Husband and I both got tattoos by John Savage. I wanted a customized palm 🌴tree tattoo and John took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted despite my poor explanation and I ended up with a piece of work that is EXACTLY what I wanted and Perfect!!! I also love the sansidem for aftercare.

Heather is amazing. She is super nice and super amazing. My piercing was quick and easy and it healed perfectly with no issues. 10/10 will go back for my next piercing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are extremely over priced.. and the work is horrible. Do not waste your money. This tattoo isnt even 3 weeks old. He obviously isnt familiar with what he is doing because it wasnt deep enough, all my ink fell out. This is not my first hand tattoo.. my other hand piece is well over a year and beautiful, but that was done by someone who actually knows what they are doing..

Went to get an Industrial Piercing and the woman with the split coloured hair there was monotone with me and talked too negatively. Went back a few days later with my friend so she can have her septum redone and the same girl treated her slightly worse. Bluntly rude to my friends questions. In general, acted rude and the service was not good for the overpriced piercing. Was hoping I caught the piecer on a bad day when I first went there but it seems like its just her personality.

Explored the possibility of a Friday 13th tattoo but wasnt really feeling it. Maybe another day when its not so chaotic it will be better.

If you want great customer service, professionalism and good art work...DO NOT come here. They are nice and welcoming during the first few seconds of processing your payment. After that, complete incompetence. Ive never regretted something so much as I do stepping foot in this shop.

I went to get my nose piercing even after enduring a phone call where the individual who answered the phone was just rude. Should have known then. I get there and dealt with the attitude since I just wanted my nose piercing. I get it and she tells me I can change to a hoop about a month after the piercing. A month goes by and I change it to a hoop and upon doing so I get a bump above my nose. I did some research and it said it could be a keloid. I just kept cleaning it but it never really went away. I just recently tried to change my hoop to a different color and I couldn’t even get it in my nose after immediately taking the other out. I call a tattoo and piercing shop in Longwood and they said whoever did this was completely unprofessional. I was informed that upon getting a nose piercing, the stud should remain in the nose for at least six months or i could get a keloid which never fully heals and would have to be redirected to a dermatologist to remove it. This is insanely frustrating and incredibly unprofessional as this is something affecting my literal face. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Went in and talk to an artist name Vic but as he was talking to me I noticed that he looked really high he kept falling asleep as he was talking to me and he also was sweating really badly and he kept mentioning some thing about that I have to tip him and he just made me feel very uncomfortable and I won’t be coming back

Do not get tattoos from Vic, he’s very unprofessional, the whole time he talks about what you will tip him as if you have to tip him at all. I would not get tattoos here ever again.

Went in as a walk in, I really didnt feel welcomed at all. the chick was shifting moods, one moment she was super sweet the next it felt like I was annoying her and the tattoo artist that was gonna do it looked super unprofessional and I explained what I wanted after being asked, and it felt like I was confessing a murder I was just so nervous I heard him leave and they were talking about me and I could hear it was like they were feigning for customers and I was like well maybe the price wont be bad, I just wanted two clouds and Im literally 80 lbs I have a small chest, my regular shop would do it for $100 on g and these guys said for the chest tat I have plus what I want added that all would be $700-800 MF DOLLARS I was thinking ok maybe his art is worth it I look up his Instagram and his art is straight mediocre at best, definitely not worth the price I was quoted. I just put my hoodie back on and said Ill think about it but I rly thought hard and decided nah, not a comfortable environment whatsoever. And she kept saying he could start the tattoo for cheaper, but not finish it.. why the f would I want an unfinished tattoo?

Usually Ink Spot is awesome but on Friday my experience was AWFUL! The piercer (Heather) clearly had no idea what she was doing. I told her that my nose ring fell out a week ago and she said it was cool. Then after I left I got into my car and my nose was bleeding. I hit up Evan (the piercer I normally see) and he said that the bleeding wasn’t normal and that she pierced me too soon. He was apologetic. I really wish Evan was there so that that wouldn’t of happened. Thank you Evan for being so awesome! You are the best!

Heather the shop manager is amazing and nice. She works with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I got my tatto from Morgan who was quick and it looks great. Prices werent bad and definitely worth it for the quality you get.

This place is amazing!!! Heather who does the piercing is an awesome person, she calmed me down when I had my lips pierced and was done in a matter of seconds!! John does my tattoos and his line work and shading are on point. I totally recommend this location for any piercing or tattoo needs!!!

A couple of friends and I walked into the shop inquiring about getting belly button piercings. When we walked in the girl with colorful hair rudely asked us what do you need. My friend told her we were there to get piercings and she responded but We didnt hear her at first. After we asked what she said, she then spoke to us in a slow condescending tone as if we didnt understand English saying she didnt have the jewelry. She never got up off the sofa to greet us or anything. It was more as if we were interrupting her from whatever she was watching on the tv. My friends and I decided to get our piercings done elsewhere.

Kept making things up to not pierce my nose i came in one Thursday and they said to come back Sunday and they can do it at a lower price that following Sunday i came back and they said they weren’t piercing and i came back the next day and they said they weren’t piercing again i will not be coming back to this place again i will go else where and to anyone that will come here for a piercing JUST DONT COME

Ive been to some tattoo shops but this one was the worst...very sketchy and unprofessional...I honestly dont know how they stay in business if they have artists asking questions that they dont need to be asking and being very derogatory in their implications...are you kidding me...what happened to keeping conversationions nice and simple...I will never go back to this place again

I went here to get my bellybutton pierced and I told the guy I am allergic to metals that have nickel and copper. He assured me what he had didnt have any in it. Well after about a week it got really red and swollen so I went back to have someone look at it. It was then that I was told they use metals that have 5 % nickel in them. I was advised to take ibuprofen to reduce the swelling. I was offered for them to re-pierce it with the correct piercing after it healed and when I called to set it up I was then told they wouldnt do it.

Well it was cool and quick.

Never been to a tattoo shop like this. UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. WILL NOT be back. Almost decided against it even after paying. FIRST IMPRESSION is everything.

I personally would recommend the piercer to anyone who ask’s. She did amazing for my mother & I. Last year in April we both got our nose pierced & they were pierced quick and smoothly, and they healed quickly. This April i got my belly pierced , absolutely amazing. My mother got her nose re-pierced, amazing as well. All her piercings are clean and sterile, and I never had a problem with my piercings !

My sister in law and I both got our lobes pierced by Heather and she was very nice and quick, and there was no wait time at all. Quick and painless and comfortable!

Clean spot. Workers were friendly and helpful. Very fast service. It took me approximately 20 mins to get my tattoo around Noon on a Friday with no one in there. Tattoo Artist was courteous and precise. Also a plus with free touch ups. It was much appreciated.

I got a piercing done here. The lady had no idea what she was doing. She sat on the couch for 15 minutes while I waited, saying something about something not being ready, and watched videos at full volume on her phone, asked for my ID and then didnt even look at it, and didnt use a clamp while she did the piercing, which proceeded to bleed steadily, much worse than any other piercing Ive gotten. Time before, another lady got the clamp stuck on my belly button. Wont be going again.

Pretty boring place to me for a hilton. No room service for food. They have a fake shuttle van. I checked out early and went across to maple wood suites because there was non stop banging for 2 days. The lotions and body wash is very nice though. Front desk person was chilling on couch eating when I checked in. I dont know Im just used to a better hilton.

My parents got tattoos on one of their fingers that was just a simple two lines. 1: The lines weren’t even straight. 2: It’s only been a few months and the tattoos are already barely visible. 3: The staff couldn’t care less. They’ve been trying to contact the “artist” who worked on them ever since they got the tattoo done and apparently he is never available. They were scheduled for a touch up, so they went in, and he wasn’t there. Would give 0/5 if I could.

My tattoo looks so bad after being healed, very disappointed, it is matching tattoos and they all look rushed and disgusting

Heres what you dont want to happen in an establishment that is a little ways down the rabbit hole. A sneaky twitch live stream set up without my consent while Im being pierced!Although the piercing went well, I would never be back.Beware of this place!They will live stram you without your knowledge or consent. Find somewhere else to go.

Please dont bother with this place, will not even schedule a touch up that the tattoo artist completely botched, and that they said they do a free touch up. By the way, its 2 straight lines along my wife and my finger, my wifes has almost come completely off after only 5 months, and mine looks like a kindergarten student grabbed an ink gun. Multiple, multiple phone calls with no reply or resolution. Weve decided to pay full price at a different place just to fix this.Also, we have contacted the store manager multiple times to no avail. (For all ink spots replies to negative feedback from customers)

Lack of effort, and showed no enthusiasm. Seemed like the artist was tired and didn’t want to be there. Would recommend not going to a tattoo shop in a mall.

Previously I ONLY went to the Ink Spot that Kimya worked in.. she has an excellent attitude with great customer service skills. Recently, I decided to try out another one of their locations in the Sanford Mall and it was NOTHING like my previous experiences. Maybe if the girl there wasn’t so into cosplay( thinking she was Harlequin), making videos at work, texting & FaceTiming her boyfriend, she could’ve printed my tattoo out correctly for the artist. Needless to say, this permanent marking on my body is wrong and although it was immediately brought to their attention and I was told it would be fixed once it healed, I can’t even get an appointment to be seen because... go figure, they already have my money. Another artist even had his 3-4 yr old in the back which is supposedly a sterile area... 🙄...In the future I’ll stick with the location and person I’m accustomed to because not all Ink Spot locations have the same ethics. The tattoo was already GROSSLY overpriced but now I have to pay someone else to re-do it. The Sanford location lacks professionalism, enthusiasm, customer service and ethics.

Got a tattoo there today and the price was fair and the artist Alika was awesome . He nailed what I wanted . I will definitely go back for my next one .

Heather was great she pierced me and my mothers’ noses so fast and wow .

I got my tragus pierced and the guy with the face tats absolutely botched my ear, most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. He couldn’t get it through and had to multiple times it was awful. My ear was bleeding so much and so much blood got in my ear I couldn’t hear for the whole day lol finally I got it all out. The girl was really nice though if not for her I would’ve given 1 star. Also ridiculously overpriced.

Never ever will I recommend this place! If I could post a pic I would! I had my daith piercing changed out here and I had the new jewelry put in I asked for surgical steel or titanium and the girl here said it was and she put it in. It literally rusted and my ear is so infected now. The horseshoe was blue and is now all rusted. I went to my regular piercer being that at the time it was switched she was out of town. Thank God she put in titanium and now I have to go to my doctor to get antibiotics for the infection.
