Great store for parts and Services for your vehicle! Sadly, the store is rarely in stock on some of my items and their repair services are kind of Spotted depending on the employees they have working at the time. They also take a very long time when they do repair things well, but its sometimes worth it if you have a Few hours to kill.

Refused to help install car battery due to “short staffing” like my partner wasn’t a paying customer too? They left him to try and get home on a dead car battery because he didn’t have the tools on him to change it out right there in the parking lot. Expected more from autozone.

I was in a pinch and ran to the store in a hurry. I got there 5 minutes before they closed, and the guy turned me away unapologetically. They should post the time that they closed the door so I dont waste a trip down. This isnt the 1st time Ive been turned off by their customer service. I think I would rather use Oreilly or Knechts.

The store was immaculate, which is a lot different from when I worked there. The new manager has obviously turned the store around. The old manager didnt take care of the store, so its nice to see someone who actually takes pride in their job. All of the employees were dressed well and their clothes looked to be in good repair. Once again, this is unusual for me to see. Everything on the sales floor was properly labeled, everything was stocked, even the sale items had tags on them to notify the customers that theyre on sale. Great work, David! Youre doing an AMAZING job!

I went in ask if they could put break light in my car. The man was rude and then said Oh smart car probably not then ask if he could help next person. Didnt even ask if I still wanted to purchase brake light. Like I and my car issues were not important... They need employees that are more educated.

This place never has anything for my car. I dont get it, why not stock a smaller amount of items for more cars (like cabin filters) rather than more for fewer cars. My car is an 06 so its not like Im trying to get a piston return spring for a 1976 AMC Pacer. Also, carry more selection of K&N stuff . Im sick of having to special order everything in 2019. Or at least do like the dealer parts departments do and have next day availability on more stuff. I swear sometimes I think I should have been a CPO.

So I didnt actually end up buying my parts here because of the customer service. First off I called in, and asked about getting a couple parts for my car. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes I was helped, and the guy was fairly helpful, not necessarily polite, but helpful. Then after hanging up I realized I had another question and called back. The guy who answered the phone was practically yellin, and was very rude. After answering my question he hung up abruptly... No asking if there was anything else, no goodbye, he just hung up... Not impressed.

I called and they said they had an order in Portland and it would take until 3 today to receive it. I went down to auto parts store and paid for the part, and later learned that they dont have it in stock. I now have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my money to be refunded. Just a big inconvenience. So now I have about $200 just floating around.

Came in because I needed my check engine light reset for a gas cap thing and they have a computer that can do it. (They advertise this specifically.) I came in with my sleeping baby on my shoulder asking for help with this and the guy told me I needed to disconnect my battery. He didn’t ask what kind of car I had or what the issue was, just said he couldn’t help me and literally. Disconnect my battery. UM NO??? I had already spoken to a mechanic that sent me there to have them do this and the guy was just not able to give me one moment. I went to Knecht’s Auto Parts across the street and they did it no problem! It took less than 2 minutes. I told them what the guy at AutoZone told me to do and they said the guy obviously didn’t want to help me and OF COURSE he could have done it! (The mechanic I talked to said definitely DO NOT disconnect my battery because it not only wouldn’t reset the light but would erase any presets in my radio and mess with my transmission or steering until it relearned ??- don’t know what that means but sounds like the guy at AutoZone was kind of a jerk?)

Been there a few times.They didnt have my filter in stock so they ordered it for the net day. Turns out they had it sent to the wrong store. It took three days to come in. Not a huge deal but the process was not as quick as I would have liked.Another time, I was waiting to receive help. An associate comes from the back to a computer and doesnt say anything. After a couple of minutes of waiting for him to ask if I needed help (I assumed he was finishing up a job or order of some kind) he asked what I needed and he has been waiting for me to say something, even though I was standing there for a few minutes. He said he was waiting for me but he is the one that needs to ask if I need help. He had a WHATEVER attitude.Hit or miss place but not impressed with their customer service. NOT my first choice.

They lied to me over the phone and wasted my time. I called because I was having battery trouble. I made sure that they could charge a battery if I decided to walk down to the store and they said it was fine. So I spent thirty minutes walking down to the store, caught a battery, then they said there wasnt enough liquid in the battery. The manufactures instructions said the battery absorbs the acid. I tried to explain it to them, but the guy wasnt listening. I ended up calling back home so I can take the battery to someone with a trickle charger.

This is where you go if you want someone that has NO experience with vehicles. I walked in to buy a betlt, the guy walked away mid conversation, maybe because he had no clue what he was doing. While checking out he claims he knows nothing about an Uber driver discount, then proceeded to argue facts about said discount. Thats when I walked out. I dont expect the associate to have all of the answers. But I do expect to be treated with respect and someone who has a clue. You cant be degrading and rude and expect me to hand over my money!

Called this auto parts store for a new timing belt kit. I was told it would be there the next day and they charged me $300 for the part. I was too busy the next day so I ended up going in two days later to pick up my kit. I was told I never paid for it, and that they did not have my kit at their store. I had to show proof of my bank statement showing I was charged $300 from their location. I was told a refund was processed however my bank claims no record of a refund. I now have to make a fraud claim on my card since these guys are holding my money hostage. Lots of negative reviews lately these guys are up to no good.

Friendly staff, very helpful in assisting me in my purchase for windshield wipers for my Fiesta, which was problematic due to the clip mount. Prices aren’t competitive, but if you can’t find what your looking for at a supermarket or need assistance in your purchase, would be worth checking in with them.

Ive never been treated so rude in my life, both the north and south lancaster location must be ran by the same regional manager, I think a seeing eye dog would be more useful and help you find a part allot easier then any employees under either south lancaster our north lancaster auto zones, as of today I will never use are come into there stores for any parts period, at least at Knechts they treat me like a human being and not judge me or look at me wierd because of my skin disease, and they damb sure give me great customer service, I should of waited until they where open the next day instead I went to Walmart after storming out of the rude south lancaster GHETTO ZONE

Not enough people at the front are attentive; I deliver parts regularly to them, and they frequently make me late due to nobody recognizing that I need a signature when I deliver parts to them, even though the process never changes, they still havent got it. Also, *any employee* can sign for the parts, not just the manager! 😡
