I needed wind shield blades. The gentleman that helped me was very informative. He not only picked them out but also put them on my vehicle. Everything was done with a smile.Very friendly store, with excellent customer service.

There’s a guy named Justin at this advance auto that is truly awesome. When you go in, ask for him he will get you squared away evey time. If there’s a discount available that you should get he makes sure you get it and he seems to remember everybody that comes in, lol. Anyhow, always a smooth transaction.

AutoZone just earned a new customer thanks to the rudest, most condescending retail employee I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. Her name, proudly embroidered on her shirt, is Danielle. I would highly recommend that Advance Auto Parts investigate this employee, especially how she communicates with customers. If this person made it through your hiring process, your standards are CLEARLY sub par. As a local business owner myself, who has also worked in retail, I am beyond embarrassed for your company.

Waited ten minutes while a guy just ignored me and stocked shelves. I asked politely if the gentleman could plz help me for a moment and he said no. He said another guy would return soon.

One of the staff was very friendly, she listened to me and my questions. The other guy, not so much. Pushy know it all, who didnt. Sold me the wrong parts, when I had pictures of what I needed, he didnt bother even looking at it. Go to the one in Longwood on 434 instead, much, much better location than this one. They got it right and corrected this places mistakes.

Stopped in to get an engine code read and reset on my vehicle. This free service from a friendly staff lets you know what that engine light means and then you can determine a corrective course of action.
