I walked in not knowing a thing of what sizing and what’s good to get the guys at cycle gear made sure I got what I needed and that everything fit properly in a price rage that was perfect for me. After getting screwed totally by batteries plus ( would not warranty 4 months old motorcycle battery), i went down the road to cycle gear! Great guys working, Knowledgeable, friendly, quick! Got a new battery for $20 less. Sorry i cant remember the employees names but was in on 09/05/21. Battery world great, fit perfect, so we shall update in a month or so to see how it holds up. Thanks again cycle gear!

Very friendly staff who are trying to make you happy and not just sell you a product. Didnt feel like i was being rushed when trying on different helmets and explained details about different products i was asking about very well.

New to motorcycle riding, I went here to just try on and buy some gear. I was blown away with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Especially Yari, we talked for almost an hour about different gear and bikes. Very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely recommend this place, no pressure, and informative.

Consistently has good quality, common sense products at reasonable value. Every salesperson encountered knows their items. I’m a novice rider, and appreciate their expertise, and patience. Happy with helmet, jacket, pants, gloves purchases to date. Would recommend to anyone.

My first time going to Cycle Gear and both guys that helped were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on their products. I was shopping for a new helmet and they took the time to review all of the helmets I was interested in regarding manufacturing differences and features of each in depth. I ended up purchasing a Shoei and am extremely happy with my purchase. They also went over comms with my son and I during our visit. We will be going back this weekend to pick those up as well.

The people here were great!! I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me because he was awesome. He was patient and answered all of my newbie questions that I’m sure he’s tired of getting! Super happy with my helmet and gloves and will be going back to get Bluetooth put in. Avarie was very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked into the store! Gave us time to peruse by ourselves and then came back to see how we were doing! Then upon leaving I ran back in to see if there was a phone mount that would work with my scooter, she came out to see my bike and then looked at the inventory for me!

My wife and I went to cycle gear in Sanford, Florida to look for a couple full face helmets for some long distance riding we are planning. After trying on several helmets and help from the guys on which is a good, better and best options we chose a helmet that was not going to break the bank. We added Bluetooth to our helmets so one day when we upgrade we can move them to the new helmet. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient while we looked. I am a new rider, haven’t even bought a bike yet. Felt like a newborn baby when I went inside. Completely lost. Went in there not knowing what to get and super overwhelmed by all of the gear in there. Completely clueless. EVERY single person there helped. I want to personally say thank you for hiring Will. Used common terminology and taught me from the bottom up. I walked out of the store confident and knowledgeable on the gear, and what bike to get. The entire team was absolutely incredible and so generous and really knew their stuff. Every question I had, they answered. They were even willing to stay a few minutes past the closing time just to ensure that I was happy with what I bought and that I had all questions answered. Again, I can’t thank this team enough for everything that they did for me today. I definitely will be coming back to get all of my gear from here

I went there to buy a part for my motorcycle the representative with outstanding he let me take the part out of the store check it to see if it fits my bike, he had the same part on his bike that I used to see if it fit my bike, I didnt have to open the packaging, so it well be brand new when I am ready to use it.Again outstanding!!!

Came in looking for brake pads for my 2020 FLTRX, the staff was knowledgeable and gave me some great information regarding the difference between DBC and Galfer pads and I decided to go with the EBC Sintered pads. I also mentioned that I was thinking about getting some new gloves but wasnt sure what kind of gloves to go with. Again, the staff gave me some great info and I purchased the Reax Superfly gloves. The best thing is that they didnt pressure me into purchasing anything! Thanks again!!!!

Went in last week for the first time ever in a cycle shop. This staff went out of their way to help and assure I was comfortable in their store. I would give this place a 10 star if I could just on that. Yet as always love me a good sale. Got my son and husband motocross shirts and gloves plus Fox decals all under 50 dollars

Love this place! The employees are friendly and the prices are decent, especially with their sales. Half the gear I own if from one of their bargain bins near the register. Best part is their 5 year warranty on most gear. They swap in store with no receipt or hassle!

Happened to drive by while visiting the area and recognized this was the brick and mortar store of the website I had been checking out ever since getting my bike.Stopped by to pick out some winter gloves and was helped out by Jesica. She was very helpful and patient with this newby.Picked out some gloves and ended up getting the Freeze-Out WarmR pull-over, long johns, and balaclava.Of course, this week we hit afternoon highs near 80°. Go figure.

The good.....They have hard to find tools for the diy mechanic. They have good quality lower priced tires.The bad....The only one there who I can actually talk to about bikes is the woman there with the tattoos. The others are millenials who probably cant adjust their own clutch.

Worst cycle gear ever... I will never go there again. Customer service is a -10 I took my battery to replace it under guarantee and the guy wanted to argue that the issue was my bike not the battery, I left the battery to get it charge and he never call me back like he said he will and when I call he told me the battery is bad come get the replacement. Once I go he didnt want to cover it under warranty. I took my old battery and Im buying my motorcycle gear and parts some place other than cycle gear. I will encourage my motorcycle club no to go there anymore.

Bought a sedici helmet 6 months ago, the visor cap fell off on I4, went back and asked if they could sell me a new cap. They gave me one for free and installed it for me!!!! 10/10
