Worst service ever. I cancelled but they keep bringing me water and charging me. I was signed up for Palomar Water and they transferred me to this company. This is horrible. And just try calling their customer service line. Too busy to answer. What a nightmare.

Worst customer service. I have had issues with this company since I started with them. I would call customer service and they would act like they were going to fix the problem. When the driver showed up I would ask him if they communicated with him about our issues he would just say, No one said anything to me. Nothing ever got resolved. The only thing that works well at this company is their billing dept. Bill shows up right on time even if you didnt get any water. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, THESE FOLKS ARE TERRIBLE!

This company is really bad. They dont care about there customers. they dropped off water I did not order, billed me for it, and then charge me $20 a month late fees. When I refused to pay they turned me over to a collection agency. Then they charge you to take to them on the phone. No customer service, I hope Nestle and Arrowhead loose a lot of business from this company. I will never buy there products again. I plan to sue.

I asked for only ONE bottle for last delivery, placed note outside NO REGARD for that dropped off more than I needed. Phone tree..... then nothing...call drops......or wait time 25 minutes!! At Palomar people answered...always.... Overall. MISSING PALOMAR!! Customer service: ZERO...also phone number NOT on bill...had to look online for it. When change is not good.

Absolutely ridiculous. They’ve been telling us a delivery date for weeks now and don’t stick to it. They delivered two weeks later. To call customer service, they charge you $5. That is INSANE to me. I’m looking into cancelling and finding an alternative. It is a huge disappointment after the great customer service from Palomar Water.

Had Palomar Water which we loved then Nestle bought them out and we experienced higher prices, long waits, difficulty with logging into our account through their website. Every time we’d call in the hold times we’re over 20 minutes long. Then they would tell me oh I got your Costco pricing set up I’d call and complain about the pricing and they would say I can get you set up with costco pricing I think it’s an absolute joke. Paying $8 per 5 gallon bottle plus delivery fee. Plus they stopped delivering us water for three months then charging. Us late fees since card got declined but didn’t tell us. The cheapest price they ever quoted me was 6.70 a 5 gallon bottle and never gave it to us. My husband has agreed every Sunday to go to our local water store and fill up for $5. Will be on the search in the mean time for a new water delivery company in San Diego.

I was a Palomar Water customer for years, but now with ReadyRefresh Ive had nothing but trouble getting a few 5 gallon bottles of water. With Palomar I could contact them immediately with any issues, but this company is hard to deal with. Got late fee($20), because their billing system was so confusing which never happened with Palomar. Also, tried to add a second 5 gallon bottle to delivery and could not change it on web site. I emailed them about this, and got an email saying they had cancelled my next delivery at my request. This company is all wet. I am looking for an alternative source of water.

This company is terrible. Its really hard to get a hold of them. Their automatic phone system just hangs up on you. It either says We have high call volume. Please try again next year or when we feel like picking up the phone.Really? How about hiring more customer service reps to answer phone calls.

Tribble customer service. I canceled my order and they told my balance is zero, however, after 2 months they send me a new statement with a late fees!!!. be careful about them. I tried to call them and ask them about it but nobody took my call. they are not a trustworthy company and charge you as much as they can.

I was notified by email of a raise in price of over 2 dollars a bottle. I tried to call and cancel water delivery, had to stay on hold for more than 20 minutes. Finally got through, canceled service, told empty bottles would be picked up Wednesday. Tuesday, I received an email stating my order would be delivered on Wednesday!!CANCEL

The amount of one star reviews for this company speak for themselves. This company bought out my local water supplier and began charging nearly twice the amount for water and delivery right off the bat. Then I fell behind by 1 month because of troubles from Covid, instead of notifying me or pausing the delivery this company actually sent double the amount of water. I received water 2x a month instead of 1x and by the time it was caught I was over $400 past due. Then as I tried to make payments over the course of a few months, I received an email that I had 10 days to pay before being sent to collections. I understand this is their process so I made a payment on the first day of the 10 day period. When I called to make a payment on the second day I was informed that the account was already sent over to collections. This company will happily use shady business practices without batting an eye. Stay always from this company at all costs and stick to you local supplier if possible!

They took over Palomar Water which was a great local spring water source. Ever since Ready Refresh took over, they offer Arrowhead which not only tastes impure, but has huge chunks of calcium deposits. The customer service rep said to clean our dispenser which is clearly not the issue because not only do we clean it, we never had this problem when it was still Palomar Water. The “manager” they transferred me to to handle my complaint call offered no value or resolution so I told them we were leaving and she just wanted to schedule a pick-up day for our unopened bottles without even trying to save us as a customer. On top of that, they frequently change the schedule without proper notification. Nestle does not care about their customers, they only care about making money. Do not go with this company.

I get charged for service I no longer use. I figured (since I canceled it) they may have a drop off location available.... NOPE, ZIP, NADA.... NO SOLUTIONS!IF BY CHANCE you have bottles out for pick up & they cant make it to their scheduled locations in time.... you have to bring them inside AGAIN.... OR leave them out hoping they dont get stolen, OR be charged. WHAT THE FLOCK!?! NO SOLUTIONS!Calling customer service is a joke... Cant cancel online. Calling support to cancel says due to high call volume, were not accepting calls. Chat support is offline. They are charging me $40/mo and not allowing me to cancel. This behavior should be illegal, not sure how theyre getting away with it.

I have been trying to close my account for over one month but have not been able to communicate with anyone from the company. I have been with ReadyRefresh for several years. I love the service. I have never had any problems. When I do call them I always get someone friendly on the other side and change whatever I had to update.I can always update my delivery and make changes. It is always on time, on the day scheduled. And if I change the date they come on time as well. They send me a text everytime andcand me ahead of time as well as to let me know they are on their way. Great service.

The worst customer service. Canceled service.The driver shows up with water delivery. Refused product. Driver confirmed that my address still shows up for a current order today. Called customer service for the 4th time and this time I got a confirmation number for cancellation of the order today that I refused to accept. No doubt I am going to get billed. If you like being mistreated and if you like having your instructions ignored then this is the company for you. I would give zero * rating but that’s not possible in order to post a review. Horrible. This company is HORRIBLE!!!I would say the service is bad if there was any service. Our water deliveries are NEVER on the day or week they tell us. 4 times we have gone without water for an entire week. They constantly lie to us about delivery dates and then dont perform. When I called to cancel our service with them, the person on the phone hung up on me. I gave them 1 star because there is nothing lower.

I have ordered home delivery several times over the years. The customer service folks are very professional. Unfortunately I cant get the drivers to help me out with the placement of bottles. I order from home delivery since we are old and not able to lift cases of bottles on our own. Last time I ordered a nice driver placed the cases in my garage where I had asked, no problem. This time, even though I had made it clear when I ordered, the driver left the cases (5) outside my garage with three of the largest stacked on top of one another. Impossible. I called to ask him to return and help me. They contacted the driver and said he cant help me due to Covid 19. He wouldnt agree to move the bottles twelve inches inside my garage or return and take them off of the large stack of cases. If he had at least set them down on the ground instead of 5 high, I could have used a hand truck to move them. Oh, and buy the way, they charge $3. just for billing you.

They bought my local spring water delivery and gave me less than two weeks notice about the change. Then purified tap water shows up for a dollar MORE per 5 gal jug than the supplier they bought out. They charge $8 for 5 gallons of purified tap water and $14!!! for spring water. The Nestle sales guy refused to honor my original contract with my original company and didnt even apologize when I complained about the poor water quality. Nope. Account closed. I can carry water from the grocery store myself.

ReadyRefresh took over the local Palomar Spring water and their delivery vendor.The delivered water from Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh here in San Diego, was meant to be spring water but tastes truly awful. Metallic; like processed tap water, frankly. Cancelled one month in. Very sad. Palomar was local and amazing.Apparently, this is a Nestle company and they are going across the country buying up local water. If you google them you will find they are being sued all over for lack of integrity and not offering actual spring water when selling it as such...

This company bought the spring water company we have been with for years. Suddenly instead of glass bottles with spring water we received plastic bottles with Arrowhead water. They refused to honor the deposit for the 20 glass bottles we had paid, and told me I could bring them to recycling. The water is NOT the water we had thoroughly researched and chosen. They said they will pick up the plastic bottles with water if we would like but wont refund. Called the bank for a chargeback. Companies like this should not be around.

I was a previous customer with Palomar water which was bought out by Ready Fresh. Im not pleased with being charged $6.95 for a delivery fee. Im not going to cancel right now but I can go to the Vons store 1 block from my house and buy 2.5 gallon Arrowhead water and the 16.9 bottles of spring water for half the price. I hope ready fresh rethinks this excessive delivery charge or risk losing all of their newly acquired Palomar water customers.

They bought up the last local mountain spring water company in San Diego so there is no more fresh mountain spring water locally. Ive tried this Arrowhead water and it literally made my coffee taste bitter and acidic and disgusting compared to the fresh local Palomar mountain spring water.. Such a loss to our local community. I called and cancelled immediately. The water is not up to par... its below my quality standard.

Theres always a different issue & they reschedule your delivery without informing you & this month was no different. I had a scheduled delivery for the 29th of Aug & after seeing the truck in my complex early yesterday i decided to go online to see what time the delivery would be made it said between 8 & 12. At 3pm my child arrived home from school stating that he saw the water truck headed up the hill, but there still hadnt been a delivery, so i logged online again to see what was going on, this time it said my delivery was gonna be between 8 & 5 but that they had already taken my payment early that morning. Needless to say the delivery never arrived & without notice was some how rescheduled for 48hrs later which happens to be my birthday. So I called customer service early this morning trying to figure out what the problem was & why they billed me for a service they never rendered. She tried to say they took money out of my account for July when i know my bill was already paid in full. I even screenshot the invoice from their site. She continued to argue with me about the matter so i told her to cancel my subscription. I went 9n the site after speaking with customer service and now theyve credited $5 to my account. I dont want your $5, I want my $19 back that you werent supposed to deduct until after you delivered my order.Unless youre looking for a argument & headache everytime you expect a delivery I suggest you find a different company to do business with because ReadyRefresh is very unprofessional

After the company i used was aquired by ready refresh, their automatic bill charged me 30% more as a delivery fee. When I disputed the additional charge, their help line blows you off. Now when you call, residential use of their 1800 number charges you almost $5 to make changes to your account bill or delivery.

I’m a new customer. Purchased a water cooler along with water delivery. Last week when ordered, they hit my cc for the full Amt agreed upon. It was delivered on Friday. Today is Monday and i see i have been Charged again the same amt. i call and get “oh it was just held twice, the second charge will drop off when your bank processes.” I then asked for a manager, because i didn’t authorize them to hold twice the amt. I’m now having to wait to have access to my own money. I held for a manager, was disconnected before I got one. Very disappointed

Plus changing delivery men monthly means they can’t leave water in correct spot and I can’t move it.They ruined Arrowhead when they bought it. Rip off. They steadily increased the price on 5 gallon bottles until we we’re paying $5 per bottle. In order to cancel service we had to call customer service. After 15 minutes on the phone we were told our service was cancelled and a date was scheduled to pick up our empties. Three months later we were still receiving water delivered to our porch. When i called customer service they said our account was active and there was no record of our call.

I get water delivered that I never ordered and am forced to pay. Bad service. Advise you do not make the same mistake as me. They will jack up the prices after you sign up.

Was good when was 1st started, but now over the years we have a new driver every time who doesnt know what or how much we are supposed to get and now today I am trying to call to arrange a sooner delivery - this is a business account - and all I can get is we are too busy, try your call later message on the 3 numbers I have for them. No notice of price increase, Ive had this service for over two years. I used to pay $21.00 a month, for the same QUANTITY. Now its $28.00 , and this is within two years!!!! They do have to me very shady business practices. If you look on the Better Business Bureau, you will see many complaints, one of them is mine. That aside, the deliveries are reliable. They do change your dates without notice, increase your prices without explanation. The convenience of delivery is not worth their lack of Business ethics and deplorable customer service.
