Called them on very short notice about a tune up for my Buick Enclave. They told me to come right over. They told me that they could have it done in 2 hours. Walked to the gym and by the time my workout was done, my car was ready. They explained in detail and easy to understand what they did and what needs to be done. I have found a new place to take our cars.

While driving hours away from home, our check engine light went on and the first service station we tried referred us to Transmission Clinic. They were incredibly kind and professional. It was a brutally hot summer day, and we had our kids and dog in the back of our van. After a thorough diagnosis we learned we needed a new transmission. They were so kind and didnt charge us for anything, taking compassion on our situation. They allowed us to rest in their waiting room and even helped with recommendations for rental companies nearby. I had my 2016 1/2 ton pickup towed in with a suspected blown head gasket. Oil was getting into my engine coolant. Through their diligence and thoroughness, they were able to determine that the problem was actually a leak in the radiator. Without their attention to details, they would have replaced a head gasket that didnt need replaced. The guys were great to work with and saved me a bunch of money. Their quality of work was excellent.

My 2011 BMW X5 xdrive35i developed a condition that resembled riding over speed bumps when it reached 15 mph. My local NRV mechanic replaced the rear differential with a salvage unit I bought on eBay, the problem persisted, he then replaced the transmission with a salvage unit I bought on eBay. After the transmission install my NRV mechanic could not get my X5 out of park. At that point I contacted Todd at the transmission clinic and had the vehicle towed to his shop. Todd took the valve body out of my original transmission and installed it in the low mileage salvage unit I bought on eBay. Progress, the vehicle would then shift out of park but the “speed bump” symptoms were still present. Todd correctly diagnosed the problem as being a bad transfer case. I located a used one through Bill’s Auto Parts in Christiansburg, shout out to Dustin Shirah at Bill’s. Todd installed the transfer case and the X5 is back in action after 5 months in the shop. 😃 I located The Transmission Clinic through a Google search and neither I nor my law office have any affiliation with Todd or the Transmission Clinic. I give them my highest rating.

I love the fact that they are honest and can fix the issues that I have this is like the four time I used them and I will continue to use them. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👌

My vehicle was in this shop 4 times from 5/27/20 to 8/11/20. Each time it went in it was running bad and the service engine soon light was on. Each time a different part was replaced and then within a couple of days it was running bad and the service engine soon light was on. When I took it in the 3rd time the owner confessed that he had an employee that wasnt doing his job and that he had to fire him. The owner replaced a part again and within the next week or so it was running bad and the service engine soon light was on. I took the vehicle back. Within the week , the owner told me that the codes were showing oxygen sensors bad, but that he wanted to drive it a little. Well after having it 4 weeks and 2 days, he finally replaced them. I feel that repairing my vehicle was extremely low on his priority. Even though the vehicle was returned every time with it running bad and the service engine soon light was on I was charged a deductible with the claim that it was a different problem. Also, during the last 4 week visit, I had requested a rental vehicle which falls under my warranty coverage. However, the owner failed to pursue that request for me and I never got the rental vehicle. I would not recommend this repair facility.

I am not going to say it’s the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever been to but.... I believe it to be very unprofessional to be delightful in person and completely different when you believed you had ended the phone call and proceed to say terrible things about your customers. The lot of which shouldn’t have been said to anyone ESPECIALLY a paying customer that has been nothing but nice.I will NOT be spending any more money here and will refuse to refer anyone to this shop. I would recommend making sure the phone is completely disconnected next time before saying harsh things about your customers.

Family business does not mean honest business. Their free diagnostic is used to get you on the hook and then they try to overcharge. They are very friendly on the phone but my car had new problems when I drove it away. Will take it elsewhere to fix their mess because I dont trust these people with my car again
