Charged my employee almost 300 dollars for a hydraulic hose that cost 60 at another local Napa. Just looking for some answers on that.

Nice people. Good parts selection and prices. Wouldnt hurt employees to be a little friendlier or smile once in a while. Seems more like they are hanging out in their buddies garage and you are interrupting them. I stood there for minutes and seen employees out back talking and goofing around and the manager had to ask someone to help me. If you can get past that its a great place to buy your parts.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I went to get brake pads and rotors for my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country, they had the parts in stock, actually with two options. I came back later to buy calipers when we realized that they were no good, and they had them also. 10% military discount. Did the whole job for approximately $300.

First customer to the counter and the staff didnt want to help me. I brought in a hydraulic line that needed to be replaced. They said maybe by the afternoon. I was unable to work all day as they could have just made the line up. There was not a bunch of customers there.
