The owner is extremely rude and unfriendly. I usually always say hello but he doesnt say a word. Whatever. Then today 9/10/21, I brought in 4 containers each 2.5 gallons. He says I have to pay $3. If its 25 cents a gallon, wouldnt it be $2.50? I politely tell him that it would be $2.50, not $3. From there, he starts arguing with me as to why Im wrong and its $3. Then he proceeds to tell me, then you can fill up outside. Absolutely not. Its 90 degrees out, Im here on my lunch break so I was able to fill up my bottles inside (because we all know the machines he has outside either are out of order, eat your quarters, or dont fill up the full gallon youre paying for - had that experience with one gallon containers), and I need some water! Literally nothing more.Clearly he needs the extra change so I paid it. But there was no need for him to size me up and tell me I needed to pay extra with no explanation at all. And I definitely wont be giving money to someone who constantly disrespects customers from the neighborhood.

When I purchased this ceramic dispenser I also purchased a 3 gal water bottle. The man in charge requested cash and directed me to get cash from the ATM across the Street. The items are clearly labeled with the price. When he rung me up he charged me extra. I noticed that he charged extra. I mentioned it but when he started to argue I just paid. Let’s just say I was feeling generous. He looked like he was struggling with math and clearly needed the extra cash. I did not get a receipt.I took my new water container home, set it up and the next day my kitchen was flooded with water. The water seeps right through the ceramic container. I filled it a few times just to be sure. It kept leaking.Today I took it back and he explained that he’s not the owner and there’s nothing he can do. He also had the nerve to tell me that I should have returned it right away. He took the container and put it in the back of his office. He asked for my number and said he would call me. I don’t have a receipt or transaction history of this purchase. 😠

Water taste great. 25 cents a gallon good price.

Absolutely horrible experience on July 8, 2021. The older man that is there on a regular basis threw a huge tantrum when I wanted to use a debit card. He didnt know how to print out the receipt from our transaction and took his frustrations out on me. I paid fair and square and he still had the gall to throw my card back at me. After several years of patronage, I will never go purchase water from here again and encourage others to do the same.

Poor customer service, the old man is rude and clearly dont have value for the customers.

> SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE...!!!!I visited the Pure Water Plus 4 Store located at 2939 Alta View Dr. South Bay Terraces on Tues Nov. 24th 2020 at around 2pm Pst. I walked in with my 5 gal and 3 gal jug to fill up with Alkaline Water. As I approached the Alkaline refill station to refill my jugs I was quickly advised by the employee an older Asian man that the Alkaline water cost $1 a gallon.I said yes I am very aware of the price I buy Alkaline Water all the time. As I proceeded to fill my bottles the employee stood over me watching my any and every move. He again stated the price of the water to me I said sir BACK OFF I am well aware of the price I can afford $8 dollars its not a problem for me. At this point I got very upset it was obvious that I was being Racially profiled in broad day light. I was SHOCKED couldnt believe it I have never been so HUMILIATED IN MY LIFE!The others customers noticed what was going on. I said to the employee not every (BLACK MAN) is a criminal. I own my own business you dont need to babysit me so STOP PROFILING and prejudging me! I will NEVER shop at this store again Im very disappointed in the Pure Water Plus 4 Store.This employee needs an education on race relations I hope his behavior does not reflect the companies. I will be filing a complaint this needs to STOP we are better than this people. We are all humans I dont care what race color or creed you are we are all created equal. God Bless every RACE!!!!

Was skeptical about the quality since the Pure Water store on Plaza Blvd was absolutely taptastically garbage. I refilled 1 gallon here and was surprised at the purity and crystal flavors. This spot has been my goto for water when I’m in the south bay area. Highly recommended.

Good water, cheap at 25 cents per gallon. Have several types and sizes of water bottles from 5 gallons on down. Self serve machines after hours, occasionally break down.
