I wasnt happy with the dealerships recommendation, so I swung by this place after finding them online. They came up with a solution, did the work same day and didnt try to gouge me like so many other businesses do these days. They were over the top with kindness and respect and have won my forever recommendation!

My experience with the guys down there for getting air bags on my chrysler 300 went amazing. The guys kept there original quote on labor even tho it took many more hrs to figure out the best way to make it work. I would highly recommend these guys for any car need that you may have. I used to be a repeat customer, no longer. I contacted them about having a Hellwig sway bar installed. Eric initially helped me. After checking two of his sources that were out of stock, he checked Amazon and suggested I purchase it there and they would install it for me.I purchased the kit and contacted them for the install with Kenny. The appointment was for a week and a half later.Went to drop off the vehicle and kit for the install. The gentlemen took the keys at the counter. I reminded him it was a pickup and camper. (This was previously arranged with both Eric and Kenny) He said he would come out and get the kit. After waiting about 5 minutes he came out and said “ they had an employee quit and we’re to busy.” He said I could reschedule but they were a week and a half to two weeks out. If my appointment was today, why would I be pushed out two weeks? Wouldn’t the ones today be before the ones that followed today?I don’t feel like the employee was being honest. I am pretty sure they decided they did not want to install it with the camper on the vehicle. I would have off loaded the camper prior if this was the case.I guess customer service does not matter here.

The entire experience was a disappointment.After waiting 2 months for my canopy they realized upon arrival that they had ordered the wrong canopy. I was more than understanding and suggested a fair discount to offset the trouble of me waiting yet another 2 months. Their response was “free handles” and “free install”. The lack of effort on the company’s part to go the extra mile was frustrating. I opted to drop all the extra add-one I had planned on getting (led strips, wireless remote, etc) just to offset the price.Eventually, the correct canopy showed up. On arrival the staff was colder than ice (with the exception of Jesus who really shined throughout this ordeal). I was give 4 keys to my canopy which I thought was a bit much, turns out only 2 of them worked with my canopy. I’m assuming someone else is missing their new keys.I had just washed my truck before bringing it in. The installers left metal shavings and dirt all in the backend of my truck from the install. No efforts to clean up their work.A week later, I notice a wire hanging from the underside of my truck. Turns out it’s the wire to the brake light on my canopy. Poorly installed and dragging along the road.If you’re looking for solid customer service and high quality installs avoid this place at all cost. The only reason I stuck with them was for the SnugTop canopy I was set on.Management was a joke. If you do go to them ask for Jesus, he’ll actually treat you with respect but beware, his hands are limited my managements decisions.

Second time Ive done business with All American. Both great experiences. Knowledgeable and friendly staff answered all my questions. Jordan helped me find a very specific type of running board for my new truck. Ordered the product and it was there next day. Jordan and his co-workers were awesome! Ill definitely consider them next time I need something for my truck again.

Extremely rude and condescending sales people, I went in looking for a camper shell for my new tundra. The very first thing the salesman said to me was why did you buy Toyota. I let that go, I told him what I was looking for. He went back to check on the computer and then took a phone call and started helping another customer out over the phone looking up stuff for them. I wandered around the store for about 10 minutes waiting for him to finish. Went after 10 minutes he was still talking to the person on the phone I walked back up and stood by him and was going to ask how much longer. He told the person on the phone hold on a second, and then told me it was Going to be several months before a color match camper would come in. I told him that’s fine and then asked how much, he then started helping the person on the phone again and just left me standing there

Ive come in a couple times to ask about their canopies and was finally able to purchase one. The staff is very friendly, knowledge, and thorough! Eager to help you no matter who you are. I chose the Leer 180xr and dont regret it one bit. They used my VIN to paint match the canopy and it looks amazing! I hope to go back soon and get a roof rack.

These guys sprayed the liner in my 2020 GMC work truck and did an amazing job. The staff inside took the time to discuss accessories and other options for my truck. I would highly recommend these guys and have to many people. We will be going back with any new vehicles for sure. Thank you.

So after working with Kenny we set up an appointment to get new tires and do a 3 inch lift on my truck. We spoke numerous times over the phone and determined what he assumed was a plan. I dropped off my truck this morning and was greeted quick, with a smile. Dropped off the truck and went on my way.Several hours later I come in to pick up my truck and was informed my tires dont work with the lift and cause a huge rub on my truck when turning even a little bit.I was apologized too and informed of a solution which I am awaiting results of.I will be updating my review when work is complete on approx 2 weeks...So far I am feeling positive about the solution offered.** 9/4/20 Update **Received notice my truck was ready, I drove down and picked it up, everything looks great, a little rubbing on the tires but they told me that might happen and they could do some trimming if there was an issue. They definitely turned my concerns around and have earned my trust back

Overall I had a good experience. Jordan took care of me. The reason for 4 stars is because when my canopy came in a month later after i ordered it, it was not notched for my roof rack. Not sure if they forgot to order it that way or the factory didnt do it. So they sent it back. It took about month to get it back due to the covid-19 temp shut down of the factory. Once back I got it install and so far happy. Its been 2 weeks since I got it on.

Went in today to have my canopy wired up and was quoted $240 over the phone. When I arrived, (without an appointment) they got it right in and had it done in no time. When I went to pay they only charged me $120. Will definitely do business with them again.

Very friendly and seem quite knowledgeable about their products. So many goodies you might decide what you want before you go or you may spend more time than expected just shopping. A great place to shop for your pickup truck needs and other items related to vehicles. So many goodies and so little money lol. Had All American Truck order and install a new 75 gallon Transfer Flow Trax 3. No problems with the order. Installation was completed on time. Work was professionally completed. This is the second time for installing a Transfer Flow system. I highly recommend this companies services for installing after market fuel tanks.

I dropped my truck this morning before the store was open and was met with a very nice man who took my keys and info and assured me that we were good to go! Fantastic! Went in the store at the end of the day to pick up my truck and proceeded to be completely ignored as I stood in front of the counter with two salesmen/ clerks behind the counter. One was scrolling through his phone and the other was searching in the computer. I was the only customer in that store at the time. I stood there for a good few minutes with not one word of greeting or acknowledgement. I am disappointed in the complete lack of customer service I received when I went in to pick up my truck. A simple hello would have sufficed. I was looking to make some serious purchases in that store but I think I will look elsewhere as apparently, my business is not necessary. Customer service was seriously lacking in my opinion. On a plus note, my truck bed looks good and we will see how it stands up!

I called and spoke to Devon in Salem, Or. Within minutes he had my parts on order. I had the parts in a realistic and timely manner. It helps to know and understand what your dealing with when it comes to installation. So if you think you know but your just hiding the fact that You Dont know Jack & Your just being cheep ,let them help you. Their labor department is less expensive then your frustrations. Customer service was great the guys at the counter took care of me and explained everything i had a drop in bed liner and a Bakeflip bed cover installed. Eveything works fine but they need to do a cleaner install. They left shavings of bed liner that they cut out and left some tools in the bed. If not for that i would have gave them 5 stars.

Fantastic staff and very fast install. They were able to fit me in on a booked day and got my canopy installed 45 minutes faster than their quoted time.

Bought a new canopy then got a new ladder rack and got the tie down straps that get put on racks didn’t ask for any deal only that if they can put on the toe down straps with no extra cost they agreed while they were drilling holes on ladder rack metal shavings melted into the new canopy paint didn’t notice anything tell rust came from the shavings that melted the paint on canopy worst part is when I came in the D bag that sold it to me said I should know better. What a racist D. One of the workers had to help me and they would not take full responsibility for there wrong doing. Worst place ever delt with.

Ive come here a few times for window tint on three different vehicles. One of these times, i noticed small bubbles forming on the driver side window. I contacted the shop and they fixed it under warranty. Its nice to see a company stand by their products and installation!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I purchased a backup camera and had them install it in my Honda Pilot. They removed a gasket to run the wire and did not replace it, leaving an opening in my vehicle. Over time, my car ended up with a major mouse infestation, ultimately resulting in the car being totaled by my insurance company. I contacted All American to see if they would address the situation due to the damage cause by their poor installation. Rather than acknowledge their mistake, the manager implied that I was lying about how the camera was installed and said there was nothing he would do. Do not do business with this company. I gave them the opportunity to make this right and they chose not to.

They helped me with gas support struts for my pickup back when I owned that vehicle and now in December 2016 for my minivan back hatch. They took the time to check that it was the right part and beat the price of the dealership. I recommend them and would do business with them again.

Staff spends more time on their cell phones than ordering the correct canopy. Canopy was not the textured material I wanted, racks didnt fit which required a return trip for a bandaid fix. 😡

I went to this place n had my truck bed sprayed with who knows what ( flex seal probably )? I had to take it back about a week later because it was peeling off. Took it back n they asked me what the heck did you haul in it Its a truck for goodness sakes. They replaced the peeling spray in liner and about a month later same thing happened. I took my truck later to Starbucks linex and they looked at it n said, they didnt prepare it right n the mixture was completely wrong. So it took me all of half hour to take the flex seal out n now I am having Starbucks Linex do it right this time even if it cost more. Cant wait. Buyers beware. Want it done right go somewhere else. Pay more for a better product. Sorry guys not a good product.

These people when installing a new canopy on my new truck over tightened it and bent my truck bed rails up leaving dents everywhere they touched including a technician who closed the canopy hatch into my tailgate with a caulking gun in his hand denting the tailgate when questioned about the damages they told me it was to be expected. We are in a court proceedings now for refund and damages. When installing an simple canopy they caused over 3500 dallars worth of damage to my new truck they dented both bed rails 3 times on each one they dented the tail gate and the cab of the truckUpdate : Went to court with $ 3200 dollars in dammages from a simple canopy installation. The question is how could one of there technicians cause that kind ond of damage placing a canopy on a truck ? WOWI signed there little contract that states there not responsible for any incidental or cowencidental damages which they thought gave them the right to damage my new truck with 500 miles on it in anyway they seen fit and could actually care less about. Sad day !The judge didnt see it that way infact sided with me and made them pay back 3500 for the canopy and 2250 for damages. They kicked screamed lied lied and lied some more .Just wanted to give a warning to thoughs who might be thinking about using there services and hope for thoughs who have fallen victim to there practices . The judge will not consider there last minute contract they gang up on you with and coworse you into signing . So take a deep breath and fileSincerely Art

Purchased an expensive Thule roof rack. Now I find out that many of these things interfere with Sirius/XM reception. No returns possible. Buyer beware. This was not mentioned as even a possibility when we purchased. I went to All American to have the professionals help in my choices. I am disappointed.

Long story short went to get a quote for a new canopy we thought it was pretty expensive, so went ahead and look for one used in the Salem Oregon area 10 minutes later we found it paid $450 for it almost new nice and good shape no locks so we have to go back to them and get the locks and the guys looked like they didnt want us to buy from them, he told us that he needed the vin on the canopy and out he went 4 minutes later came back with no vin, plate with vin and model are in the canopy. But we saw him him looking at the canopy and asking his self like how the hell they got it so quick? Since the canopy is a super small GMC.

Ask for Eric, he will help you out with whatever you need.

Went in got a good deal on a canopy and nerf bars got my canopy early and stayed late to finish the install WILL RETURN for more upgrades :)

Bought a new Snugtop canopy for my pickup 3 years ago from All American Truck & SUV Accessories, PDX, OR. I am disappointed not only in this Snugtop product, but also with the installation and customer service. While driving to the shop (again) today I remembered having to go back to the shop at least six times since I bought this product: 2 Xs for improperly installed rear window (wouldnt lock/close/latch properly because of cables something or other), 2 Xs for the razorblade screw heads they left exposed on the inside ceiling from the roof rack they installed (found out the hard way by shredding some expensive rafting gear, I ended up grinding them down properly so ya didnt open up your head, equipment, etc.), 1 X for broken window latch (snapped off in my hand with normal use, window wont lock without this flimsy plastic latch), 1 or 2 Xs for window railings popping out, 1 X for the leaking canopy. I was surprised when they reminded me that I had only owned this canopy 3 years, seemed like 5+ considering all the issues Ive had. I went to the shop today to run a leak test to find out where the canopy is leaking rainwater, I slept in the back of my truck couple weeks ago so the pouring from the canopy drivers side window was pretty obvious. They also found a leak in the right window as well; $100 to replace both the seals around the windows. They were hellbent on convincing me that all canopy windows leak over time, which Im sure is eventually true. But on a product that is only 3 years old? Thats ridiculous, we all own modern vehicles that have windows with seals that dont leak thru the lifetime of the auto, there are plenty of people that have truck canopies, RVs, etc. that dont leak, and they were basically convincing me that the new seals would also likely leak probably again in a relatively short time. Mankind has invented seals that dont leak, they do exist!!! I emphasize this because it may not actually be known at Snugtop. How can you stand behind such an inadequate product knowing that the customers bed of the truck is likely to be a slosh pit within a couple years? Snugtop obviously chooses not to engineer a product using the proper quality materials. Im an outdoor adventurer that expects my equipment to function properly, even willing to throw money at something to make sure that it does work properly. I decided to keep my $100, and my leaky canopy for the time being, and because I am a reasonable and decent person Im gonna have to cut ties with this shop and its products. Although I am connected to a large personal community, this is my first internet review I have ever filled out for a product. I intended to keep it as objective as possible, but this product has been a personal waste of my time and energy. Until Snugtop corrects these issues I have with this product I will continue to strongly recommend against purchasing an inferior product such as my Snugtop canopy. Poor value and quality.
