Excellent service. I had them come out to my house when my trucks windshield was cracked by a rock. It took about a week or so. I then had issues with a defective windshield or improper sealing so I had some water leak through. They immediately scheduled me in for the next day. They took care of the issue right away. No question asked. Lifetime warranty they said for any defects. Amazing service. Highly recommend them.

Unable to fill need r/t lack of used cars to obtain replacement wing window

Had to have a rock chip in my windshield repaired. They were super fast and easy to work with. I called ahead of time and they were very friendly and worked me into the schedule when I arrived.

I took my car there to have a rock chip repaired and he did it fastand for a great price. He is a great guy, better than other shops I have dealt with in the past, from my experience today, I would comeback and say he is better than the rest.

From the call for an estimate through pick up it was a great experience all around as a customer. Professional and personable at the same time. Robbie helped me and was clearly very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I will definitely return for any future window work. I highly recommend them for any work if you want a hassle free experience with a high quality finished product.

These guys were super awesome!! I needed my entire rearview mirror installed and called ms glass shop they tried to charge me $25. So I called Robbie and he said to bring it in. Not only did he go the extra mile and make sure the waiting room was nice and warm for my 9 month old and I while we waited (it was a very cold rainy day) they installed the mirror free of charge!!! Im definitely going there for any other glass needs we may have in the future!!

Didnt end up having my window replaced here because I had just confirmed with another place and they agreed to match the price here (I was calling a bunch of places and getting call backs). These guys went above and beyond to help me with a non existent leak in my windshield, even after I was difficult (putting it nicely) with them. Absolutely horrible service. The two gentlemen working on my car had no idea what they were doing. I had to return to them three additional times because they installed my windshield wrong and scratched my hood. My running pieces along the sides were installed incorrectly and ended up costing me a couple hundred more dollars to correct their mistake because they denied everything. Very unprofessional and and untrained group of people. DO NOT USE

These guys offer Nordstrom like customer service with quality as their main motivation. Instead of rushing to get my window fixed and collect their money they took the time to ask me to come back when it was cooler so they wouldnt run the risk of making my window worse, and thus costing me more. So rare to find a business these days that understands that happy loyal customers generates more business and creates long term success.

Most excellent. My window was busted out Xmas eve and here it is the day after xmas and they were able to get my window fixed. Even replaced some of the lost clips and things.

I went to Action Auto Glass today for a repair on a piece of windshield molding which came loose during high wind drive thru the Gorge. Service was fanatastic called on Wednesday afternoon and was getting my windshield fixed on thursdays afternoon. I spoke to a david and he was super nice and said he can have my windshield replaced that same day at my home if I called him back to confirm within in a hour that morning since they would be going out to portland to get their windshields and would be able to get one for my car so I called back within 30 min and spoke to someone else that did not sound friendly and he said I would need to make a appt and he couldnt come to me and then when I told him that david said you could and then all of a sudden he said ok yeah I can go to you then so I will call you ok and so we confirmed he would go the next day to my home which would be a saturday and he then called me at the end of that day friday and he said he would not be able to go until monday because he would need to get the windshield which he was not able to get when we spoke in the morning cause it was too late when I had called. Really!! sounds like he just didnt want to work on saturday so I just contacted my ins agent to help me find someone else.

Not the place to go for glass replacement. We where told they would have the windshield in on the schedule day we made the appointment, this was not the case. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Can not give a good recommendation for Auction Auto Glass.

Was driving with my son when the seal around my Safelite installed window begun flapping. They were close by and when I called they said come right in. Even though they had two other cars they were working on, they took the time to fix my seal. Its a temp fix but Ill be back to have them repair it. Since it was a temp fix and only took a minture they didnt charge me anything. Who this day does that? Someone who genuinely cares about helping someone, thats who. After speaking with them I could see they knew a great deal about the trade. A lot more than the Safelite guy with a whole 4 months of training.

Windshield replacement. When I scheduled it the employee told me it would take 1 hour. When I arrived an employee told me it would take 2 hours. When I got my bill it took 3 hours.

These guys were great, they beat everyone elses prices and were willing to work with my schedule and needs. I would highly recommend them.

They went above and beyond. Not only fixed my window but also vacuumed all the broken glass out of car and dropped my completed car off at work after the work was done.
