sports team in Sanford, Fl. Enough said.

We purchased a 2021 Polaris Razor from this wonderful dealership. I loved working with them, they were great. I loved that way they helped us not pushy just answered questions and helped us pick what fit our needs the best. The staff is amazing and each one took time to welcome us and offer us the extra attention we may need and made sure we knew they were there for us. I will be coming back and I already suggested them to someone else who is looking.

Absolutely impeccable customer service. Bought my Chieftain from another dealership. Stopped by Sky to order a part. Not only did they order the part, but also printed a 13 page instruction sheet for installation. Then I received a text message telling me part arrived. I asked them to ship it and within minutes had a tracking number. I have one regret, not buying my bike from them originally. They have however won my business. Thank you very much.

Walked into the service department to get oil for my bike and was greeted in a professional manner. The lady sent me to a counter with two gentleman that can help. After I purchased the oil I hung around for at least 30 minutes talking to the rep about bikes with the product I purchased in my had with the receipt showing for everyone to see. Eventually left and about 30 minutes later got a text from the dealership with a link to pay for the product I just purchased and had a receipt for. In the link the note said “please pay for the product you walked out with”. I called the dealership and had to be transferred to different people before they could figure out what was going on and after some time they checked their system and saw the payment. This dealership seemed as if they had their stuff together but I couldn’t imagine purchasing anything again from there without having to worry about them accusing you of stealing after you leave. Unprofessional and unorganized. Not a way to run your business. Just when you think you found a good place to go for parts and service then get completely let down by lack of organization. I will not refer anyone to you nor come back. Thank you.

Unprofessional and unethical.. Customer service was great until they made the sale. Absolutely misled us on the details of our purchase. They have had our bike in their possession, for repair, more days than we have had it to ride ...and now they say returning for the full value is not an option. After only 200 miles on the bike and 3 trips to the repair shop losing 10k off the total does seem reasonable. Shop here if you like being lied to and mistreated, otherwise Id recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere

I’ve been a regular customer of parts and service for years mostly at the Longwood location that has since closed. Today I had attempted to get a set of white walls installed in my pristine 2006 Harley Ultra classic which I have had service there before in the past they proceeded to tell me they no longer work on bikes 10 years old or older! Are you kidding me I am a current customer with a flawless bike nicer than any used bike you have in your dealership I guarantee it you just lost a long time customer and I will make sure others know of your horrendous service

So much for transparency! My experience was a pleasant one until after the purchase. Patrick convinced me to buy a used 2019 Indian Scout that was on the showroom floor. The bike is beautiful and was very well kept by the previous owner. During the negotiations, Patrick said so many good things about this bike including that I will get a 2 year warranty with the purchase. Little did I know this “included” warranty was going to be added to the price. Communication with Patrick was over after I confronted him with this discovery. They have beautiful bikes and great customer service while you there, but don’t trust one word of what they say and offer.

I bought a electric motorcycle from them (a Zero). They will tell you whatever they need to to make the sale. I told them how far I would be driving it (about 120 miles per trip) Patrick said no problem it gets 240 mi per charge. NOT true it only gets about 50 on Eco mode. Brought it to the shop three times now. They wont work with me on trading it out or fixing the problem. It was a 25k bike, they offered $10,000 less for the bike, only 200 mi on it. They also said they would list it for me to try to recoup some money. Ive asked them three times, the manager Josh and the sales manager Jason. Nothings happened and no phone calls no updates. Wouldnt recommend shopping here.

Had a great experience buying a new Scout from Jesus this past week. Real chill environment and you can tell theyre into what they do. No pressure and left with a great deal. I highly recommend checking them out. Make sure you take Jesus test ride route.

The showroom was amazing. Very clean and appealing to the 👀 but dont let that fool you. The used products were junk. The motorcycle we went to look at was gorgeous 😍 but it had a charging issue that we wouldnt have known about or been told about if we didnt bring our volt meter. When we asked if we could ✔ the charging system we were given a hard time. That was my first clue that something was wrong. They wouldnt let us check it ourselves but checked it for us and brought us the results but we had to fight for that to happen. All-in-all, we are soooo glad we walked away. It would have been a huge migraine in the end.If you decide to buy here, BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC WHO KNOWS BIKES!

Watch out for the Asterisk... Total Deceptive Sale Prices!!!!Saw Bike for $4,995 and know about Tax, Title and Tag but to then try and add over 15% to the Sales Price for their check up on the bike... REDICULOUS.And I rode 120 Miles (one way) to have them try and Rip Me Off!!!

As a returning customer to service by Powersports Sanford, I find my Indian being in good hands there. I like the time slots being kept, the quality of work being as expected. I like that the personnel goes the extra mile to help that makes the service efficient and enjoyable experience.

I was searching for something for something that my family could enjoy. I have an 8 year old, 4 year old and a 2 year old. We bought the Cheetah 200 and the Kayo 70cc. The experience was great here. They were not pushy at all. I walk out of any place that tries to “sell” me. John was my salesman and he was easy to work with. The customer service is not good here. We waited for an hour for paperwork. We didnt do any financing. We told them yesterday that we were coming in to buy a golf cart and we went in this morning to take one last look at it. We told them wed be back in the afternoon to pay. The paperwork shouldve all been done when we came back. It took a long time and they didnt say anything to us (like to let us know itll be another few minutes or whatever). We wondered around the store and the salesman said its ready to be loaded up. He got in it and drove it into the garage and walked away. So we sat in the truck and waited another 20 minutes or so, til we went inside and said How much longer? Suddenly, they were all done. A little bit of communication goes a long way. And this is the 3rd vehicle weve bought here. Maybe the last.

These people are amazing!!!! I almost gave up on getting a Trailmaster Blazer after a terrible situation with a company in Apopka. I decided to give Sky Powersports a try, and I am so happy that I did. The people there make you feel welcome, and understand that you are making a large purchase. They answered all of my questions, and communicated via email, text, always polite. Raul and the owner couldnt be more helpful. My boyfriend and I walked into Sky Powersports in Sanford just to browse the lot and see if they had any Can AM available with no intention of buying. We didn’t see any outside. As we were waiting on our Uber driver we were approached by Jason who was very friendly, took the time to ask if we were looking for anything in particular and did mention that there were 2 in the back that were new trades. So he introduced us to Patrick “Pat” who was upbeat, great with timing, not pushy. Pat took the time to bring the Can AM Ryker out to the front so we could look it over in full detail, still with no intention of buying. But he sure took a Win. We went home and the whole time, my mind was flip flopping and I decided to just go for it. Called Pat up who was quick at sending me the credit app to my phone and did everything from home and was approved in minutes of the dealership closing. Pat had everything cleaned up and ready for me when I arrived the next day. The transaction went so quick and smooth. My first bike EVER and have no regrets. Would do business again. Worst purchase experience I have ever had. Made the purchase on Saturday the UTV was going to go through shop for dealer prep. UTV was delivered on Tuesday, Tuesday evening I called my salesman Jesus and informed him the left side mirror fell off the bike , both seatbelts are locked and will not work and after a 2.4 mile ride makes a noise under the utv and now the wife wont ride it...I went back to dealer following Saturday and was told by my salesman Jesus they will buy the UTV back because I decided to order a 500cc ranger (twice the bike and twice the money)but it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the ranger and because I was an existing customer no deposit was required...after waiting 3 weeks I called my salesman Jesus to check the status of my order only to find out the order was never processed because I didnt put a deposit on the order and now they only want to give trade in value on my original purchase that cant be driven...I can bring it back and warranty will replace parts but I have to cover labor on a brand new UTV...service dept. Failed me . lack of communication with salesman Jesus failed me (he simply will not return a phone call even when he says he will call you) and now they only want to give half the value of my brand new utv...I so tried to keep my business and monies local but they are simply pushing me away it seems....I have been in this area 40 plus years and know a lot of casual riders and working class and I will not refer anyone I know or meet to Sky Power sports if this is how it ends......please BEWARE

Refused to refund my deposit on a bike so now Im out $1000.April 16th update: Sky Powersports returned my $1000 after they saw the above review. Its still one star because: 1) They did not say my deposit was non refundable 2) They not say anything about a Special order. In fact, the quote they gave me did not even say what bike it was for AND they got the bike in stock the same day I placed my deposit. (see attached texts). They would have kept my $1000 if I had not posted here. Shame!

Sky Powersports has serviced my two last bikes (Larry) and done great work. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. They have a comfortable waiting area and I have no complaints whatsoever. They have a lot of nice bikes, too!

Wow! I have worked with Kelly and Alicia in the Service Department a lot in Sept. and Oct of 2020. They dealt with a warranty repair and a bike being shipped in. They were amazing to work with and very patient with me and my pesky requests for updates. I really appreciate their help especially on the warranty repair and dealing with all the processes that it entails...lots of paperwork. I have always been treated well by this dealers service department. They make things right for the customer and also take care of repeat customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

We purchased our Polaris Ranger 1000 from here earlier in march and I just cant say enough about the hospitality and eagerness to help from our Salesman Raul, Sales Manager Jason and the financial advisor we worked with! We decided to visit this location after an unpleasant experience over at the Lakeland store and these guys were more than helpful. They listened to exactly what we wanted and what we didnt as well as how much we wanted to pay. They picked us out the perfect UTV and Jason didnt hesitate to work numbers until we were happy with the final price. Overall, this was an excellent buying experience and I cant recommend this place enough!

Drove 4.5 hours to look at a bike they had advertised on CycleTrader. Bike was as advertised, but wasn’t prepared for all the additional dealer costs they add to the advertised price, almost 2 grand! But we negotiated down to 1k over the advertised price and $500 more than I expected to get the bike that I wanted. Would still recommend these guys, full service, but you’re going to pay for what u get.

I went in to this place because my brother wanted to see some bikes that he was interested in, I had no intention of buying a bike at this location. Then i noticed the beautiful new Indian Scout Bobber 2021 with a smoked metallic Orange color ! It was love at first sight! I was fortunate to have a salesman at this location by the name of Jesus Guevara . He was very helpful, answered all the questions i had, and made this such and easy and great transaction . I can now say I’m the owner of an Indian Scout Bobber 2021! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION . If you are in the area and looking for some bikes or atv’s or utv’s , you should definitely pass by and have a look. Everybody here looked nice and polite, but ofcourse from my personal experience if you ask for Jesus Guevara , I’m sure he can assist and help direct you in the best option for you.
