From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. I had an appointment with Daryl and he treated my husband and I like we were family the entire time we were there. He worked with us to get a price within our budget and wouldn’t stop until we were satisfied and happy. Zach was also helping us with the financial aspect of it all and he explained everything with such ease. He also made us feel comfortable with the entire process and made sure we understood everything we were getting. They have a great team running this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The sales team of Johnson, Richard and Jacques were great to work with and truly wanted to sell me the vehicle and worked diligently to make it happen. No pressure was applied at any point. Johnson demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle throughout the sales and turnover process. Richard worked hard with me to get to the numbers, friendly and understanding throughout. Jacques, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. We spent more time in friendly conversation than closing the deal. All three are great assets for this dealership and I wholeheartedly recommend people looking to purchase a vehicle give them the opportunity.

Great Service Department and prompt attention to customer service. My vehicle was in and out in less than 1.5 hours for a Flat tire, check engine light and scheduled routine maintenance. I could not do this faster elsewhere. I had an awesome experience at this dealership. Anthony Jennison was an amazing salesperson. He patiently answered our questions and let us test drive the vehicle multiple times to test different things about the car. I ended up purchasing the car and he followed up with me after a few days to see if I was still enjoying the vehicle (which I definitely was). Their pricing is fair and the no haggle experience is amazing. The only comment I have is that it took us a while to get into the financing part of the purchase but we did go late at night so that could have been on us. Overall great experience- thank you Anthony!

We had the most amazing experience, our best car buying experience in fact. Special recognition to Brian Trejo (Mgr) and Paola (Sales). We traveled 3+hours after reaching an agreement for trade in and purchase of a new car. The car we thought we wanted wasnt quite what we expected after test driving and we were about ready to leave... well Brian was so genuine and kind in presenting us with other available options, not being pushy at all, just very genuinely trying to find what would fit our needs. Well, they knew what we needed better than we did. Found our dream car! Well, it just so happens the car had a windshield crack and had to be replaced... well, Brian made the arrangements on the fly to have it replaced first thing the following morning and since we were so far from home they even covered a night at the Marriott Hotel for us to be in town. Not only did the negotiation go extremely well as he was very generous on our trade in value, but also they catered to our every need... made us feel special, valued, at ease and never, ever pressured. Brian - he knows not only the art of sales, but is an amazing human being, empathetic and very reasonable - our respect and admiration! Paola is such a pleasure to work with, she was instrumental and securing our business and great at thinking outside the box and helping you figure out what you really need in a vehicle. Customer service is very poor. Good luck trying to call anyone or have a call returned. If you are buying a used car look for Ryan. Goes above and beyond. Service and financing have not been a great experience.In response to owners reply. I have already left a message for the General Manager and also the Service manager about 48 hours ago and have not received a callback. Perhaps the person who replied as owner would like to reach out to me.Its now been well over a week since I left messages for both these managers and the feedback was supposedly passed on. Have not received any Communications.

Best dealership and service department ever! Ive leased CRVs with them for about 5 years and always got the deal I wanted with my salesman, Junior! Great guy! And the service department is super too! Im always treated as a valued customer by Travis, my service associate who is awesome! Waiting for my service to be completed, they provide a super comfortable waiting area with a movie on a big screen TV and lots of goodies to eat. Plus if ya need to work, you can charge up while you wait.And you get a complimentary car wash!Just love doing business here and highly recommend them!

GO SEE RYAN KITTRIDGE at Autonation Honda SanfordMy mom had a serious fall that resulted in several ankle fractures and a torn tendon. And it happened at the same time her lease was done. She ordered a car and Ryan came to deliver it IN PERSON to her rehab center bringing all the paperwork and getting it done during COVID! Amazing. But it turned out that the car would not work for her because it was too low to the ground for her to use after this injury. Ryan was so kind, so gracious and he 100% helped out. He managed a return of the car, securing a new car that will work great (this during a time a historic inventory lows) AND he brought all the new paperwork to her rehab center again! He was kind, honest, caring and went way above and beyond what you can expect! Thank you so much Ryan. You cant go wrong with him.

Had an appointment at 10:30 and left the car all day. I did not get a call back until 4:00 p.m. Every time I called service, no one would answer and the call was disconnected each time. I could never get through. Finally I would call the sales department and of course they picked up right away. Service should be as important as sales. I understand the short staff, but they could at least make a phone call to the consumer and give an update. The staff seemed very frustrated as well. Staff was fine, procedures need a lot of help. By the way, they would always reach out for a review, not this time, they must have known I was not happy.

Upon arriving at the dealership, my car had been moved right up in front of the building and a welcome sign was on the big screen television as you entered the waiting area. This was truly a unique experience. I was assigned a new salesperson , due to a scheduling conflict, and Daryl Miranda was placed in charge of my experience at AutoNation. Daryl was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, and for those he couldn’t answer, he sought out an answer from service or wherever was necessary to answer that specific question. He was friendly, accommodating, and a real pleasure to work with. My Chevrolet Volt was missing it’s charging cord, so he and another gentleman looked up the price and brand of a suitable charger, and gave me the difference on my trade-in to accommodate for this missing part. No hassles. No problems. Just here is how “we will take care” of it.All in all, buying a used car, as-is, can be very scary, but Daryl Miranda made the experience as good as it can be. I want to thank him and AutoNation for the professional atmosphere and respectful treatment I experienced while working with them on a 2012 Chevrolet Volt.

I have been through the car buying or leasing process many times over the years and I can honestly say my experience with AutoNation Honda Sanford was the best I ever had by far.I want to specifically mention my sales person, Daryl Miranda. Daryl works extremely hard for you - he definitely went above and beyond to get my daughter into the vehicle she really wanted. I initially made the mistake of reaching out to a different Honda dealership in Winter Park, where they unfortunately complicated the process for us. But thankfully, Daryl at AutoNation Honda Sanford truly understands that some deals might take a bit of effort. Daryl does everything possible to find the right solution for you and does not shy away from any challenge. He did a TON of work for us up front, so by the time we even stepped foot into the dealership, we knew exactly what to expect and everything was so incredibly efficient and smooth, thanks to his efforts. Besides being an elite salesperson, in meeting Daryl with my daughter this weekend, it was crystal clear that he is a very genuine, caring, and trustworthy person. Don was very helpful in a recall on my 2019 Fit. He kept us up to date. McKenzie was very helpful as she was available to shuttle me to a nearby shopping center as the repair had a 3 to 4 estimated time. I had breakfast and walked to a nearby retailer and McKenzie called to see if I was ready to be picked up ... fabulous service. She was so professional and helpful. This Service center is excellent and promptly respond. They will allow walk-ins and flexible in rescheduling the appointments, if we miss the scheduled appointment. Shuttle services are good. For all my car services I prefer this service center. They will provide drinks and snacks during waiting time. Service representatives are also good in this service center. There are no additional hidden charges and unnecessary recommendations on car services.

On June 27, 2021 we visited Auto Nation Honda in Sanford, with the aim of buying a car.We were interested in a 2021 Honda Civic, upon arrival we were very kindly attended by Stanly Arias Núñez Sales Associate.Very professionally he showed us several cars but he showed us a 2022 Honda Civic.He brought the car key and my 16-year-old son, for whom we were looking for the car, was able to drive it around 20 minutes and feeling very pleased we decided to do everything to be able to give that beautiful gift to our son.They submitted all the documents and we were approved.We have to say that we feel very calm during the procedures because Stanley did not abandon us at any time, being a relatively young boy but very serious and responsible in his work, showing that we as clients were very valuable to the dealer.We believe that we must take into account these Young values ​​that with their good treatment put high the good prestige and confidence to refer to others who come to buy their car here in this Dealer.We cannot ignore the professional treatment we received in the Finance department, when every detail of the transaction we were making was explained to us and we were very satisfied with the treatment received by each of the Agents who attended us.

When I first moved to Florida I wasn’t sure about this Honda dealership. My home Honda dealership in Missouri really took care of me and all of my family members since we are Loyal Honda buyers. My first experience here was say a 2 star. The rest have been nothing but 5 star and that I credit all too Travis the supervisor/manager over service. He recommends without making you feel guilty about maybe not getting that fixed now but you will soon. It’s not cheap sometimes but I trust Travis and his team to always take care of my Honda. I called and asked about two cars availability and was told to come in early the next morning to view them. I even got a text the evening before reminding me that we were meeting early the next morning to look at the cars. I woke up early, took an uber to the dealership from Orlando ($45), only to find both cars had been sold.Now, I get it. Its a car shortage, and cars go quickly, but I really would have appreciated some notice beforehand particularly since THEY WERE TEXTING ME ANYWAY the night before with FULL KNOWLEDGE that the two cars were both sold. This company wasted my time, and I strongly urge you to speak with a different dealership if you are trying to call ahead for a car.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! We live in Jacksonville so we drove to Sanford after work to look at a Honda Pilot. Stephen is the best! He communicated with us throughout the day and waited for us to arrive that evening. The car was spotless and ready for us to drive home. The transaction was easy and Stephen made the buying experience very pleasant. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a “salesman”, but a friend who was interested in making sure I was happy with the purchase. June 8, 2021My wife and I were recently looking for a new vehicle which is very difficult in the current market. It was not uncommon to find huge dealer mark-ups on new vehicles and many overpriced used cars due to the severely limited availability right now. Additionally, internet prices are often not what they appear to be. After spending days on the internet and then venturing to the dealers we were happy to find Pedro Inojosa and Ryan Kittredge at AutoNation Honda!Not only was the internet price the actual price, it was competitive, especially in the current market. Much of the initial paper work and finance details were handled electronically limiting our time at the dealership. We requested to have two things addressed on the vehicle as it was a late model used car which they did quickly and completely without question or additional charges.From start to finish we were very happy with the entire process. Car buying is often stressful and irritating, but not at AutoNation Honda. Thank you for a great vehicle, priced right and priced honestly.

When I purchased my car in February of 2020 I also purchased the dealers extended warranty and tire and wheel protection. A year later, I determined the vehicle was just not the right fit so I decided to consider selling it. On March 25, 2021, I contacted the dealership to find out about cancelling the extended warranty and wheel protection. It took several calls and emails to finally reach the warranty manager Nathalia. She explained to me that I could cancel but would need to complete a form first, which she emailed. She further explained the refund could take 8-12 weeks to be processed and they would only credit my loan and not mail a check. I agreed and returned the completed form to her the same day. After that I never heard back from her so I assumed she would take care of it. After waiting 8 weeks, I had heard nothing from her nor had I received a credit to my loan. So on May 21, I called the dealership again and tried to reach Nathalia and had to leave a message. Realizing she most likely would not call me back I called the warranty company directly. I reached the SSC Support Desk and the person I spoke with reviewed my account and discovered that a cancellation had been started but never completed! Imagine that, after 8 weeks of waiting! My request was finalized that day I actually was fortunate to get someone who took it upon herself to expedite my cancellation. For the record, I still have not heard back from Nathalia.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. This is the way car buying should be. No pressure, and great salesmanship. I like the idea of no-haggle price because if you do your research you will find the price seems reasonable. I also like the policy that it must be safe before driven home, and four new tires were included no extra charge.

My experience with this dealership was very pleseant, Adam was super responsive and mindfull about my situation, since I was coming from out of state to buy a car, so he was super transparent and made sure everything was ready for us to finish the purchasing process as quickly as possible so we could start driving. I moved to lake county several years ago and had a bad experience with one honda dealer and the second was way overpriced. I am so glad I found AutoNation Honda. They are honest, fair and thorough. They answer the phone and return calls. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and customer oriented. My service adviser was Lonnie and he was the best! He kept me updated, returned calls and was a pleasure to work with. I had a major service done and it was seamless. AutoNation is now my permanent Hond Dealer. Highly recommended.

Got a good deal on the car I bought.. The salesmen Bronson was a good guy. But they didnt detail my car before I took it home, guess they used some sort of antibacterial spray on the inside of the car (Covid) and their was hundreds of white spots everywhere from it. All over the interior and radio Display. After a few hours of me cleaning my brand new car, that was supposed to be fully detailed, all the spots came up. They also did not fill up the tank of the new car I bought.. Ive never bought a new car and not gotten a full tank of gas with it. The finance guy told me they give loaners no problem if you have to Bring you car in for service.. Welp 2 days later I got a check engine light and was told by the dealer that they dont even have a loaner car program and that I has to be approved by Honda which is a lengthy process. I would never buy a car there again and Ill tell anyone I know to not go there. All in all a horrible experience.. Steer clear of this dealership.. I would have given 0 stars but its not possibleUpdate: They did give me a loaner car. They have a call reception place and the person I talked to did not know what they were talking about. In fact I got a loaner vehicle two times within a week.

Excellent customer service!! Very professional and quick, the service area was comfortable and clean. It was refreshing when I arrived and the told me that I did not have to get my service done as my car had quite a bit of oil life left. They did not try to take my money unnecessarily. I chose to get it done because I was there and the service was not very expensive at all. They did a really nice job of detailing my car too!

A little mix up at the beginning, but a great transaction! They do have the cars,...and they are all beautiful! A word to the wise: IF you see a car on line, better get there asap, or it will be gone! All the neighborhood dealers are quiet, but this place is buzzing like a Black Friday sale! While the business appeared busy, I was greeted at the door by the salesperson, Mike who I had been working with. It’s a large, smoothly run establishment. Everyone I had interactions with from Mike to the Sales Manager, Rich, the Customer Service Rep, Michelle and the CFS Manager, John was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. There was a comfortable atmosphere with every question answered and explained. At no time did I feel pressured or intimidated to buy. I would recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone looking for a fair price on an excellent line of vehicles.Mike and Rich were kind enough to deliver my new Accord to me at my residence when I was unable to find a ride to pick it up! They went above and beyond! Not only did I get a very good price on my new car, it was delivered...hassle free! Thank you!!

I bought a used Mazda 2012 mazda3 here in July 2021. It was a trade in, I read the car fax report and AHS inspection report. The very next day the engine light came on, it was also almost out of coolant and no windshield wiper fluid etc. not even a full tank of gas. I took it into a shop immediately was roughly quoted 1k. AHS offered to pay half which was nice but then no one not even the person who quoted me the price would/could do it. AHS could/would not do it either. Then the transmission failed and actually I’ve not had the car for 5 weeks because it’s been in the shop. So in 3 months time I’ve had to put almost $7000 in it, more than what I paid. Don’t buy a used car here unless you are or know a mechanic. I actually hate my car.

The day before I bought my new car at AutoNation Honda, I had a very bad experience at Seminole Toyota. I wont go into that again because Ive already posted about it. Thankfully, I had a very positive experience at Honda. My salesperson, Daryl, was extremely helpful and knowledgeableand the rest of the team there I came into contact with were also very professional. I drove home in my new car, a Honda, not a Toyota, and so it all worked out for the best. It just goes to show that honesty and good customer service can win companies and brands new customers, and, conversely, lying and bad customer service can achieve the opposite.

0/10 would not recommend. They didn’t do any maintenance to my car before purchase. Committed fraud and I had to replace all 4 tires after driving the car for only 6000 miles and having it for 8 months because the tires were in such poor condition. I know this complaint won’t do much but I have had a poor experience with this dealership from purchase until now.

My wife and I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda of Sanford, Nancy and Pedro were Total Professionals in helping us buy our car, Pedro was super nice and very polite showing us and driving 5 different cars until my wife chose the Accord Sport which we are totally thrilled about!!, Nancy went over and made sure we understood everything about the car as did Pedro when we were test driving, showed us the lane assist, back up camera and the functions of the car very helpful it seriously was the nicest experience I ever had buying a car, no pressure sales of any kind, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good vehicle all the inventory is top rate lots of cars to choose from prices are VERY FAIR cant go wrong at this place Thank you Nancy and Pedro for a great day
