They are very friendly and informative. I took my 14year old grandson to get his ear pierced for his birthday and they treated him with alot of care and explained how to take care of everything to him on his level. My mom and I have had ours done there in the past. Very clean and sanitized.

Twice my grand daughters went here. First time, my 2 yr old was 6 months. Earring came out..hole closed..2nd time, just 11 days ago my 7 month old went. Today, earring gone, hole closing. Thanks for nothing. These guys obviously DONT KNOW HOW to work with infants!

I came to get my daughters ears pierced here and the manager, Zoey, was phenomenal. Then I witnessed the other manager, Chantel, physically shove Zoey out of her way, so she could leave. Didnt even say excuse me or anything. I wouldnt go back unless I knew Zoey was working. Bad managment and poor etiquettes. I came back later to see if she was ok, very nice and kind hearted person.

Chantel is the absolute best and is always so sweet to her customer’s!!!! My family loves her!!!!
