Considering I walked in 30 minutes to close I couldn’t have asked for better service. Overall had a great experience. Would definitely recommend you pay these guys a visit if your looking for a bike. Only shop around where I could find the busa I wanted at a fair price. They have a huge inventory so if you want it they probably have it and if not there’s still plenty to choose from.

Manager will lie to get a sale. Their word means nothing. They refused to service a machine i bought there with an extended warranty because Chad the manager said they had no space for my machine at their facility and that his guys were working on setting up new units that came in. Why dont I get to respond to his comeback below? Youre s liar Chad. My wife called and was told to bring it in. You had plenty of space at your showroom/ repar shop for 1 more. you just didnt want to deal with my warranty issue while youre guy was busy putting new machines together to make you money. And when you shook my hand and sold me the machine you stated over and again how simple it would be to get it serviced at your shop. You said everything right to sell me the machine and made every excuse not to honor your word. And you lie frequently. Nice of you to try to go online and justify your lousy customer service. Im 49 and this is the worst place Ive ever been. BE CAREFUL ALL. THIS PLACE LIES TO GET YOUR BUSINESS THEN DOESNT HONOR THEIR AGREEMENTS!!

I bought my bike remotely. Ive never actually visited this shop, nor have I been to Sanford, FL, but I did purchase a motorcycle through them.I am over 100 miles away from Prime Motorcycles, but I found a bike I wanted through one of their Cycle Trader ads and called to inquire. Once I applied for financing on their website and got approved, I just had to put down a deposit to secure the bike and wait til my next paycheck to have the down payment. Everything was pretty smooth from there. Signed everything electronically, even my state required stuff, and they shipped the bike to me. All I had to do was provide proof of insurance and some references.From the start to the day the bike was in my garage took about a week, and most of that was just waiting for the delivery route to come my way. Martin was very helpful through the whole thing, even dealing with my demands due to time constraints at my job.This is the first time Ive ever bought a bike sight unseen, but it was quick, easy, and I was delivered a quality motorcycle with no discernible issues. Im very happy to have my first Ducati. Gotta love that responsive throttle!

The service overall was good they repaired my bike and installed some accessories for me, however, sometimes when Im put on hold over the phone itll hang up after ten minutes of waiting. Also, my left mirror wasnt tightened properly which was disappointing so I had to fix that myself. While it was a minor issue I paid them to install my stuff properly.

Despite declaring that I had dropped by not to buy but to get information on motorcycle operator licensing courses, I was treated cordially and given a generous amount of time. Prime Motorcycles definitely leans toward Harley Davidson but discretely avoids the machismo of the orange-on-black decor. That purple Triumph is whispering my name....

I had to put one star because there’s anything lower, I bought a bike last year no problems so brought my brother to buy one here and it was extremely bad , the bike was not ready for pick up in time , on top of it the mechanic drop the bike break all the plastic and as we’re looking at it the salesman Austin was rude knowing already the situation that they were in as a dealer experience buying here . I feel bad for the other salesman because he try to help. Not coming here again!!

Hours of operation are wrong, and disappointing, Google has them open on Labor Day and they do not answer the phone, and their automated service says they are closed on Mondays... and the answer voice-mail is full and ant even leave a message, was looking to buy on a day off both my wife and I are available to drive the 2 hours , but I am guessing they are closed... yes 1 star from me for misinformation.... and unavailable
