Super clean, fantastic quality of water and great value.I used to get the cheap water machines next to Vons or other places but when I discovered this place, I was hooked.Much cleaner option. Alkaline water available. Cleaning station. 24 hour vending for regular and alkaline water. Alkaline goes for $1 per gallon, which is amazing!Plus, the service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Fresh Alka Water is The BEST place in town to get fresh Alkaline water! I have visited many others water stores throughout San Diego that are not as clean or the staff is not professional and friendly as Fresh Alka Water. The owner, Steve, is always lending a helping hand whenever you need it. For example, I was using the outside water machine 10 minutes after closing and Steve came outside to make sure I had enough cash before completely leaving. FYI, their after hours water dispenser only takes $1 bills and quarters. He also always greets me and asks how my wfe and family are doing whenever I come inside. Steve always helps us fill our bottles too if ever we come during business hours! Come and check them out between 9-5pm Mon thru Sat, youll be happy you did!

First time visiting this store yesterday and the man working there was very kind and helpful. We drove out of our way for the alkaline water and it’s a fantastic deal for $1/gallon. I’m very happy that we are now fully stocked with several five gallon bottles to enjoy the benefits of alkaline water. In response to the other reviewer who posted not one, but two negative reviews because he did not get “a smile or a thank you,” get over yourself. You’re not entitled to anything. If you want a smile, try smiling at others, it works! And to the owner of the business, I hope you know that reviews like that will not harm your business because most people have common sense and can recognize someone who’s just complaining for the fun of it. We appreciate you!

So I actually drove 20 mins out of my way to get what I thought would be high ph water. I thought I was getting alkaline water. I went ahead and bought a pH reagent to test the pH. It was acidic. $1 per gallon for a pH of 5. That’s less than average water. You at least want it to be basic @ a pH level of 7. Don’t waste your money here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tested it on my essentia water their pH was alkaline. It turned a pH level of 9.

The service was splendid, the water is crisp and unique, you can taste the difference. Honestly the best water I’ve had since moving here in 2019.

Love water here! Excellent customer service every time Im here even if the owners seem busy handling other customers. It can get busy sometimes and dont mind if I have to wait to fill water. Been here on weekends and mornings are the BEST to fill before anyone. Friends tell me Costco has put a limit this week on water cases too and Im so so glad weve got another resource to get water. Saves unnecessary plastic too.

They are always so nice at Fresh Alka water! They are so accommodating. Once, we arrive as the owner had already closed up and locked the doors. He saw us making our way towards the door and he opened the store back up again! He didnt have to do that! They have an awesome water machine outside. I thought that was pretty cool. Excellent service - always greeted with a smile. Id highly recommend paying in advance as it saves time at each refill. Cant beat the taste of their water. Ive taken it to scout camps and had frequent comments from the kids about it being the best water theyve had.

I get their alkaline high PH water once a week for my wife and its the only water she will drink !! They have nice one gallon jugs for sale also at 11 dollars each.

Ok I have been going here for the past six months! One of the main reasons I keep going back is because of the customer service! The man and the woman always greet me with a smile and says hi!! And one of the main if not the only reason I keep going back is because they always say THANK YOU!!! But today was different!! I dont know if it was the son but it was a younger guy there!! No greeting with a smile and more importantly no THANK YOU!!So just letting you know if that happens again I will be taking my business elsewhere!! Because if Im not good enough to say thank you too, then ur not good enough to get my money!! So I would advise who ever was there today to say THANK YOU to all customers!! Because it doesnt take much for any business to start turning around and fail!! Customer service is the key to any successful business and Im sure you all know that!

I had been going to Liquid Eden for their reverse osmosis water, but once this place opened in our neighborhood we were excited to try it out to cut down on our driving. I enjoy the taste of the water and the price is reasonable.Steve is awesome. I can always expect a warm welcome and he also helps any way possible whether it is sanitizing the jug, filling it, or bringing you a cart to take the jugs to the car.They do NOT charge for using a credit card, and they have 24/7 self service outside during non-business hours. Keep in mind the machine only takes silver and 1 dollar bills.I expect to always come back here for water from now on.
