If I could give this location MORE stars I would. The gentlemen who took care of us here were amazing. I called and set up an appointment for an oil change and to have them take a peek at my tire (the sensor was on for air pressure issues). They told us theyd call when it was ready, and we walked across the street to kill some time (there is a lot with various shops). We got the call that the oil was all set, and that the tire had actually been fit with a faulty part. They recommended I go back to the place I got those tires to have them sort it out.When I asked if they could just do their best to fix it for the week because we have a road trip coming up they took care of it no problem! They offered me the best price they could (incredibly cheap) and didnt waste my time trying to tack on additional stuff. They talked us through everything and explained it all in a way we could understand.They 100% have my trust after being scammed from my last mechanic. Id rather make the 40+ minute drive to them and have them take care of my car than anyone else.Shorter version: Easy to access location near shops to kill time if you cant drop your car off, incredibly friendly and kind staff, great work and knowledgeable and honest mechanics.

Ive had great experiences every time I have been here. All three family cars have been here at one time or another to either fix or replace tires. Today, I had to replace all 4 tires. They met the time they indicated it would take to get the tires replaced and aligned. James, the assistant manager, was knowledgeable and friendly. I told him what type of tires I was looking for and he guided me to a set that fit. I did do some homework before I called to make an appointment and the tires James suggested was one of the ones I had researched and on my list.

These guys are awesome! I strolled in an hour before closing on a Sunday and James the manager hooked me up with four new tires at a reasonable price. They had two technicians working on it to finish up before closing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.

Made same day appointment online and even though place was over booked with walk ins they were able to finish the car off before store closing on Labor Day. I arrived past closing time and was able to pick up the car. Would recommend!

Not for the first time, I could count on the manager, Sandra, to get my car back on the road in a timely manner.Despite the shop being incredibly busy, Sandra takes the time to work with customers and figure out solutions to keep things moving along and does so with a friendly, upbeat manner.Shes an incredible asset to the company.I highly recommend this store.

Hi everyone. I recently had trouble with my ac drain line which was clogged. The water was backing up into the passengers side floor. I brought the car in and they cleared the clogged line very quickly. The was no charge. They saved me time and money. I cant thank the guys at Pep Boys enough.

I cant say enough about the Pep Boys in Salem, especially James, who took such good care of me. I am a hospice nurse who was stuck with a flat tire on Sunday in the afternoon of 4th of July, and they had me out of there in only a couple hours completely ready to go, fantastic customer service and an all around great experience.

Pep Boys really helped me out! I got a flat tire in my car which was really annoying to begin with, so I came to check out Town Fair tire initially. They couldn’t even lift up my car and fix the flat tire because they don’t have right equipment to lift a Tesla. They even told me that I need to bring my own equipment so they can help me out. I was already frustrated so I went to Pep Boys right around the corner. Even though they were closing in half an hour they still were able to fix my flat tire. They did an awesome job and were really professional, and also priced it very reasonably. Highly recommend, they are awesome !

I brought my car to get new tires , they ended up helping me solve an issue i was having where my front wheels were wiggly . They worked really hard to figure out how to fix it because my car had some really obscure issues where the parts they were ordering weren’t fitting it but they ended up fixing the issue and did so for a very reasonable price. Sandra and Adam were both very helpful and helped explain all the issues to me and how they were resolving them, i drove off with the car feeling much safer and sturdier than It was before , would highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my honda accord in for an alignment, break maintenance and oil change. After getting my car back I noticed a squeaking sound coming from underneath the car that got worse as I drove and on top of that a loud clicking/banging noise when making turns. After bringing my vehicle back to this pep boys the mechanic told me there is an issue with the sub frame that must have been there before (It was not there before, I never heard any noises coming from my car prior to using this pep boys shop) and that there was nothing they could do.After emailing pep boys customer support I got a call from the shop manager with the same story that they did nothing wrong and there was nothing they could do. I dont know what they did to my car but now Ill have to bring it to another shop and pay for the damages they clearly caused.STAY AWAY!

I do almost all the work on my 96 Integra, & replaced the inner & outer tie rods in Dec 2018. I went to the Everett Pep Boys for an alignment a couple days later. After the work, there was a pull to the left that wasnt there before I changed the tie rods, so I went back in Jan 2019. It was better at low speeds, but the pull to the left was still there on the highway...so in Feb 2019, I went to the Salem Pep Boys to try a different shop. I explained the history, & that I thought the Everett shop may not have adjusted total tie rod length. The mechanic said he thought the Everett shop failed to adjust the rear camber, & that it should be good now. It was good at all speeds for a while, but started to drift after a couple weeks, & there was a rattle from the left rear over bumps. At that time, I also happened to be working on the power antenna (left rear), & assumed the rattle was because I just temporarily remounted the power antenna unit. Fast forward to Jun 2019 - on I-93 driving home after work, I smelled a dragging brake, stopped, & confirmed a hot left rear caliper. At home, I jacked up the car to remove the caliper, & to my heart-pounding shock, as soon as pressure was taken off the wheel assembly, it fell outward ~20 degrees...the bolts that should have been holding in the upper control arm (where camber adjustments are made) were missing!! The only thing holding the wheel upright-ish was rubber in the trailing arm. Putting the pieces together, the rattle I had been hearing was the upper control arm bolts coming loose & the only way that could have happened is if the Salem mechanic didnt torque them after making the rear camber adjustment (nobody had touched those bolts since the alignment). There was nothing wrong with the caliper - the unnatural angle was causing it to drag. If I had hit a bump on I-93 at 70mph, the wheel could have easily collapsed, ending my life & that of others on the highway. I had been happy with Pep Boys alignments in Florida where I lived for a while, but after spending >20 hrs in Boston area Pep Boys waiting rooms & almost dying, Ill eat the cost of the Lifetime Alignment I paid for & wait until I move away from the area before going back. I went to a different chain shop in Woburn where I had taken my wifes car previously, & they got it perfect the first time. Just bonkers.

Went in for a vibration when driving over 40mph that was worse when turning to have my wheels balanced and make sure it wasn’t another problem. $900+ dollars later and now my car is not only NOT fixed, it’s worse after driving to work on a busted CV joint. The mechanic ruined my front seat and my shirt leaving a giant 6x6 inch blob of grease on the front seat. And they charged me $50 for an “extended labor” warranty that they I did not ask for or approve. I will never go to a pep boys for service again. Way to treat a front line nurse boys!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Would give this place 0 stars if Google allowed it. Went in for an AC diagnostic and told the tech ahead of time that it wasn’t just a recharge that there was clearly a leak. I was assured that it just needed a recharge and would cost $250 (diagnostic + recharge fee). I obliged knowing that they were clearly wrong. Sure enough a week and a half goes by and the AC stops working once again. More time wasted to bring the car back on a Friday, just to be told the AC tech is out but will be back Saturday morning. The next morning comes, I’m first in line, and of course get told the AC tech is out until Monday. I was then told I have 30 days (and then they said 90 days so clearly they don’t know their own policy) that the work is guaranteed for, problem is SUMMER IS HALF WAY OVER AND MY AC STILL DOESN’T WORK. I politely ask for my money back since clearly my car was not properly diagnosed and the recharge was useless, to only be told AC work is non-refundable. This place is clearly incompetent and is going to take your money, but never fix the underlying issue. Do yourself a favor and go to a real mechanic.

I went to install two tires I had purchased online and had been delieved to them directly, which was very convenient. The office staff was nice, the tires were installed relatively quickly and overall they did a great job. They even got the tire pressure right when they gave me the car back, unlike the last time I went to Jeep directly, and they gave me the car back severely over inflated. Very pleased with this experience at Pep Boys Salem

I Bought 4 new tires from them and they didn’t even last me a month before I got a “small leakage” nor do they have warranty because I didn’t have them install them... 400$ went down the drain. Wish they told me in order to receive warranty from any tires they have to install them... smh I will clearly be finding somewhere else with better customer service because it took me three days to get in contact with the store.... they cannot inform you if you have warranty or not UNLESS you call where you originally bought it from. Don’t go hear unless you are willing to get played because they don’t inform you unless you ask

I was given a price over the phone of $442 for having my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I came to the store to drop my car off and was then told they would do a brake inspection and tell me what I need. So I left and got the call saying I need front/rear brakes replaced. I know this is a standard upsell even though my front brakes were still fine. I then told them I just want the rear pads/rotors only, that I have already checked the front and they seemed fine to me. I then asked the price for the rear again just to make sure. I was then told $502 because the first price over the phone never factored in the brake fluid flush. Again this was fine I guess because it’s fairly necessary. I come to pick my car up and the final cost is now $549. They completely left out the $35 shop costs. The brake fluid was already paid for by me so apparently a pair of vinyl gloves and a dab of grease costs $35 these days. I normally don’t review things but I figured I’d put this up for people who might be price shopping repairs and don’t want to get the run around on the cost. Probably won’t be coming back.

I didnt have an appointment, just happened to stop by to purchase a headlight for my car. The Rep Melissa who rang up my order was very friendly and courteous. She has such a vibrant demeanor. The gentleman who changed my headlight even fixed the wire for the hood of my which had been broken for months. Every employee I encountered at the store was friendly and asked if I needed help before I even approached them. This is definitely a store who knows what good customer service means.

I had a flat tire and a 5 hours drive to do to Quebec on a Sunday of the long labour day week end. I could not do it with a spare tire. Even though the staff were very busy, we received GREAT services from Steven and the staff at this Pep Boys ! They were very helpful and receptive. They fixed it within a reasonable delay. THANK YOU. Came in to have my tire patched, rear passenger tire has been slowly leaking air for a few days so I brought it in over the weekend. Payed, picked my car up, and on my way to work the very next day I get a low tire pressure light; checked the pressure, lo and behold my rear passenger side tire is low again (the remaining tires are fine). I honestly dont believe they even went near my car, it was parked in the exact same spot I left it in (which I just assumed was a coincidence, turns out its because nobody serviced my car). Not only did I get charged for a service that was never preformed, but now I have to deal with actually getting this fixed in the middle of my work week. The representative I spoke with offered for me to bring my car back, but I really dont have time to drop my car off, and wait for it to not get fixed again. A similar thing happened with my wifes car and an oil change at this same location, but thats much harder to prove so we let it go. My advice, avoid this place like the plague.

This is honestly the worst place I have ever been to. The disrespect from the assistant manager is unbelievable I honestly never expected such a bad experience. I got my tires changed and a check for my engine and during the process it seems they blew a fuse trying to connect the code pull. The car interior lights now do not work and the car does not lock or unlock which it did prior to bringing it to pep boys. I proceeded to explain the cars current situation and the assistant manager was furious and started to swear explaining to me it is not her fault my “car can’t handle the code pull” - which makes no sense- . I simply asked them tojust look over and check the problem and she refused to and said to just leave her store. No one deserves to have this bad of a day. Not to mention I had an appointment and it took 4 hours for them to change two tires. I do not understand how these people have the positions they do; the managers are both extremely inconsiderate and rude. The mechanics tried to speak to me and explain the situation could be handled and it was possible that a fuse was blown and the assistant manager told them to leave because “they don’t need to deal with your accusations” and to go back to to work, when I simply just want my car back to normal. I now currently still have not fixed the problems they have caused me.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had in any establishment in my life. So Pep Boys partners with Amazon and installs tires that are purchased through amazon for an installation fee and it seemed like the process would be easy and painless, order tires, drop car off, done deal. I couldnt have been any more wrong. When I arrived Wednesday for my 11-2 appointment, they said they had no such appointments in their system and had no openings for that day or the next, so we rescheduled to Friday. The store associate told me to call amazon back and double check if everything was good for Friday. When I had called Amazon they wondered why they didnt have my appointment ready in the first place and they told me that it was because the tires was delivered to the wrong Pep Boys... that was the first lie. Little did that associate know, but their coworker had shown me the tires personally when I was leaving the store. So Amazon called the store back and called them on their bluff and they said it was their mistake and so on and so forth and that the appointment for Friday was all set and they indeed had the tires. So Friday I went for my appointment, everything was all good, they took my car, told me it would be ready in about an hour. After 50 minutes they call me and tell me that they dont want to touch my tires because they were plasti-dipped and that the store manager didnt want to deal with it. I asked to speak with the store manager and he told me that this wasnt the reason for it at all, and the reason was that their machines are too old to change my tires. Yet more lies and inconsistencies. I dont drive any crazy special car, I drive an Infiniti... which are extremely common cars... When I arrived at the store I asked why the store would even accept tires that they arent able to install. Why wouldnt they be able to see the tire size beforehand? Why accept a job that you cannot do? They continued to blame everything on Amazon, they said amazon ships whatever they want and we have no control we cant contact anyone who orders their service through amazon. That just seems ridiculous and inconsistent to me just like every experience Ive had with this store. Nobody could get their stories straight, and in the end I was turned away. I advise you all to stay away.

Super expensive rates at $960/hr. I had a clogged condenser hose and they charged me $80 for 5 minutes of work. I live right around the corner which sucks cause I woulda been a customer for a long time. Never going back now.

Ive been there twice and each time the customer service has been exceptional. They are polite and professional and very knowledgeable. Im very skeptical about auto service places in general, but they make me feel comfortable and confident that they know what they are doing. Additionally, the facility is kept very clean and organized including their restrooms. Typically when a place doesnt care you will see it all around you by dirty waiting area, restrooms, and overall messy appearance. All the staff is dressed appropriately and very respectful. At this point this is the best place I have been to for service and the only place that has ever made me want to rate and review.

I had the worst customer experience of my life at this location! I needed a new car battery so I did my homework and found a price of $92 including installation on the PepBoys website. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning with my friend. A man named Steve said he would check the battery and then call me after. About an hour later I got a call from a girl named Lauren. She quoted me a price of over $200! I told her I had already seen the prices online and I wanted that battery. She then started to get very rude with me and talked to me like I was a child! She kept saying they do not honor the online prices in store which is ridiculous. She told me in order to get online prices I had to book an appointment online, but that she cannot do any appointments online till seven days later on Tuesday! I said okay and told her I would pick my car up. I then decided to go on the website and I somehow was able to book an appointment for 6pm that same day!I called and Lauren answered the phone, I said my name and that I was able to book an appointment for 6 and they already had my car there so when should it be ready? She recognized my voice and said “Didn’t I tell you earlier that I don’t have anything open till next Wednesday?!” I thought it was Tuesday now it’s Wednesday?? She then started to question my intelligence and said “You thought you could be a smart guy and go around me with a loophole in the system?!” I was shocked at how she was speaking to me! She tried explaining that they do not honor the online appointments because they do not work with their own store ones. Didn’t she tell me to go online and book it?! Something is not right! It’s obvious they did not feel they had to help me because I did not want the more expensive product and service they forced on me!I got back to the store with my friend to pick my car up and a very nice girl who’s name I can’t remember was at the desk. I told her all that had transpired and how upset and shocked I was about how I was treated. She went into a back room to get Steve who had my keys. He came out and told me I owed a balance of $50 for the battery check and for wipers he put on my car even though I wasn’t getting the battery! My friend said to Steve that he never told us about a charge to check the battery. His response “Nothing in this country is free.” Wow really?! He begrudgingly said “you don’t want to pay the service fee fine!” And he took it off. I said I’d pay for the wipers even though those were also half the price on the website again!At this time a girl came out from the back making faces and muttering under her breath. I asked if she was Lauren and she said yes. I told her that I worked in sales/customer service and the way she spoke to me on the phone was totally ignorant and unacceptable. She then argued back with me and said she was not rude whatsoever. Steve then tried to come to her defense and said “I was there and she was not rude to you”. Lauren started making nasty faces and muttering under her breath, and my friend called her out on it. She once again argued and talked back and my friend told her not to speak to him like that. She walked to the back room saying “I am NOT gonna do this today, not happening” in a very confrontational and rude tone.Needless to say, if I could give this ZERO stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The way I was treated and spoken to was so downright nasty and ignorant, I will NEVER forget this experience.(That same day I booked an appointment at Sullivan Tire and not only was I able to get the price I was looking for, but they booked me an appointment for the very next day!)Buyers beware, do NOT GO TO THIS STORE!(And if you do, pray you don’t encounter LAUREN) 😕

Absolutely awful experience, I had my car there that needed an alternator however they had no mechanic to work on it, they told me he only worked part time for them and came in at 4:00pm after he worked at his other job until 3:30pm. Prior to bringing my car there I called to get an estimate time that it would be done at first they told me right away then every so often I would get a phone call about why it couldnt be done this day or that day, I waited a total of 3 days before I had to get it towed elsewhere to have it serviced (Not to mention Im from out of state and had to take off 2 days of work and book a room for an extra night while waiting to hear from them). The only upside to my experience was there was a young girl (her name is Nikki) working the service desk who was the one who helped me both times I was there and every time I called and she was absolutely amazing and nice, other than that I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went at this location to change the rotor and the brakes (rear ones) of my car. When they were done, I took the car and it started making loud noises. I went inside, and the guys told me to wait. I waited for 1hr and the car was still not in the garage so thats one.Second, I went home because I couldnt wait anymore. The guys never gave me a call to tell me whats going on so I called them. They told me that I can come because it should be ready soon. When I went there, they told me that its not ready and I would have to purchase something. SO WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO COME THEN? You could have called me on the phone instead.I had to leave my car there because I had to go to work right away and I told them that Ill make a decision the next day when I come to pick my car up. The next day, I told them that I am taking the car out because I dont appreciate the service because my car is been there for 2 days straight! with nothing done on it. Then, they told me that if I drive it out, Ill lose the guarantee on my new rotors.1) why would I lose it for? The first time you gave me the car and I drove away, you didnt tell me that. Why is that when I heard the noise after the first service, that you wanna tell me that Ill lose the guarantee if I drive the car away after checking whats wrong? What if I didnt come back after the first time of your service?2) I went to another garage, and the mechanic guy told me that you did NOT put the hardware back in, the pin wasnt in, and a spring was missing behind the rotor (the thing that holds the rotor+tire)I told the guys that Im not gonna go back to you guys (pep boys) because if I drive back to you, you still are gonna give me bad services so NEVER AGAIN!If youre reading this, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! All they do is take your money and do nothing good on your car. Trust me.

These people are absolutely clueless. Took my Hertz rental in for an oil change and was told it would be two hours. Came back after 3 hours and was told that it needed brakes and that they had no way of knowing how long it would take. They could have called me somewhere within that 3 hours to inform me that the car needed brakes and wouldnt be ready for x number of hours. I am never returning to this location again.

Steven, Laura, and Brian have always gone above and beyond to help me with any of my my car issues during my busy day. My Jeep just turned 23 years old. I bought it brand new with 12 miles on it. This particular Pep Boys and their amazing staff have helped me prolong the life of this vehicle that means so much to me. Steve is the service manager, John is the general manager with the help of these 2 gentlemen and their outstanding staff: Melissa, Sandra, Maximo, Brandon, Edwin and countless others my Jeep is not only still running and doing quite well but these people treat me like Im an extension of their work family. They care about my Jeep. So much so that please pay attention to these examples: There was an occasion I was in for some repairs. Because of the age of my Jeep some parts are hard to find these days. THEY ACTUALLY BUILT THE PIECE THAT WAS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR FROM OTHER PARTS THEY SOLD IN THEIR STORE. Now come on, who the heck does that? People that value their customers thats who! Another time my Jeep was leaking something and AAA had to tow me directly to this Pep Boys. I needed my Jeep back as soon as possible (something urgent for my work) Melissa rush ordered a part for me that she was even able to have delivered on a SUNDAY so they could start work very first thing that Monday morning. I had my Jeep back in no time thanks to her genuine customer caring attitude! These are only 2 of many examples of how they treat me here. I dont know about the other reviews pertaining to this particular Pep Boys. There must be some mistake. The people probably wrote their review under the wrong location or something. There is NO WAY the negative reviews can be accurate. When Im in there, aside from how they treat me, I see how they treat the other customers and they do everything they can to assist each individual situation. There was a stupid man screaming at Sandra one day. All she did in response was speak calmly and respectfully to explain what was happening with his car. He was waaaaaay out of line but she did not let it frazzle her. She took care of him as if he had never been rude and stupid to her. And in the end, he was so humiliated by his own behavior he apologized to her. As he definitely should have. I love it here! I really do.

Both vehicles had to be brought back. Seems they dont wheel balance correctly.On another trip I was told my truck needed $1100 in front end work. After getting tires replaced. Brough it to my mechanic. Turned out to be $200 for new shocks. Poorly trained. Not sure Id Id even go back for tires.

Changed my oil at this location two months ago. A week after the oil change my check engine light came on with a code for the oil temperature sensor. I need to pay $200 to fix the problem and replace the sensor.In addition to that, they gave me incorrect diagnostics about work that needs to be done to the car.Do not recommend this place!

I highly recommend Pep Boys . The staff and management have always provided excellent service. They are extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond in providing the best customer care . Requiring unexpected car repair can be stressful, but the service at Pep Boys always puts me at ease. I know that my car will be repaired by the best! Theyre the only auto repair shop that I trust. Ive had past experiences with other auto repair and dealership service centers , where customers are treated as just a number. I bought a used Jeep about a year ago , from an independent seller , it needed repair, so I took it to a Jeep dealership service center, Big mistake ! I was treated like a production line and felt taken advantage of by their systemic overcharged services, they even incorrectly diagnosed the problem. This NEVER happens at Pep Boys. I own two cars, which I bring to Pep Boys, my daughter also uses Pep Boys for her car maintenance necessities as well, because we know they are trustworthy and dependable !! They offer more personal service, better prices, and get the job done quickly and without making me feel like a number or commission goal . If youve ever had a stressful experience at an auto repair or dealership service center - Go to Pep Boys !! theyre attentive and always go above and beyond with their advise.

On Friday night I had a tire that was almost flat. It was about 8;45 pm and three employees were standing near an open bay. All I needed was a liitle air to make it home. I pulled up and asked if i could get some help. Three employees smoking cigarettes looked at me like I was a terrorist. One lady said “ We have air but it’s inside”. I asked if they could help. She said No. they all laughed. I pulled around the corner and called AAA, After an hour they showed up and changed my tire so I could make it home. There was a tall guy with a beard . A young kid and the very nasty women who took great satisfaction in saying No. I will never ever go back to a Pep Boys Store. Attitude adjustment on those mean employees would certainly help the store.

Boy, so glad we got this 9 a.m. appointment for a brake job and to see about a check engine light. More than 5 hours later, we still havent gotten so much as a phone call. Can you rate negative stars? I mean, I realize that Saturdays are very busy, but over 5 hours is kind of absurd. Not like we need our only mode of transportation or anything.

Brought my car in for brakes about a month 1/2 ago. Week 1/2 later noticed squealing then after the brakes were really hot they started to grind. Long story short brought the car back 3 times for them to inspect and reajust rear brakes. One hour later same problem. Called and ask for the manager. Keep getting the run-around. Then they told that hes been out sick he wont be in til this past Friday and that they would have him call me. Well no call. So I called the BBB and filed a complaint which they should be hearing from them soon. By all means dont take your car there for repairs.

The worst experience in my life.. they made me wait 2 hours at the Dedham location on Tuesday only to tell me that they did not have the break pads for my car..Today I came to their Salem location and they had the break pads for my car, and it only took them 3 hours to install them.. while I waited I saw the mechanics go outside and smoke cigarettes about 10 times while I wait.... then they pulled him of my car to go work on someone elses car.. Never going to any pep boys location ever.. Ive been here for 5 hours... I got here at 11am its 4:08pm and Im still here.. Im actually starting to think this racial...

Had an appointment for 1:30pm and it took three hours to get three tires off and another hour to get the fourth off (apparently a lug nut was stuck). Another hour to mount four tires and another hour for an alignment. I wasted the day here. What is the point of making an appointment if it takes six hours for tires and alignment? In my humble opinion: Car Service is slow, I was down sold out of a scheduled rotation with my oil change because it would take a while(but it was scehduled). You have to schedule your oil change, walkins not welcome. Water filter indicator light on human consumption water machine in waiting area had an indicator light of red for change filter( this is the least favorable of the 3 lights, green, orange, red). Wifi is non existant building has poor cell reception. Free coffee and tea. Today I went to jiffy lube down the street and will go back to this location for quick car maintenance services. Oh yeah, after this experience my car was parked diagonally over parking lines.

Went there for tires some years ago and the tech who aligned the front end did a terrible job. Tires wore out within 6 months and so did front end parts. Cost me thousands to replace and correct. Never again!!!!!!

He was trying to help but in to much of a hurry he was not really listening an issue arised. A month or so ago I was in MA and was stuck in a ruff situation and needed to get back on the road quick. I had my dog with me I was nervous at first because he looks scary and hes big but they welcomed both of us in! Amazing service seriously, treated me like a real person and I was back on the road with better than what I expected I think she was the manager or assistant manager, me and my dog were so grateful to her and everyone there! I dont live in that area I had to drive like 250 miles or so to get home, I left there with a smile on my face and a safe car to drive home! thankyou so much.

Not like they use to be back when they opened. The staff are dead inside as if the place sucked every bit of happiness or joy from them and they make sure they show it. It was overpriced across almost every shelf and a lot of stuff is old stock as they cant seem to get meany foot trafic customers anymore. Its just my opinion from the last 4 or 5 visits it seemed the same each time as Im one of 3 or 4 shoppers and 3 to 5 people getting work done on their cars. Its as if they have not realized brick and mortar stores cant compete with the internet if they dont lower the prices or give a big reason for people to shop on store rather then having them use the internet and Im sure its not something they would be able to do. Im guessing they are losing a ton on the store side of the business and they jack up the repairs to compensate. Thats just my opinion.

Dont bother with this place unless youre going to walk-in. They allow appointments to be made online and over the phone but do not coordinate between the two all while servicing walk-ins. They forget that the point of booking an appointment is so that the customer can arrive at a set time. They are all too glad to over book and are incapable of maintaining their own schedule.
