I go there for Interstate batteries. Out south end of town is best. I feel the quality of parts is better. Counter staff is very knowledgeable in auto parts.

The counter people at Napa are really helpful and know their stuff! Napa has better quality parts than most other brands.

Terrible customer service. The online ordering was not working to pick up st the store só we went to the store. There were 5 employees in this empty store just chatting. The employee that was helping us talked to the manager for assistance. The manager simply stated that there was nothing he could do and continued his social chatting with other employees. He didnt even bother to come and talk to us. After I asked him to talk to us, he told us the same thing.his I dontcare attitude it was i. Very dusrespectful,.rritating

I really respect diplomacy. When I called last week, whoever happened to be free and took the call was very cordial and polite, kindly asking me if I could hold until a representative could help me. You dont realize its gone til you notice its back!

This review is for the NAPA store on Commercial near Kuebler. Customers were wearing masks as per mandate. All sales staff were not wearing masks. I will take my business elsewhere.

Technicians were really helpful I had a flat tire and needed some assistance they loan me an air compressor to get me back on the road didnt cost me a dime Ill be bringing my business here when I can

You may pay a dollar or two less somewhere else, can but you wont find people anywhere else that consistently know their $h!t. These folks are ready to help, and know what things you might also want handy for the job (even being a seasoned pro, its nice to have someone remind you of little things that are needed for the job). Their service starts when you call and lasts long after the job has been done, with the right parts, the first time!

Auto parts stores remind me of being a kid and spending time with my uncles. A friendly old guy in a dirty work shirt to greet you from the counter is a must. This one is a good one.

Had a bit of trouble yesterday with our car battery. I was surprised they not only had it in stock, but made sure I properly installed it with the help of John. He went above and beyond to help me, which was much appreciated. I was all set and off I went knowing everything was right. Great stuff guys! and the one girl Ha ha. thanks.

The employees here always helpful and try to get you the parts you order as fast as possible.

Helpful employees. Needed new windshield wipers, and they looked up the right ones in the computer, then walked us to the exact wipers we needed. Will be coming here again for our auto needs.

Half the places you asked me how was I was at but Napa. Give it three or four stars

I needed an item to get my daughters car back on the road and went straight there from work. They were closed at 6:00 which was about five minutes before I arrived. This is not to say they have horrible service - I really dont know because I never got inside. When or if I do, Ill update my review.

This store has parts the other stores dont usually stock and Jason does a great job finding the special parts I need.

Great store, had the part I needed, then when it was the wrong part--to be clear they had the correct part for what I described but when I pulled out the part replacing it didnt match--they replaced it hassle free for the right part and refunded the difference between the cost of the 2 parts. Awesome customer service. Will deffinitely go back here for future parts needs. Always reliable Napa Auto Parts stores anywhere you go, always has been since I was 5 😎

Took forever to get prices on four or five different things.

Little pricey but these guys are knowledgeable every time I needed something all the way to Nuts and Bolts in the bulk section.

I dont order auto parts online because I learn so much in talking to the people at Napa. They are a great group who are more than willing to help you out. Unlike another local parts store with the initials A.Z, the people at Napa actually like helping you out and care about your project.

Employees here help you get the job done, tell them what you need and they will find it for you, I always buy my wiper blades from them and they helped me make sure I got the right oil filter for my car

Really disappointed this place wont take used oil. Auto part stores used to support the DIY mechanics. Now they dont care. They also didnt have a part I needed and were not helpful.

They have a good variety of quality brands, but are not very cheap on pricing. If your bargain auto parts shop doesnt have the brand you want, they are a good place to check.
