I was calling in for a simple estimate. I had all details and info ready. The employee who answered the phone was clearly in a bad mood and impatient. He assumed a couple of details and huffed about it when I corrected him. I had the window and just needed instalation. He quickly told me he doesnt work with things like that and IMMEDIATELY ended the call after finishing his last word.He had hung up before I could ask how much for him to do it with his own product. They clearly need someone else taking these calls before they do further damage to their reputation.

Just awful. They made promises to get my business and lied about the time line they could provide. I missed 3 partial days of work waiting on them. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else.
