Had the most amazing experience at this location! Heather from Pagoda was amazing! She gave the most amazing customer service and assisted us with all our questions the whole time. Made shopping here amazing and she helped me find the earring I’ve been looking so long for. 10 out of 10. Thanks to Heather :)

I am very disappointed in the girl who worked yesterday night, she was very disrespectful and kept leaving her kiosk. She did not help me at all, and I will never be coming back she has ruined my experience.

I would never shop here! I came in one day and caught an employee sleeping in a chain wrapped in a blanket. I came back about a month later and see the same associate sitting on her phone and playing games. Not much better than the other pagoda.
