The ladies working on the days I visited the store were all wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The store was well organized and tidy. Kat was especially helpful, friendly, had a fantastic personality and even went out of her way to research a product to meet my specific needs. She was very sociable and made me feel comfortable in my shopping. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experiences.

They have amazing products and every time I go in I specifically ask for Alyssa to help me. She is so knowledgeable and her customer service is impeccable not even just for me but with other customers Ive seen her interact with while Im looking around the store. She is an employee you should definitely be proud to have and if she hasnt gotten one already she should definitely be promoted. Its hard to find employees with her kind of customer service.

Amazing staff! The manager (soul was her name I believe) was amazing! She helped us find everything on an outfit we were putting together and even added some nice touches of her own flair and it looked amazing! The other staff (Alyssa, Melissa,) were super nice and helped very nice! Definitely will come back! Also had a bad problem at another store but Soul made sure we felt comfy in her store! YOU GO GUYS! 😁😁😁Also shoutout to the security guard (Kris) he was amazingly professional and helped us when we had questions for him! 😁❤❤

I may not leave many reviews on but Google, but Emily is a very special expectation! (I also really love Blue Boutique, it may sometimes be expensive, but you pay to be able to have personal access to what you want in this state I live in. Also I LOVE supporting local business!)I went into this location just stopping by and she helped me with the Pleaser shoes Ive been longing for! I stopped by on 5/5 just to look around as I was close. I ended up buying a pair, even though the shoes I wanted most were not available at the store that night or at any other location.Emily went out of her way to search for my (tiny size 5 &1/2 - 6) size in the other two pairs I was considering. She reached out to me today 5/8 to let me know that they are available at another location (Sugar House.) When I let her know Im willing to wait for transfer to her location so she can get the appreciation for her hard work, she informed me that it will be okay and she will share that appreciation with employees. (She just wanted me to be happy!!)Emily is a great manager! I really hope I get to see her more often in the future and tell many others of her amazingness!Give the lady a raise!

Had a really good experience❤️ I can’t remember the lady’s name but she had darker hair and a colorful dress but she was the best. Helped me find the style I was looking for even though she had stuff to do and I came in close to the store closing. For sure coming in again later this week🎉

We went in to your store to pick up an item that was held for us from another store. Your salesperson Soul (I think that was her name) was amazing! She not only helped us exchange an item, but she worked with my girlfriend and find her another amazing outfit that shell be able to use on her photo shoot. Thank you for her friendly and professional attitude. We will be going back to the Blue Boutique in the future...

Best experience Ive ever had at an adult shop! Emily really helped me out and was super cool. Emily hyped me up and really took good care of me. Being plus size I disnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all, they helped me find some outfits that look great and are great quality! I adore this shop and Ill definitely be coming back!

This is an amazing shop! I was really impressed and loved basically every item they had. Wide variety of sexy lingerie, outfits, Halloween costumes, and more. Their corsets are some of the best selection Ive seen! Very unique and beautiful. The employee that helped me look around, November, was awesome!

Edit: changing my stars because I talked to the manager of the location and they fixed everything and all is well. This hands down is still my favorite location and Emily is absolutely my favorite.This is usually the location I prefer to go to. The normal lady in the back room (Emily) is my absolute favorite she is beyond helpful. Whoever the lady tonight that was back there has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced there. Literally ruined the start of my honeymoon trip.

Only company Ive found that actually carries plus size items in stock or will order any item and have it ready for pick up within 24 hours, plus the staff is always extremely helpful, non judgmental (regarding size, age, race, gender, or sexual orientation/preference), respectful and friendly and definitely make your shopping experience pleasant and comfortable. I recommend Blue Boutique to anyone and everyone.

I stopped by blue when I was visiting Utah. And kat was so amazingly helpful! She helped me find a great little number to suprise my fiance with when I returned home! I also found the perfect set for my wedding night. Kat made the whole experience very comfortable and super easy! Next time Im in Utah I ll be stopping by and recommend everyone ask for her if they want 5 star service.

Very cute store had a lot of items like shoes and accessories. Cat and November were the emps that assisted me and cat freaking nailed it because I dislike trying on items because I get fed up with it real fast but she was encouraging and fun and made it worthwhile! Nov very nice as well, provided lots of info that I would have never thought to ask

The ladies who work here are always lovely, the store is always pretty, the bathrooms are clean. Thanks to the employee madison, we found a nice quiet vibe in my price range. She didnt make me feel bad for being on a budget unlike other places.

Me and my wife went there and spent over 500 dollars on products. As we were walking out another customer ran past us at the same time and the alarm went off. They let the lady go but accused me and my wife of stealing. They checked our bags and they pulled out all the merchandise we purchased in front of everyone in the store,, which was extremely humiliating. They kept making us go through the alarms to see if they went off which they did not. I was referred here by a friend and have been going a few times, each time spending over 400 dollars on products. After what happened I will never shop there again and all my friends will no longer go there either after the humilation and harrassment you had toward us. I would not recommend this store to anyone I know and discourage everyone that asks me about stores like this to not go to this one.

I forgot my ID to go into the back, but I had a good conversation with the girl out in front, and she told me lots of fun facts about lube, and I ended up buying a bottle. She made me laugh so hard I almost peed my pants. She told me her name was madison. 10/10 I will almost pee my pants in this location again.

Cute store, funny staff, clean bathrooms. My wife and recently took a trip to this location. We usually hit up the bigger blue boutiques for a bigger selection but the rumors are true, this location is smaller and not as busy. The upside of that was the girls who worked there did not have to split their time between us and other customers. We were able to try on multiple corsets, try on a couple of outfits and the girl in the adult room told us all about whips and how they make them. The tip of the iceberg is that both the girls were both dressed like luigi from super Mario bros.

Its a great place to find anything you want. Helpful ladies and understanding, very nice.

A heavy woman with glasses followed us around the store the whole time we were trying to shop. The prices are super inflated and the employees won’t leave you alone... I have never seen people fight so hard for commission lol

Caila was extremely helpful. She told me a lot more than I knew for sure, I went into the store again a couple times since my first review, but if I keep getting employees such as CHELSEE RAY, O.M.G the sweetest, friendliest cutest, bubbliest, outgoing spirited people on staff there. I may never leave. But honestly these women and men who work at the Blue boutique are amazing knowledgable and kind. Thank you

I was so disappointed to be in this store this sunday afternoon since i step in i got a nasty look from the employee at the store i felt like she was a hawk having her eyes on me during i walk around she was not nice at me asking me what i was looking for and still with her nasty look at me and tone of voice and i was step in at the adult section her introduction about ID me was worst i understand the Utah law and i show her my driver license, is this place just for white people? Or she just was racist and prejudice with me for been Latino?
