You never have to wait long to receive services or adjust services such as moving or choosing your water filtration system. I recently moved which we all know is stressful and I left calling to transfer my services to the week I was moving! Culligan was able to accommodate me in moving my services and setting up an appointment to inspect my new home for a reverse osmosis system very soon after I moved in. All the technicians and workers I’ve encountered in person have been so genuinely friendly and helpful. Very fast response time from customer service every time I call. I’m a real water lover and don’t know how I’d survive without my culligan!

We ordered the water dispenser and spring water. We were first given an incorrect schedule for when the deliveries were and missed it. We got a second delivery schedule but apparently they ran out of the water we ordered and never let us know so again missed a delivery. Besides the first installment we have yet to receive our water or get our bottles collected nearly 2.5 months later. Then we get told we have to pay $200 to cancel. So I guess we are stuck paying for water we aren’t receiving…

We have used Culligan San Diego for over 10 years. We rented a softener for 4 years and then purchased a system when we bought our home. We have always had great service! They are friendly and helpful on the phone and quickly send a repair guy when needed (and we’ve only needed a repairman 1 time in 6.5 years of owning our system). I definitely recommend Culligan of San Diego!

I had a water softener system installed. The tech that did the installation followed Covid guidelines and was professional and very friendly. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Culligan.

Beware before you sign a contract with Culligan Water. I verbally was told I was getting both hot and cold soft water treatment. So spent $2,600.00 on the equipment. After a month no salt was being used, then 2 months passed. I thought something was wrong. I found out that the water softener was hooked up to my water heater and only to my hot water valve. Since I usually only use cold water, other than baths and dishes this water softener was of no use to me. When I checked the contract, I found they first checked and then scratched out the box of FULL treatment and then checked HOT and SOME COLD. And also checked HOT. After about 6 months of the equipment not using any salt i finally had all then equipment taken away, since it was not functioning with me not using that much hot water in the house. Of course they billed me for taking away the equipment. I lost lots of money with this company. Take Heed.

We have enjoyed the change in taste of water. One thing to remember when doing a full house install. Make sure to keep one outside faucet open for watering plants. We had to have Culligan come out when the plants started dying. I asked my husband about the outside faucet. Culligan came out fixed the issue and we are good to go. It was a good choice for us.

Excellent!! great customer service and overall the quality of life to your household from showers pipes, no water spots, no hard water on your scalp, or hands. Your clothes stays new and you only need little detergent and soap. I definitely recommend it. To me its a must and very essential to preserve your pipes at home, your skin your clothes literally everything the water touches. TRULY A GREAT INVESTMENT

Excellent review for Dennis Calesa of Culligan water and the installer Stuart. Recently had a system installed at my home in Santee. If youve been thinking about updating your home water with a softener or reverse osmosis drinking water, then youve been waiting too long. $50 a month (a small price to pay compared to bottled water) for a complete system that was installed in a couple hours. Stuart knows exactly what hes doing and is very professional, polite, and clean. Stop thinking about changing your system and GO FOR IT. Culligan is the way to go.

I have had a very good experience with Culligan from the day I called them to inquire about service to our disconnection because we are moving out of state. The consultation appointment with Josh Lindsay was very informative and efficient. Jose serviced our tanks each month and was so patient with me, even all the times I forgot to leave the garage open for him. No problem, when do you want me to come back? He was always kind and understanding. When I had to disconnect service because we are moving to another state, they even cut me some slack and only charged me half the normal cancellation fee. Then, when I called last-minute to reschedule our disconnection appointment, Gina said, No problem, let me try. Miracle of miracles, she was able to move it to Saturday, so we will not have to endure a day without delicious water from Culligan. They are fantastic and our bodies have loved having great-tasting water to drink, shower in and launder our clothes. Thank you, Culligan!!!

Ive been a customer with Culligan Water for quite while. Delivery is always on time. Driver friendly and courteous. Had a problem with a cooler and it was replaced immediately with a brand new one. Totally impressed and never a stressful moment. Thanks Culligan, good job as always.

Great Service

Very Bad service the customer service over the phone are so rude as I speak slowly and the person how answered was completing my sentences without patience for me to finish and they didn’t answer my questions!!! One bill I pay $130 and the next one $90 for the same delivery all they said check on the website or your email when I tried to speak to a manager the lady who answered told that she was the manager and she would not transfer the call to anyone. I’m a very disappointed of the service!!! I’m a front liner and won’t recommend this service

I purchased a home with a Culligan water softener in the home (purchased outright, not leased). Long story short, the Culligan technician came into my garage and removed the power supply box (which cost me $40 to buy on eBay). They have a Key to my garage (which I’ve since removed) and I’ve got them on video coming in and out of my garage and a day later the system was dead. I called them multiple times and they said that they don’t know what happened to the power supply and are not sure why I had bare wires hanging from the system and that I should call my realtor. Meanwhile, they will gladly come out to see what’s wrong for $150 (+ tax and parts) to fix my system (that they broke on purpose). They’re running a shady racket and I highly suggest not using them for anything. I reported them to BBB already and will be leaving reviews on everything that I can to hopefully help others from getting jacked by this shady company.

Our 5 gallon water unit after 3 years was not getting cold anymore, its July and hot, our workers wanted cold not warehouse temp water, we called and asked for replacement. They said it would be 1 week when the driver is there next, the person had no care...1 week with 80 degree water. CANCELED

A customer for life. Kind customer service. Great price. I get home delivered bottled water. Sometimes I forget to put my empty bottles out but my driver never forgets how many bottles I prefer and leaves them for me. Customer Servcice is quick to resolve any issues and are kind and courteous.

We purchased a Culligan water softener and have been satisfied with the product. Very happy with the customer service from the start. I haven’t contacted them for a service call since 2016 until a couple of weeks ago. Jessica made sure we were taken care of as soon as it was possible.

My experience with Culligan has been amazing so far. I signed up for the services a couple of weeks ago and worked with a very kind man named Dennis. I called today to check on the status of the delivery and was told I would get a call back with an update. Dennis called me back right away and even showed up within about 20 minutes to set everything up.I hope the delivery service is just as good but I will have to wait and see. So far so good!!!🙂8/7/18 update:The water still taste amazing but I am slowly losing belief in my 5 star rating. Ive only had the service for a month and my water dispenser broke. I called the first time and requested a new dispenser. I was told I would get a call back and nothing. I called back 4 days later and was told someone would be stopping by that same day or the following business day and nothing. I just called today for the third time and am being told someone will be stopping by today. Lets hope this is my last call to Culligan...

San Diego Culligan had several choices to meet my needs for a home water softener system. I added the purified drinking water as well and wow, what a wonderful addition that was too! Soft water is both a luxury for me, and a money saver as the amount of products I use for household cleaning as well as personal hygiene are far, FAR less. My laundry is softer and brighter with soft water, my dishes AND dishwasher are spotless, my skin and hair is soft, and naturally moisturized because it isnt being stripped by the harsh particles in the hard water I had before. 100% satisfied with an outstanding product and outstanding service!

Horrible service, acidic water and unexplained charges on my credit card statement! Please read!I have no idea where these positive reviews come from! I think you should get a good picture of their business practices on Yelp! Rest assured they will rob you money without you knowing! extra charges that have no explanation, they pick up bottles and the driver just randomly forgets to document it. They picked up a broken cooler that the driver did not report picking up and they were about to charge me for it!If you decide to make a mistake and use their service DO NOT AUTO-PAY and provide them with your credit card, BIG MISTAKE. Also if you are thinking they have good water please check the PH, it is below 7 (acidic water). Think twice before choosing them.Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I filed a complaint at the FTC to audit their accounting department, SO MANY accounting complaints. Again review their Yelp ratings.I am lucky I signed only a one year contract, others were not this lucky. I am finally off their contract! Getting my water (alkaline) from a local water store is the best decision I made in 2019.There is so much I want to say but this is the major highlights of their horrible company. Stay away.

I have been a customer of Culligan for approx 9 years. Ive bought a water softner system thru them and currently renting out an RO system for the last 6 years. After their last visit to service my water softner, they billed me $155 for 20 minutes of work, which they didnt have to work on my softner. Culligan is definitely owed something for coming to my residence but $155 is unreasonable. As a result, I will pay what is owed and agreed upon but will be having them take back their RO system and cutting all ties. Dominic (San Diego area) was great for the initial delivery & set up. Answered all my questions, invested in my questions, comments and concerns. LOVE the water! The taste is something I’ve never tasted before and will never go back to other waters..... unless.. you know, I’m dying from dehydration in the Saharan dessert ;-) 10/10! Thank you Mountain Spring & culligan !The only thing I’d change is the durability of the new water dispenser. I get an unsettling feeling leaving it out as we have dogs and a new baby who’s walking... jug tends to lean forward a tad. Even if it was a plastic 5 gallon jug, let alone it being heavy glass I still wouldn’t feel safe with it. So I keep it in my room. I went in with signing up with the thought of me being able to use the smaller ceramic dispenser & wooden three legged prong but even with having to use the updated version of dispenser I still wouldn’t change waters. Just wish they had a more conducive option for those who don’t like cold drinking water plus the big one isn’t functional for saving space.

Trying to go cold turkey off of single serving plastic bottles. This water tastes much better and I’m learning to refill all of my reusable bottles.@ years in and still love Culligan water and the deliverer because it is brought into the garage.

Their bottle-free water coolers are the best! No hassle with storing the water coolers or switching them out when theyre empty. So much more convenient for us! Water tastes great and is always cold and refreshing. Would definitely recommend!

WATCH OUT! 5-year contract!!!! When I signed up for Culligan, I just wanted an alternative to the 5-gallon Arrowhead jugs I was dealing with and Culligan seemed like a great solution. When the service guy came out, he touted how clean the water was, etc and made everything seem so cool and easy. NEVER, EVER did he mention that the fine print states you are signing a FIVE YEAR contract and that if you cancel before that its a $200 cancellation fee. Ultimately, I was the one who signed it without reading it, but I still think its extremely unprofessional to never even mention the very important fact that this is a binding 5-year contract. Had I known it was a 5 year contract, I absolutely wouldnt have signed up, as the place I was living in was a rental I knew I would only live in for 2-3 years.This is very disappointing. I will not only never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know what shady folks work here.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews I just hope they can find this review as constructive criticism for future happy customers. I’ve had their RO system for 6 years and they only came one time within the first year for a first change the filter. They also up’d my monthly rental over $10 a month from when I signed up (without filter changes or communication of the price changes). I think as a professional business it should be their job to call and set up an annual filter change.

As a customer of more than 30 years, I have found the Culligan osmosis to be an excellent product. The water is delicious and the ice cubes are clear. Over the years the service has been excellent. Ive had a great experience. I spoke to Jessie to arrange an appointment to get my water softener fixed. She was quite professional, friendly and helpful on the phone. Stuart, the tech, who came out to fix the softener was the same. :-)

I’ve been using the Culligan water softener since I bought my home 15 years ago. They have always been super reliable and so flawless with their service that I forget about them.:)

Make sure you save any and every document you get with them. I just had a debt collector call me this am saying that they are calling to collect on an unpaid bill of $100. I canceled the service in August 2015! I never once received a bill after I cancelled our service since out last payment was taken out in Sept. 2015. Once I got off the phone with the debt collector I decided to call Culligan myself and get this handled immediately. They stated that it was their error and they were taking care of it. Regardless of them taking care of this, this problem should have never happened and I see it as a scam from them because some people would have just paid it instead of looking into it. Please do not fall victim to these scammers and do your research and go with someone with better customer service skills. The reason I canceled them was because our garage door keypad broke so anything could be put in it and it would open. I called and they did not send anyone nor follow up with me. The customer service is the worst that I have ever had to deal with! Canceled service the next day!

We were told we’d pay $1 a month for 12 months plus costs of jugs if we purchased any. Our first bill came. $18 for 3 jugs. Cool. Next months bill was nearly $40. I called to ask why and was told there’s a yearly service charge that was never mentioned to me when I initially signed up. So I tried to cancel my services. The customer service I received was horrible. The woman was extremely rude and snappy. Shortly after I hung up with her, the man who set up my services called to try to get me to reconsider. I told him no.m and I wanted to cancel. Well he tells me to call the previous woman again because he didn’t get a cancellation order. I called her back like he said and she was even more rude to me. A week later, no one still showed up to take back the equipment or anything so I called again. They told me it would cost $180 to cancel my services. They said that was in the contract or whatever and I was never told of this contract or about any cancellation fees. They also left 3 more jugs without us asking for any and also charged us for them as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company.

I just want to express how convenient it is to have a Culligan system with water delivery. It is definitely a sustainable way to have water and the hot and cold feature is perfect for tea/ reusable water bottles. The whole family uses it on a daily basis, including our pets. THE worst!!!! started getting deliveries in septemberish and every month there has been an issue with when our water gets delivered. they are constantly changing the delivery schedule and not notifying us. i have 17 bottles in my apartment right now because these people don’t know organization/communication. absolutely horrible, we will be finding another service. poor customer service. so much disorganization. i honestly don’t know how this company is still in business.

I have had nothing but the top service from Culligan Water from Sales to Customer Service. They are very responsive and friendly. They make it easy for me from billing to service. I would recommend them to everyone.

Finally got answers as to why no delivery on the 29th, computer glitch, but still they should have checked to make sure that they TOLD their customers this. And we finally got water yesterday. But this company is on thin ice with me right now. They definitely need classes on customer service.

We have been a Culligan owner for 18 years now. Keith Steck is our tried and true Culligan Man! His customer service is truly exceptional! He has become a friend over the years, and we trust him! So recently when our soft water whole house system stopped working. Keith gave our name to Josh Lindsey. Josh was quick to act! Though we as the customer dragged our feet. We had other things of importance happening at our house and that put the system on hold. When it finally was necessary to get the system back up and running, I reached out again to Josh. He was once again quick to act and helped me to get the best program for our needs! Justin Becker installed our new system on Wednesday. He was outstanding! We are now back up and running! Soft water, boy have we missed it! I can not thank your awesome team enough!! Culligan service is what all companies should aspire to be! Giving this review is a shout out to your entire company.

I truly like the water fresh clean Pierre water . My driver is great always knows his customers as well as there families needs . There price are great. One thing I think they can improve on is if you were to run out of water it takes them a long time for them to see if they can get you some extra bottles they should set up a system in place to help people deliver on other random calls for water other than that I have no complaints .

I would like to share that I was one to not ever drink water but when my company decided to switch from bottled water to Culligan, I can not stop drinking water, it tastes good and refreshing every time. Absolutely the worst water company experience! Not to mention the horribly RUDE and unprofessional service man! Our water cooler had maggots coming out of it! After spending a day bleaching our kitchen and waiting for a return call from Culligan I finally receive a call 5 hours later from a man sternly telling me that the maggots were a fault of ours, not his. We have lived in this home for over 1 year and NEVER experienced any bugs, let alone maggots, until we received our water cooler! The maggots were under the system, crawling on the sides, & on the bottles! I placed all equipment outdoors because I was told in my initial phone call that someone would be by to pick it up. Now Im told they will not come for another 7 days. No. Im sorry but this is NOT my problem. Your equipment will remain outdoors and I will NOT be responsible if its damaged due to weather, or missing because it was stollen. Absolutely horrid experience and I will never recommend this company to any person I know in this area. Such a disappointment because we thought this was a company wed keep business with for many years.

I love having hot water at a moments notice! And the cold water is just right.It is really nice to have the water available without having to lug it from the store.

Recently switched over to Culligan from Sparkletts. So much more convenient and cost effecient. I am saving about $20 per month with Culligan. And i don’t have to worry about switching the 5 gallon bottles all the time. Ryan was our salesman and he explained everything very clearly and was really nice And punctual to our appointment. I have already referred friends and family members!

The water cooler is an unexpected convenience that Ive grown to love.I got it at first because I got tired of fighting the roommates to fill the brita filter.Working from home on the phone, water is important. So, having it delivered and always available has made work so much easier. Less to grab at the store, less trash from water bottles, and less fighting.I no longer have roommates, but I still prefer to have water delivered.
