Great people, super nice and helpful. I stopped in and asked them for help because HB was closed. Even though theyre not open to the public, they didnt seem to mind and they helped me with what I needed right away. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for AR parts. Awesome shop.Good guys, helpful and good attitude, not condescending or jerky like pretty much every other gun shop.I had my AR lower engraved to the AFT specs. Took about 15 minutes and it looks fantastic.They even had an unusual font I wanted, and can deep engrave pretty much every font you can think of.Highly recommend them.

The absolutely worst! Who are these people giving good reviews! Maybe his friends! The owner here is very unprofessional! He has had my small hand gun for over 6 months! He continues to give me the run around! He keeps telling me that my gun will be ready this day, then that day! I even have messages proving that he has given me times and dates to come and I still have no gun. He has moved to a new location, he won’t answer my calls he won’t respond to my messages, and he won’t open the door (as I am standing here in front of his shop right now, for 30 minutes now, banging on the door!) I can see him in the store. What piss poor service! I would NEVER recommend this dude or this places to ANYONE!

The most helpful and friendly guys ever, theyre always there to help and continue to until the job is done! Had some things engraved here. Everyones extremely nice and helpful. They take time to explain things to you (and not in a condescending manner either). LE and Mil discount is a plus!

Ive taken everything i own to this shop! Owner is knowledgeable and has what youll need. Cerakote is perfect.

Failed to deliver engraving services, AR lower for custom art and text sat in their store for 2 weeks without being worked on. Had to take it back and brought to somewhere else in fear of missing registration deadline. Lack of communication and terrible assurances your service will be completed within time frame or at all. Last minute drop offs for engraving were completed before mine. I definitely did not feel like a valued customer. Owner stated trashing of customer property if not picked up by 6/30. Poor receiving processes and practices, seems overall inefficient and mismanaged. Poor service may have been due to AB 857 rush and overwhelming requests for engraving work, but no excuse for owner being unphased and unapologetic. See Yelp for full detailed sitrep.

I found WCWW on the web and was told about them by some friends. I found the owner, B, to be a stupendous help and very accommodating. He holds a professional demeanor and is straightforward; he took heed of my cerakote requests and met my expectations if not exceeded them with the final product. Additionally, the simplicity of my case was finished within 2 days. Picking up my cerakoted product was a pleasure, as I saw that it was meticulously finished.Conclusively, my first experience at WCWW was excellent! I am sure to consult B for future cerakote jobs, gun tweaks, and maybe pick up an item or two at his shop again!
