We were traveling through Oregon when a rock hit our windshield and next thing we know - we have a massive crack that required a new windshield. We thankfully found MS Glass that helped turned our day around. While the office in Salem didnt have the glass in-stock, they called their sister office in Beaverton who was able to fix it as soon as we drove to their location. I had a poor and honestly embarrassing experience with MS Auto Glass over the phone with their Salem location. They had no idea what I was talking about when I told them I needed my passenger side rear view mirror replaced. Tried to convince me it was glass and supposed to be see-thru. What in the world. The staff answering phones at the Salem location on 09/22/2021 was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful.I decided to go with another local business to do this service and I suggest you do, too.

I felt that the new windshield is of good quality. However, they left some excess glue around the VIN. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks or disinfecting. When I asked for disinfecting wipes to do it myself I was told, we dont have that here by the manager. It left me feeling that they could care less about the customers health.

I needed my rear view mirror fixed and re installed. I had tried to fix it myself and had no luck so I brought it here and Justin fixed and installed it into my car for no charge in less than 20 minutes. Was very professional and explained how to fix it in the future. I would suggest this place if you need glass work done with your car!

In and out within an hour. Pretty sure it only took them 40 minutes to get it done. Ill go back if I ever need auto glass work done again and Id recommend it to anyone who needs that kind of work done.

Great customer service. My truck was broken into and window broke out. My window needed special ordered and they let me leave the truck in the shop over night. They did a decent job with replacing the glass quickly and was fairly cheap but from waiting in the lobby and observing the two men working, I probably would have gone elsewhere. I imagine any glass place would be able to replace the glass similarly so I dont see much point praising that. The bathroom is right next to the lobby and one man came out immediately after the flush without washing his hands- which is gross when there isnt a virus going around. Secondly, as you can hear them talking the whole time from the lobby, I heard them talking about a small women with a large vehicle and questioning the validity. They said that she has to have a sugar daddy or something of the type- insinuating that theres no way she would be able to afford it and would need some sort of mans financial help. Which was a little more than uncomfortable being a girl sitting there listening to them negate womens ability. If youre a girl, or respect women, Id recommend giving other businesses your money for the same job to someone less sexist and hopefully cleaner.

If you value your car... DO NOT GO HERE. Installer at Salem location broke my rear view mirror and glued it back together, told me to go back the next day so he can install it, he claimed he had to change the metal tab on windshield cause it arrived with a different one & had to dry 24hrs, but that was a LIE. I have spent weeks trying to get a solution for the damages done and I have been ignored. I have paper trail via EMAIL. I was also promised a $25 restaurant gift certificate it has been over a month now and I still have not yet received anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!. Installer is not clean dash had stains as well as my A Pillars and top edge of headliner & to make matters worse WIPER BLADES ARE NOT ALIGNED AND BROKEN CLIPS ON COWL TRIM WERE NOT REPLACED !. NOTE I HAVE BEEN DRIVING WITHOUT A REAR VIEW MIRROR FOR OVER A MONTH NOW!

So I had a pretty unique situation, I had my car broken into and I really didn’t have many options due to the fact that there is a virus at the moment that has kept everyone inside and most businesses closed.That being said Justin, not only took time out of his day to as quickly as possible help me out and fix my window but also do it so quickly that I got it finished on my lunch break.The fact that he was able to help was already a sigh of relief, but for him to be able to come in when they were closed mind you, when most other places have been closed due to the virus, was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He did not charge me any extra, and he did not even seem bothered by the fact that he was taking his own time to come help me. Thank you Justin for being such an amazing help and I could not possibly recommend a business anymore than I do this one.

Customer service was beyond expectations. After a thorough complimentary diagnosis no leaks were discovered and I avoided paying for an unnecessary repair. Set an appointment for 3:30 pm but I ended up in Salem a bit earlier. I called to see if they could get me in, and they told me to head right over! The whole job was done in a little over an hour! The tech who was doing my windshield even went out of his way because he noticed my headliner was sagging, so he offered to fix it and did at no cost. My experience with MS Glass was fabulous. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. The driver’s side window in my RAV-4 came off its track. I was able to roll it back up but I didn’t want to take the chance that it would happen again. What if it got stuck or worse broke when I tried to get it to go back up? Not only did MS Glass get my car in right away, they fixed it on the spot (I called, drove in and they were waiting for me). The technician who worked on my car was Justin. He was very nice, upfront and honest with me, and worked efficiently. Justin said it was an easy fix, a bolt had come loose. He fixed it and didn’t even charge me for the labor! I was back on the road in no time at all. Thank you Justin and MS Glass for your assistance. You definitely have my recommendation!

I would like to share a recent experience that I had. I got a rock chip on my windshield. I went to MS glass on State and 25th street in Salem. The chip was too deep for repair. They replaced my windshield at very reasonable price. They are fast and good customer service. About a week later I got another chip😬. I went back to have that repaired. They fixed it right then. I did not have to make an appointment. The best part they did not charge for repair. I highly recommend them. They are fast, courteous and with good prices. If I have more glass problems, I will definitely be going back to them.

Whats the point of making an appointment first thing when you open and have to potentially wait 2.5 hrs because you guys booked 10 appointments at the same time.

I got my car broken into and I saw it at 7:30 am. MS Glass was open unlike other places. I got an appointment the same day.I got a quote on it which was a great price compared to other places.Once I got there everyone was really nice, my car window got replaced within 30 minutes so I didn’t have to wait long they and they cleaned up all the glass in my car.BONUS: they fixed a crack on my window shield for free.

Great customer and window service! When I brought my car in to get the passenger window replaced, they told me the regulator was bad, not just a broken window.
